  I have a network running on an Airport Extreme as the base with a Time Capsule and Airport Express station used to extend the network in my house (see photo)

  

  I put dates limits for our son using Airport utility in the past with great success.   I have Windows parental controls installed on at least three computers in my house.  My children have separate user accounts and I can configure separately in fss.live.com.  Time work very well on machines Windows 7 (a desktop and a laptop, not that that matters).  On the laptop installed XP one, deadlines are ignored.  The content settings are applied to the user account of my daughter, but not the possible.

  Here's a quick break down:

  Office/Win7: Girl Acct, acct of son - both applied I want

  Computer laptop/Win7: Acct of son - exercised as I want

  Mobile/XP: Acct girl - applied content, time ignored

  Is there any sort of fix or additional parameters required for this to work on XP?  I can't find anything anywhere!

  So I tried upgrading my laptop for windows 10 several times. It updates and then installs and is going slower and slower the higher percentage it gets. Once at 98%, that it takes 2 hours and 99% it keeps going. I have never run for more than 5 hours arriving at 99% until today, since it was the last day, I could upgrade for free. He is currently still 99% after running for about 20 hours and not come with an error message at all. So my question is, can I still get the free update now if this does not work, and how can I solve this problem.

  You are not comparing date date instead you're conversion date to string and comparing.

  Your validation expression must be:

  to_date(:P12_TARGET_RESOLUTION_DATE,'DD-MON-YYYY HH:MI PM') > SYSDATE
  

  I tried the same validation (type SQL Expression and expression as stated above) on apex.oracle.com. Examples:
