DEClass TB-26xx

Any statement of declassification exists for the following: to-2635 & TB-2627?

Hi mh4sec,

All the components on each of these terminal blocks are completely volatile.  There is not a memory non volatile, a few resistors, connections, ect.

    I just want to say. I read these forums for a while now. But have never posted a question. I posted my question I guess in the wrong forum. I write it again here because the other forum moderator sent me on this forum. I hope it is the right one. I don't want to publish it again. This is the 1st time writes.

    I understand that I can downgrade Vista Ultimate to XP Pro. I have Xp Pro (OEM) Media withn a product key. But here's my question. The key is currently in use on another PC I have. Can I use this key for the downgrade. Or should I buy another copy of XP Pro with key. And if I have to buy a copy. Why would they call it a downgrade. Thank you!

    If Windows was preinstalled on your computer, or you bougght an OEM disk/license, it is classified as an OEM license and is not transferable.

    The OEM license is linked to the original computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.
    You cannot transfer it to another computer/laptop

    If a retail license, you can transfer it to another computer/laptop.
    But it can only be installed on one computer at a time.

    A single license is a single Installation.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This is the wording for the downgrade:
    Can I downgrade my OEM version of Windows Vista business to Windows XP Professional?
    Yes. Right of demotion OEM desktop operating systems PC apply to Windows Vista business and Windows Vista Edition full, as stated in the terms of the license. Please note, downgrade versions OEM Windows Vista business and Windows Vista Ultimate are limited to Windows XP Professional (including Windows XP Edition Tablet PC and Windows XP x 64 edition). End users can use the following media for their downgrade: Volume Licensing media (provided that the end-user has a Volume License Agreement), trade retail (FPP) or System Builder hologram CD (provided that the software is acquired in accordance with the Microsoft OEM System Builder License). Use of degraded operating system is governed by the Windows Vista Business license terms, and the end user cannot use the downgrade and professional Windows Vista operating system. There is no right of demotion for Windows Vista Home Basic or Windows Vista Edition Home Premium.
  • HP Z620 workstation: HP Z620 Workstation - WS displays video & Fans Spin loudly or fails - red light with 8 beeps
    Hello
    I have a HP Z620 workstation.
    My processor is an Intel Xeon E5-2660 SR0KK 2.2 GHZ 20 MB 8 GT/s LGA 2011 8 - Core CPU.  More correctly, it's a category of Xeon E5-26xx (dual processor), 8 cores, frequency 2.2 GHz, turbo 5/5/6/6/7/7/8/8, 8 × 256 KB L3 cache 20 MB L2 cache, 95 W TDP, Socket LGA 2011, i/o bus 2 × 8.0 GT/s QPI, × 4 memory DDR3-1600, release date 6 March 2012, CM8062107184801 part number.  This is version 1, not version 2, which is good because the card in my system startup block date 20/12/2011.
    I am using Kingston ValueRAM 16 GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3 1333 MHz DIMM Desktop Server Memory.   (J'ai également essayer écarter un problème de mémoire utilisé FUREUR de Kingston HyperX 8 GB Kit (2x4Go) 1333 MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM - black (HX313C9FBK2/8)) as well as herself, to see if that makes a difference.)
    I don't know how to identify my system board other than the one she reads only numbers as "FMB-1102" and "PBLNV0GCY4N0TF" and "such as #618264-001 REV 0 G'.  He has "hp (copyright symbol) 2012 ' and"E93839"and"FXN1"written on it as well.  (After some searching I guess it's card mother 618264-001.  Which differ a card system like 619559-001 - a model later?)
    My graphics card is a XFX R7 240 780 MHz 4 GB DDR3 HDMI DVI VGA graphics card.  (I also try out a video card problem used an EVGA Nvidia GeForce GT 620 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM PCI Express 2.0 x 16 video card to see if it would make a difference.)
    Regarding the power supply, the power supply standard HP Z620 computer PC 800W Power Supply S10-800P1A 623194-002 717019-001.  (I have more than one and who have tried also.)
    With respect to the hard drive, I have formatted and reused a WD Blue 500 GB Desktop hard drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb / s, 16 MB Cache 3.5 inches - WD5000AAKX.
