  You get the error "a Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved" when the requesting computer (the computer 'demand' help) sends its private IP address instead of its public IP address in the request for assistance. The solution is 'easy' for some and difficult for others. I present here for your perusal:

  (1) obtain the public IP address of the requesting computer (by visiting a web page such as http://www.whatismyip.com)
  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.

  Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click on your drive icon / properties / tools / error checking.  Try first by checking do not each box (that it will run in read-only mode) to see if it reports any problems file or hard drive.  If so, restart it by checking both boxes and restart to allow him to attempt to fix any problems found.

  Potentially stupid question but here goes: I'm using the DAQ Assistant to read in 4 analog input voltages, continuous sampling acquires data at 10 Hz 1 point, using LabView 12 on a machine with an acquisition of data USB-6341 simulated device (because my office is more comfortable than the lab!). I want to change the first two signals of voltage to temperature and humidity, respectively. I used the «create a new...» "in the 'Custom Scaling' drop-down in the"Voltage configuration"tab for each of these channels, named gave the slope and the intercept at the origin for the respective linear scales and click OK."

  When I test the code - and yet once again, I'm not on a machine with a 'real' DAQ system, I use a simulated device, and it seems that NEITHER MAX generates a sine wave of long period with little noise on top for this - I do not get the results on the scale of my 'signal', I get the raw tension. (If you run my code, I will join, the Relative humidity must be between 0 and 100 and temperature-40 to 60, is not 0 to 5, for example.)

  So, what happens? Is there some flag or setting that I missed? The scaling only works on voltage data 'real' of a 'real' instrument DAQ, instead of a simulation (which is why I mentioned twice!)? I have to do something in NI MAX as well as Labview?

  Simulations devices will not respond to custom scale.  They are just supposed to allow you to configure your device without errors when you do not have the unit on-site.

  They generate a sine with an amplitude equal to half of your specified input range.  If you want to work with simulated data that would be more realistic for your application, you could write a VI to generate the data and have a business structure to manage both "simulations" and "real", then you could switch back depending on whether you have access to the material.

  I just checked this with a PCI-6254 I install and simulated a PCI-6254.

However, when I open LabView 2015, I can't find DAQ Assistant in the function Palette. I noticed on the chassis, 'ACTIVE' light is not on while two other "POWER" and "READY" light is on.  I look in the forums OR but I can not find the solution.

  DAQmx 9.8 is not compatible with LabVIEW 2015.  You must use at least DAQmx 15.0.  See here for more details: NOR-DAQmx and LabVIEW compatibility

  IIRC, FM8 had a problem with a path with no subfolders 5 (or 6?). Try to put files up to a few levels or create a mapped network drive down to the lower levels.

• iTunes not finding files in the same directory

  I have about 350 missing files in my library of thousands of songs iTunes music - I do not know how iTunes lost track of them, because I did not move, but I replace the hard drive that my library had a few weeks back.  Apart from that, if I find a single file to an album, iTunes then asks the standard question, "would you live iTunes to use the < name of track > location to find other missing files in your library?  When I click on the "Search files" button in this dialog box, iTunes allows you to easily search the rest of the album that was missing.  However, he is not doing this and now impossible to find one of my other missing music.  I'll have to match every file missing one at a time, which will be incredibly tedious.

  The "missing file" error occurs if the file is no longer where iTunes is expected to find. Causes possible is that you or a third-party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, one of its parents, or the reader, records it feeds has been a change in the letter of the drive or you have moved a non-portable library to a different path (see make a split cell library for more details). It is also possible that iTunes has changed from waiting for the files in the presentation of pre-iTunes 9 post-iTunes 9 layout, or vice versa, and so looking for a bit in the wrong place.

  Select a track with an exclamation point, use Ctrl - I to get the information, and then click No when asked to try to locate the track. Look under the file tab for the location that iTunes thinks that the file should be. Now look around your hard drive. I hope you can locate the track in question. If a part of your library has just been moved, renamed a folder or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse actions. If the difference between the two railroads is an additional music directory in a path, then it is a problem of layout. I can explain more if this is the case.   I have an OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus with a wireless connection to my home network, E2000 Cisco router. I have install the printer using the software that comes with it. Everything worked fine for several months, but recently, I found that my network computers are randomly impossible to locate the printer on the network. I am also unable randomly ePrint. I noticed that if I power cycle the router, the computer will then find the printer. Now, I am regularly power cycling the router. Should not have these problems, I don't know even where to start asking questions. I'm not having other problems with the router. I connect to the internet OK, see the other computers on the network OK, just could not find the printer. There are usually 3 different computers that are enabled and disabled the network throughout the day (sometimes using the printer, sometimes not).

  What are some of the common issues that could cause this problem? Any suggestions to make the connection to the most reliable printer?

  I recently bought a Satellite A500-02J.

  Im having problems trying to receive digital television with its built-in DTT tuner.
  When setting up through Windows media player everything is ok and said that the tuner is fine and set up correctly. But when I search the channels he found nothing.

  It scans and finds all available channels when I connect my antenna external antenna plug, but couldn't find anything with the integrated tuner.

What Miss me as is actual references in the Toolbox, with the exception of the buttons and graphics of NOR.
