Data in graphic format (default colors)

Hi all
Where can I change color of the data in the chart? I know I could change it during graphic editing (disable the default option and define my own color), but nobody knows if is there any file (like xml or css) in which I could set my own default colors for chart?

Thank you

Well, I wrote a few articles that can perhaps give you an alternative:

    Hello Experts,

    I'm working on a feasibility OFA study and I have a question: is there in the OPS, any approach to represent data in graphic format, such as the schema of the Terminal?

    As far as I know, ADF supports this kind of representation and it can be incorporated into the OAF page as region. But it seems to separate server for the ADF, which is not supported in my project (assuming we have only EBS server). And the situation is similar for embedded Analytics OBIEE approach.

  • Cursor and default color for annotation

    Hello

    I am looking for a way to change the default color for the sliders and chart annotations. The default color is a bright yellow. I use white background graphics and they are almost invisible. Given that I have point find a way to change the default color, I searched for a way to detect that a cursor or annotation has been placed on the graph but there are no such events. Right now, the only way I found to solve the problem is to periodically read the lists of annotation and slider and change the colors of the sliders found in the black. However, this solution consumes precious tiles on my 500 MHz Geode CPU.

    If there is a way to simply change the default color, it would be the best solution.

    Anyone has an idea on how to do it?

    Al hood

    Hi Al,.

    I do something similar in one of my applications, where a user can add cursors. I hijack the cursor event add and set the cursor before I add the cursor to cursor list.

    Is not the same as defining the default color and I don't know how long this would save CPU, but it can be useful a go.  Check the definition of the cursor cluster a typedef.

    I know that the construction can be a problem, but this is just a quick fix

  • How to change the default color of GaugeField?

    Hi all

    BlackBerry GaugeField the default color is blue. How to change the default of GaugeField color? How to override?

    Thank you

    Try with this example a and modify according to your needs

    Field GaugeField = new GaugeField ("", 0, 100, 20, GaugeField.FOCUSABLE) {}
    protected void paint (Graphics graphics) {}
    graphics.setColor (Color.RED);
    graphics.fillRect (0, 0, (Display.getWidth (/getValueMax ())) * getValue (), getHeight());
    }
    };

    There is no label for gauge field.

    If you want a labelfield and sepately use a labelfield and add this labelfield with this gaugefield in a horizontal handler, then use getwidth() instead of Display.getWidth ().

  • Want to return to the default color, so I can stop seeing the Green and purple faces borders

    I only had my computer for two months.

    I'm playing with the colors, and now I can't go back to the default colors. I managed to get rid of the purple text, but cannot get rid of the Green faces with everyone, stories in my own personal photos.

    I SEE everywhere is purple and green.

    I took many choices by going to "customization", but all I want is to go back to normal / default. I don't want text and colorful faces!

    I've been in Control Panel > appearance and personalization > personalization.  I don't want this COLOR; I just want what it was when I bought it.

    Thank you, Bill, but the instructions in the link you gave said I must have an administrator account; I don't.

    I called Dell tech support today and this guy couldn't have known what to do after an hour of playing with it remotely. He wanted to send me a label and I could box it upward and send it to them.

    He put me on hold, and I just hung up.

    Then, I took it back where I bought it.  This store asked me to leave it for a week.

    So I went with the computer and sales one of the guys to let me use his computer to get onto a chatroom with their own technical support.  Their tech support guy had me do an uninstall of graphics and then reinstalled.

    It worked. Yay!

  • Limit default color for the chart of OBIEE 11 g

    Hi, I'm using OBIEE 11 g (11.1.1.6.6)

    When I use a graph (bar or pie), I note that OBIEE was only 12 colors by default to use in the chart. So it starts from blue, red, and so on, until the 12 color, then color 13 it will use the same blue once again, and so on.

    The problem is that my column values are more than 12 (it could be 20, maybe 30, etc.). Thus, the color repeatedly makes no sense for graphics.

    Could someone advise me please on how to increase the default number of default colors used by OBIEE (so that it will be like 50 default color set automatically by OBIEE,) just in case?

    Thank you very much!

    Stewart,

    the current graphics engine supports no more than 12 different colors predefined in venous thrombosis deep-graphic - skin.xml.