    My problem:
    1 regardless of what video card I use, if I use the FURY of Kingston HyperX 8 GB Kit (2x4gb) 1333 MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM - black (HX313C9FBK2/8) memory and starts, I get a blue light, no beeps, no code of message I can say.  However, no tension of the video card (fans not spin) and no power is supplied to the drive hard (do not load and run).  I get a blank screen and can see nothing.  Back fans begin to turn in very strong and turbo mode.
    2 regardless of what video card I use, if I use the Kingston ValueRAM 16 GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3 1333 MHz DIMM Desktop Memory Server, I get a red light and eight beeps which means a kind of ROM BIOS/CMOS-problem problem problem.  To this end, I tried pressing the button Clear CMOS without result.  I removed the CMOS battery for a sufficient period of time and again.  Nothing changes this situation.  It only happens when I put this special memory in the computer.  If I stick a USB Thumb Drive with file BIOS (BIN) in it which is 3. XX or higher, it will boot to the BIOS on a limited basis.  I also had to understand that I couldn't do anything with a USB keyboard, I could only select options using a PS/2 keyboard - maybe it crashes on some USB devices at this point?
    3. I understand that if I let the rider of recovery from crisis on the 2nd and 3rd pins rather than pins 1 and 2, that it will load from a backup and I can actually do things.   On this basis, I was able to install Windows 10 education 64-bit and a host of programs and otherwise, use the computer normally.  But I can't start unless I have keep that crisis rider of recovery set to pins 2 and 3 and so he can start in the operating system normally by pressing F1.
    4. I while on Windows, updated the BIOS to the latest version, HP Z420/Z620 Workstations system BIOS 3.90 Rev.A (August 8, 2016) using sp77058.exe (19 MB).  I've also updated other drivers as I could with the HP SoftPaq Download Manager (SDM).  None of this changes the problem at initial boot upward.  At the start he complains front chassis fan does not turn, but this is not a problem I have printing allows to stop a boot to the top, it would give just a warning and still boot normally.
    Well my computer works and does that as long as I keep this crisis recovery jumper on.  But I feel that I should be able to solve the problem and he can begin without interference and without resorting to a measure as drastic.  Suggestions anyone?
    Thanks in advance for your time.
    MR. J.
    Juggerknight,
    Keep the rider of recovery of block starting on pins 2 and 3 of E15.  It's 'off' because the 3 pin is not connected.  Put the jumper to pins 2 to 3 "parks" the rider.  Put the jumper on pins 1-2 active boot block recovery mode, and the system does not start with the jumper in this position 'on '.  (You have already discovered this)
    In addition, do not mix unbuffered and registered in the same system memory.  Use either one or the other.
  • Workstation HP Z420: restrict the Options of a workstation HP Z420 - 8-Core processor?
    Hello world!
    I'm in the process of upgrading my a HP Z400 workstation a HP Z420 of video editing.
    Right now, I'm looking for in which processor to get to it and I'm confused by one thing:
    In the white books of HP it is said that the workstation can accept up to 8 strands, namely E5 8-Core-1680 v2 - 3 Ghz (for example).
    But when I look at a list of the processors for the Chipset C602 / socket LGA 2011, I find I could theoretically use other treatments with more cores or better clock speed, namely:
    The E5 8-Core - 2687W v2 - 3.4 Ghz
    E5 10-Core-2690 v2 - 3.0 Ghz
    E5 12-Core-2697 v2 - 2.7 Ghz
    These processor works in my Z420 or is there some equipment / restriction of the BIOS that would prevent me from spending more than 8 cores?
    I thank you very much for any help or advice, you can provide!
    LucDesjardins, the Z420 is a single processor system, so all CPUS on the Z420 (with one exception) are E5-16xx mono-socket processors.  The Z420 initially supported the E5-16xx v1 CPUS (Sandy Bridge) and subsequently supported the v1 and v2 (Ivy Bridge) CPUs.  Note: The UC E5-26xx support dual CPU (like Z620 and Z820) operation, while the UC E5-16xx can only run in a unique configuration of the CPU.
