  After AC power interruption, I tried to turn on my router Linksys WAG300N, but he won't start properly. I will describe what it looks like and what I've tried:

  I have a laptop HP DV6 running Windows 7. The main battery failed in less than 2 years and I'm waiting on a replacement. Now, I'm running in safe mode because it does not start normally using current alternate with or without the battery failed in place. If I try to boot normally it is trying to load constantly, or crashes after the newspaper, with or without the desktop display.

  The point is that the Toshiba Recovery CD does not have the Windows XP repair console.

  When I've upgraded to Firefox 24, all the v23 option settings restore default values. I put them back the way I had them before, but after restarting the browser, all default as before. I use NoScript, and any change to its rules is also lost when I restart the browser. I rebooted several times. with no system restarts and the results are always the same.

I can't access the search bar by moving the cursor to top right, I can't open the tiles, I can't spend in desktop mode, etc.  Front I upgraded to Windows 10 and downgraded to 8.1 all worked perfectly, because I've updated from 8.0 to 8.1 Windows almost 2 years.  I have a defective battery. in fact I can only use my laptop if it is plugged. My fan is constantly going, but I don't know if it's my loss of battery or what's wrong with my pc now.  I have described my problem in the Microsoft community forum but have had little response that was not helpful. I was told to go to the command prompt and put in DISM: scan now (which also contained letters more than that, but I do not remember all).   Hello and thanks for the display on the HP support forum.  What you can do at this point that there are several updates released by microsoft and hardware vendors is running the Windows Update Troubleshooter.

  If this fails to solve the problem.  The only option will be to restore the operating system to the previous, until HP gets the drivers so that they can release them on the support page for your laptop for Windows 10.

  I left my Satellite from one day to the next (do not remember if I had put off, or he simply had 'gone to sleep', but it has been connected to the grid).