  • Date as YYYYMM format

    Hello people,
    How can I get the date as '201006' format. I tried to_char (trunc(sysdate,'MM')-1, 'fmYYYYMM') but its not working. Can someone tell me how to do this. Thank you very much

    Hello

    Is the problem you get only 5 characters of output, not 6?
    If so, lose the "fm":

    SELECT     to_char ( trunc (sysdate, 'MM') - 1
              , 'YYYYMM' -- No 'fm' here
    FROM     dual
    ;

    Output (6 characters):

    201006

    "fm" means "change or not padding is displayed", where the 0 to in figures 1 month (days and hours, minutes and seconds) count as padding. By default, padding is displayed, so the first "fm" it stops.

    I hope that answers your question.
    If not, post a clear description of the problem, with a stand-alone script that people can run to recreate the problem and the full error message (if any)

  • Date number of Format for date fields in dashboard pages.

    We have two guests of field date in our dashboard pages for which we need to show the default values.
    The SQL logic, we used for this is:

    Select case when 1 = 2 then "time Dim - effective". Day of another cobalt current_date

    When you click on the Preview button, the command prompt displays the current date in the format MM/DD/YYYY value.
    But when the same prompt is placed in the dashboard page, its projection upwards to the YYYY-MM-DD format.
    And when we choose the date in the calendar in the dashboard, the format is DD/MM/YYYY which is as expected.
    If we want the values by default also to be shown in the format MM/DD/YYYY.
    How can this problem be solved...

    Thank you

    Hi Swetha,
    Create a variable of the server default for this server vairable guests with this sql SELECT To_Char(SYSDATE,'MM-DD-YYYY') FROM dual (instead of sysdate, you can use your date column)

  • Data in RAW format? no conversion...

    Hi guys,.

    I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I got most of my knowledge here so I decided to ask here.

    I'm reading the data in raw format and I was told that the difference between raw and varchar2 data type is that, during migration, oracle will not manage the data raw data type conversion.

    so my question, what is raw? and how is believed raw?
    -does this mean that, if I declare my datatype as raw, regardless of the data in this column will not be handle by oracle.

    nls_lang sense will be ignored?

    example,
    on my computer, I am using the acsii7 character set / keyboard with nls_lang value ascii7 or equivalent. On oracle, it uses a set of characters al32utf8.

    that means if I declare a column as raw, some person I come into this column, it will be ascii7 encoding/model.

    gross means that? It is always say raw storing data in pure binary form... but not all data stored in binary as well? I do not seem to grasp the idea.

    all advice please
    gurus,

    Kind regards
    noob

    Interpretation means that Oracle can do some specific data type operations. For VARCHAR2, this would mean NLS_UPPER, NLS_LOWER, INSTR, SUBSTR, REGEXP, linguistic sorting, character set conversion, TRANSLATE, etc. For MANY, that means addition, subtraction, rounding, etc..

    For RAW, LONG RAW, BLOB, Oracle assumes nothing about the default content. The content can be text, image, executable file, whatever it is representable in bytes. Oracle generally allows BULLIES to be stored and retrieved values. You can also sort on these values.

    As it is has no RAW literals, Oracle also defines a text<->conversion RAW through HEXTORAW and RAWTOHEX functions. This conversion is implicitly applied if you specify a value of text where the FIRST is planned, for example in INSERT INTO tab (raw_column) VALUES ('literal text"). This conversion treats text as hexadecimal notation for RAW literals. In other words, the string 'abcd' is converted to a two bytes {0xab, 0xcd} RAW values, not to a four byte value {0 61 0 x 0, 62 x 63 x, 0 x 64}. If the string literal contains a character that is not a hexadecimal digit, ORA-01465 is reported.

    Certain operations more on raw are possible when using the integrated package of PL/SQL UTL_RAW. This package allows a developer to applications perform processing on RAW values similar to what is possible for VARCHAR2.

    The UTL_RAW function. CAST_TO_RAW allows to cast a VARCHAR2 value RAW in the way you think. The text buffer is labeled as RAW and returned. becomes "abcd" {0x61, 0 x 62, 63 0 x, 0 x 64} on a platform of ASCII and {0x81, 0 x 82, 83 0 x, 0 x 84} on a platform of the EBCDIC.

    Then, when I do a select * test, auto oracle will convert the varchar2 raw?

    It depends on the data type of the output variable that you define for the RAW column. If the variable is declared in RAW format, the result will be the initial sequence of bytes of the column. If the variable is declared VARCHAR2, the result will be what returns RAWTOHEX, i.e. each byte will be encoded as two-character hexadecimal digits. 0xAB becomes 'AB '.

    SQL * always binds a text variable, SELECT raw_column tab returns the readable text of RAWTOHEX hexadecimal representation.

    Thnx,
    Sergiusz