    To determine if the Z420 can support processors v2, look in the configuration of the BIOS F10 for boot block date
    -If the Z420 has a date of 12/28/2011 boot block, he argues that the v1 processors
    -If the Z420 has a block of 06/03/2013 start block, it takes in charge the processors the v1 and v2.
    HP does not support the update of the boot block.  There is a lot of talk about it in this forum.
    To be more precise, the processors you listed with more than 8 cores are CPU-E5-26xx v2 two.  They were not officially supported or offered in the Z420 because, since they are capable of dual CPU, they are much more expensive than CPU E5-16xx single processors.  E5-16xx v2 microprocessors have up to 8 cores only, and v2 E5-26xx processors have versions with 12 cores.
    If you really need more hearts, can interest you in a Z640 with an Intel E5-2699 v3 18 core CPU?  (Shameless Plug, since I work at HP).
  • Can not scan using my Photosmart 2610 Scan button on 10.6 Snow Leopard
    Hello
    Just to avoid any confusion, is not scanning the computer here (from previewing or HPScanPro). I refer to the scanning using the Scan button on my AiO printer.
    HPScanPro has stopped working for me when I installed 10.6.  What I've read, the solution is to scan to Preview.app.
    My problem is that when I press scan on the printer and select my computer in the list - and say then that I select "Tiff to Preview" in the list, it always launches HPScanPro which fails.
    This feature was important to me because I often have to scan lots of pages one after then the other.   Simply push the button on the scanner, then by changing the page and by pressing on the button again allows me my scan in batches and worry then save all files at once thereafter.  This is a great time saver.
    Is there a known workaround solution?
    Just to update my original post, it seems that HP has updated the software for the Photosmart 26xx (2610 here) for Mac OS 10.6.  The software is dated 2009-10-21, but I'm sure it wasn't there until not so long ago.  Anyway, analysis of the scan key on the printer works again and several features appear to have been improved.  There is also a widget dashboard for ink level.
    I am impressed that HP will continue to improve and upgrade their software for a printer that is no longer supported for some years now.  This printer has been a very good experience.
  • What is the problem with this configuration?
    We are a small primary school with a T1 connection to supported 70%, continues. (23 k $ per year). We have a Cisco 26xx connect us to the ISP (Verizon). On our initial Setup, we were very happy until we discovered by outside. The 'outsiders' use our proxy server selection to access the Internet (they are on 218.x.x.x & 127.x.x.x PRC). I'm now trying to set up an ACL to prevent traffic. Whenever I have the attached config file TFTP, I can't access the Internet from any of my servers. I've been at this for parts of three days and desperately need help. Here is my file config with remarks and addresses disguised. Help, please. Tom
  • Councils upgrade equipment Performance - Premiere Pro CC 2015
    Hello
    Hoping that someone can offer advice to upgrade to my current PC, editing system.
    I have problems very important performance on my system recently and would like advice on the modernization of the CPU or other hardware.
    Performance problem:
    Application Lumetri color to ANY clips (microsatellites) gives in glimpses extremely agitated, not visible, regardless of playback quality settings. Thus, Lumetri is useless in my current setup. The performance of the processor will hit it ceiling is 100% using Lumetri
    System hardware:
    • Dell Precision T5600
    • Xeon CPU E5-2609 0 @2. 40 GHz (core 4)
    • 16 GB OF RAM
    • Windows 7 64 bit
    • 3 x Dell Perc H310 SCSI Disk Device (main C drive, two others in a RAID to capture and previews configuration) I think that they are fast readers.
    • GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
    This motherboard allows for a CPU extra (2 in total), expansion up to 128 GB RAM.
    Video projects
    I mainly edit images from a Canon C100 MKII... mainly H.264 MP4s or AVCHD files.  I usually use projects Lumetri, Red Giant and After Effects effects in my creative projects, so it must be able to handle these well.
    What do you recommend upgrade-wise to see improve performance?
    I have to add a second processor E5-2609? Should I consider another CPU altogether?
