database does not start because of the error 445

Hello

We have three databases on HP - UX 11.31 server, DB version is 10.2.0.4, at the slow pace, we started in all databases, when I tried to connect to the server, it was very slow, even the sqlplus took a long time, when checked all databases alert logs, and found the error in each log file alert. below
ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed
Sun Apr 10 12:56:56 2011
ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed
Sun Apr 10 12:59:00 2011
The use of server resources has been very well with almost 15% 55% memory usage, CPU usage.

I gave up the databases, then tried to start, failed to start with error for all databases. below

ORA-00445: "PMON" background process is not started after 120 seconds

Here is the content of the journal of the alerts for a database;

    A blue screen is suddenly pop up when I was surfing on a Web site, the warning above in black and white was shown after that I took the battery and restart windows.
    I thought it was just a simple step if I got the recovery disk, but I was wrong.

    The recovery procedure was very well finished 100%. But after pressing a button, the above kept warning appears, no matter how many times I had reinstalled by the recovery disc or (each time 100%) or by using the full version of Windows Xp.

    Nor he worked by the formatting of the HD I connected with a link IDE2USB for laptop XP of my friend, nor modify another HD.

    I excluded the problem with HD, so I guess maybe it's that the BIOS has been hacked (?) I downloaded the update of the BIOS to see if it works or not?
    but the result was disappointing. IT just stop at step 4 of the procedure of updating, it freezes just to flash initiating step.

    I want to remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds, but I'm not that pro and I could cause damage caused by improper handling.

    Could someone tell me what happens to my computer and how do I show this problem?

    Hello Wai

    If your device has trouble after that recovery image installation is probably hardware related issue. You can enter the settings of the BIOS as usual? If this isn't the case, I fear that the BIOS chip is damaged. It happen if BIOS update is interrupted shortly matter the reason may be.

    Removing the CMOS battery doesn t work like on desktps. Forget it!

  • Client DHCP does not start because of the dependency

    Suddenly my laptop IBM T61 Windows XP sp3 Pro link is more to my Belkin router either wired or wireless. This started after I hosted a series of Windows to perform updates. Using the command ipconfig and other signs, it seems that the DHCP process no longer occurs. Research in Non-Plug-and-Play Device Manager, I could see that there was a yellow flag next to 'netBT' which is a dependency for a number of services such as DHCP. Windows suggested I uninstall and then reinstall the netBT.sys "driver". Well, it uninstalled OK but it is now out of the list and without him in charge I'm cut network (I have a Vista laptop second Home that I use on the lookout for ideas tech). I moved a copy of netBT.sys from the SP3 i386 folder in system32\drivers to replace the old, just in case.
    How to me netBT to load and work again? I spent several hours restart, activation and deactivation and anything else I could think or find Tech Tips.

    SOLVED. NetBT corrupt registry entry. HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\services\NetBT
    After many hours of detective work, I found the idea in the journal of the events through MSCONFIG. Error type 7001 means service could not start because of a dependency (I knew that), but he went on to say "dir name or path incorrect syntax. I went into the registry and used exactly the same syntax of path as specified in "system32\DRIVERS\netBT.sys" NetBIOS and DHCP service has started.

  • DB does not start because of the full db_recovery_file_dest_size - how to increase?

    Hello

    I have a 11.2.0.2.0 facility that suffered a power failure and I am trying to restart.

    ORA-19815: WARNING: db_recovery_file_dest_size of 214748364800 bytes is 100.00% used, and has 0 remaining bytes available.
    I want to solve this problem by increasing the size of the recovery area. Is there a way to determine how much space would be required? Or should I just go for 300G? 400G? The disc itself has 500G free.

    The problem is that I'm unable to start the database to run the ' alter system set db_recovery_file_dest_size =... "command.

    But I should be able to at least temporarily change this in the init.ora file, right?

    I changed my init.ora to contain the line:
    db_recovery_file_dest_size=400G
    But when I try to startup, I get the same error, and shows the newspaper showing the initialization parameters:

    System parameters with non-default values:
    ...[snip]
      db_recovery_file_dest_size= 200G
    It is perhaps not read my file init.ora? Or substitution with the spfile?

    Can someone help me to change the size of the recovery_file?

    Thank you

    Dan

  • Rollover does not start because of the arrangement of the object?

    I wanted to make a button with two pieces, a circle in which a rolling image apears and a rectangle which slide below the circle to the overthrow and contains button link.

    I managed to get this working using the widget flipping transition.

    problem.jpg

    I simply had to fill an area with an image containing the shape of a rectangle and the text I wanted and place it to the left of the box for the normal state and the right of the box for the rollover State. Then I put another box in my background color on the space where the rectangle can be seen in a normal state and place my circle above it (which was just another box with two fillings of different image for my circle with and without the image, I went between the normal and rollover).

    problem2.jpg

    This worked well, until I went to use the button on my site, I had to switch the box in the background color for the two images (either placed or completed, which made no difference) which were my sidebar and my experience. None of them are solid colors, so I had no choice but work with images cropped for this.

    Button continued to work without any problem, but I had to put all its components on the same layer. The agreement within this layer, however, it stopped working properly. What was the order of the objects: rectangle (below), images background (the middle one), circle (above), then the rectangle is more oriented to be the reversal of State when I flew over my cursor of the circle (who have answered correctly).

    But when I removed the background images, button worked fine again, only the rectangle could be seen on the left of the circle.

    It seems that it can turn only to the State of overview on hovering over the circle when the circle is just above the rectangle without other elements between the two...

    I can't find any other way to hide the normal state of the rectangle, since by changing the ruins of opacity sliding visuals, a fill may not be cropped and I cannot make a picture placed either because then I cannot slide to the right.

    Can someone help me solve this problem?

    -Elby

    I could remedy this by putting the rectangle, background images and the circle into a single slate button. There always seems to be some minor problems with the setting, but I think I'll manage to challenge those.

    My pc says that windows does not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM. It is said it can be repaired by using the original installation CD, but we do not have. Any ideas please?

    The file is missing or corrupt is one of your files in the system registry.

    By far, the best way to recover from this is to go to another computer and create a free Hirens Boot CD.
    Download Hirens: <> http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/ > (link at the bottom of the icon of the disk)
    Hirens CD burning <> http://www.hirensbootcd.org/burning/ >

    Once you create the CD, and then start your system of problem with this CD.  In the first window, select "Mini Windows XP" and wait for the system to start.  When it starts, go to the Hirens Boot CD menu and select
    Register-> Registry Restore Wizard.
    then follow the prompts.  This wizard will return a copy of your registry database from backups that are stored with your system restore points.  After the restoration, stop, remove the CD and restart.

    When you start your system, it is recommended to perform a system restore operation to ensure the consistency of your system

    Original title: I HAVE a BLACK SCREEN.  Shows an error message "Windows did not start because of an error in the soft ware: load needed DLLs for kernel."

    I can't boot from the hard drive or Operating System CD.  Any ideas on how to start the system to fix the error?

    Hi FilippoPosato,

    This problem may occur if the Hal.dll and Ntoskrnl.exe files are mismatched.

    To resolve this problem, start your computer from the Windows CD, and then upgrade Windows on-site.

    When you install the update for Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1, I get the error E0434F4D code.  MrFixIt program does not work because of this error. I can't run applications because of this corruption. Including most Microsoft applications, as soon as I try to run an application, I get a window saying 'a problem caused blocking the program works correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "I recently got this used pc and I looked at the history of the update, and it was apparently a failed update for the past two years. This will also prevent me to update other software and drivers on my computer and prevents even me to install new drivers.