    Are there any other changes that you would recommend?
    Thank you in advance!
    Nathan,
    The accuracy of your T5600 itself is OK, but the CPU and RAM you are eased for first smooth WAY.
    I have a spreadsheet "make the power" which is a simple calculation of:
    Number of cores
    times
    1 (if no Hyperthreading) or 2 (if Intel CPU support Hyperthreaded)
    times
    base clock frequency
    So here are some of the results for the e5-26xx processors Xeon:
    E5-2609 = 9.6
    E5-2609 double = 19.2
    E5-2687w = 49.6 - page high CPU workstation, VERY fast
    E5-2687w double = 99.2
    E5-2670 = 41.6
    E5-2670 double = 83.2
    If you are not opposed to buying on eBay, you can get used e5-2670 processors for just under $150 / room. They had originally sold for around $1600 each. I still have a double e5-2687w Dell T7600 and he is very capable, but these same processors used will cost a good bit more.
    So, go to two processors e5-2670.
    You definitely need more RAM too. It's too cheap to spend at least 32GB.
    Kind regards
    Jim
  • VCA serious question in a cluster after adding servers active DRS blades M630 Dell
    Hi guys,.
    I hope that you will be able to help me with this strange question that I feel right now.
    A couple of details first on our environment:
    • vCenter 5.0 U3
    • ESXi 5.0.0 - 2509828
    • 6 guests active DRS cluster
    • 4 hosts are Dell M620, E5-26XX v2 processor blades
    • 2 hosts are blades M630 Dell with processors of E5-26XX v2
    • VCA mode is currently set at "Westmere".
    • All ESXi hosts are fully patched using AUVS
    Before adding the new M630 blades to the cluster it any of the issues with the DRS or VCA, outside the constraints of resources, and the 4 blades M620 we are able to correctly migrate the virtual machines back.
    I could add the M630 blades to the cluster without problem and without errors or warnings have been issued. A week or so later, I noticed more deviations of DRS desired on the cluster. More inspection I noticed that quite a large number of virtual machines showed N/A beside VCA mode and I was not able to migrate them to any host on the cluster.
    Thinking it could be a bug of sorts, I turned off all the virtual machines in the cluster and run a script that resets the CPUID at default. In addition, as a measure of precaution, I restarted the vCenter server and ensures that the database has been effective. The hosts are synchronized time with an NTP source and fits perfectly on both hosts.
    After feeding all the VMS, I rebooted the M630 servers and inspected the BIOS settings to ensure that virtualization and NX/XD is enabled. With all virtual machines powered off, I was able to change the levels of the VCA to any available without warnings setting.
    When everything has been turned back on I noticed a strange behavior in the cluster.
    Virtual machines that are running on M620 blades show the right level of CVS and I am able to migrate them to all servers in the cluster. Once that they migrate to the blades M630, VCA state change s/o and I am unable to migrate anywhere, not even the other M630 blade in the cluster.
    The error that I am shown during the verification step is:
    The operation is not allowed in the current state of the connection to the host. Host CPU is not compatible with the requirements of the virtual machine to cpuid level 0 x 1 host bit ' ecx' register: 0000:0010:1001:1000:0010:0010:0000:0011 required: x 110: x01x:11 x 1: 1xx0:xx11:xx1x:xxxx:xx11 inconsistency detected for these characteristics: * General incompatibilities; see section 1993 of possible solutions.
    Dig deeper in my investigation, I came across this KB: 1034926[1]
    I checked the M620 user guides and the M630 and parameters mentioned in the KB should be enabled by default. Unfortunately, I have no way to check the BIOS settings because I can not all M630 blades enter into maintenance mode without turning off the virtual machines running on them and another maintenance window one day after previous, we're going to be deprecated. In addition, the error is not the same as that of the KB and my goal is to collect as much information before entering another window of maintenance requiring downtime.
    I hope that you will be able to provide any new perspectives or opening my eyes to things that I may have missed.
    Thanks in advance.
    The processor in this system is a v3 E5-2660, not an E5-26xx v2.  ESXi 5.0 doesn't know how to use the features of this processor FlexMigration.  I think that the first version of ESXi to support this processor is ESXi 5.1U2.
    Unfortunately, I do not see a workaround for ESXi 5.0 solution.
  • Configure or upgrade windows computer?
    I recently bought a new computer because I start video editing.   With a limited budget, I bought a Dell workstation renovated to a very good price, but I realize now that I should have done more research and I'm not sure that this is the best computer for this purpose. But I have, so I thought I'd ask while configuring it to best effect to use Premiere Pro: using hard drive, settings, etc. But I also have suggestions for upgrades that would make it run more efficiently for my purposes.  For example, can or should I upgrade the CPU card or graphics?
    You can check if the manual lists the processor upgrade options or you may need to contact dell. the dell Web page lists several cpu for this dell workstation when customizing to buy, such as the v3 E5-1650. in theory all single haswell-EP (E5-16xx v3) or double (E5-26xx v3) cpu should work in this motherboard, but confirm it again as much as you can before you buy. the E5-1630 v3 would be almost 2 x faster than the current value, well enough for the performance. the E5-1650 v3 is about 2.5 times faster than the current one. after start of the processor becomes much more expensive for their performance. a processor as the E5-2660 v3 can be about 3 x faster, but will be much more expensive.
    upgrade to 32 GB would be recommended for large projects, or multitasking with other programs, or AE. According to what you do, the 16 GB may be ok for now. You must confirm the specification of memory with the manual or dell to ensure you buy the right type to add. as kingston memory Finder apps can also provide good memory to buy.
    Depending on your media and your projects, as well as the cpu you upgraded to, you can be watching a gtx 960 970 or higher to improve/replace video card. you would need to ensure that the power supply in the system can handle the additional power draw and was necessary to plug into a new video card power cables. chances are it's power 425W during the generation of dell, listed options, which would limit the options for video cards to a gtx 960 customization. food can have 1x6pin, or 2x6pin 2x8pin connectors. You can buy a video card with the same connections. some 960 gtx models use a 1x6pin power connector.
    According to your projects, 2 TB hard drive can be good to keep the media, or you may want to check the motherboard for raid-0 with hard drive, or just buy a large ssd. items on page tweakers will have several examples of disk configurations.
  • Intel E5-2680 v3 vs no matter what i7 processor
    Hey all. Right now my current setup is a former Dell Precision T7500 2 - X 5680 processors and 64 GB of ram ddr3 ECC dual GTX 680 4 GB version. These processors are up there in age, and I have my eyes set on a new system. The processor I chose to replace is the v3 Intel E5-2680, which is a 2.5 GHz processor, 12. Now, I stand to win some place this new processor, as the plug is about 3 revisions before my current setup. I want to go with a X 99 edge so I can have some future events.
    My problem is, in most of the landmarks I found, there are other i7 processors that seem as they manipulate first a lot better that the intel that I chose, but I can't be sure that most of the time, the high range xeon don't are not dénoyauté exactly against the i7. So it is no more details I can find directly between the two against another. I'm looking for someone who knows if that is a better choice. I realize that the Xeon is incredibly expensive compared to the i7, but in this case, I do this for a living and money is not a problem. I want to just make sure that I get the best bang for my buck, and no one can tell me if the additional $ 800 will make me good.
    Your current system was a monster in its day!
    About your new construction, it depends. Check out the following post, where Eric Bowen of ADK made a lot of tests for different processors on motherboards Asus x 99 reference:
    HASWELL E landmarks
    For most workflows, an overclocked i7-5960 x word be the best choice, but for some heavy lifting renders, the extra cores for more expensive, faster processors e5-26xx can pull ahead. Personally, I would choose the overclocked i7 every time unless you have the budget for a different build dual-Xeon.
    Kind regards
