  I just got a Blackberry "BOLD" from my local Vodafone store. I went through all the bits and pieces to set up a blackberry email address (via Vodafone mobileme) so I can start the push email. However, when I got the email from the implementation of the wizard, the only option, it is for me to set up an email is Blackberry Enterprise Server!

  I already called Vodafone to activate the Blackberry Internet Service @ 5pounds per month. But the option of Blackberry Enterprise Server is still the only option given to me.   Hello

  Mean loads of junk email the very - 100 + per day.

  Is not a problem with Outlook 2003 on my PC, because they are filtered to the Junk folder.

  They go on my "BOLD" of Orange so can I put it to the same kind of thing as Outlook done or is this a case of keeping on delete them manually?

  Can set filters individual word to my ISP, but it doesn't seem to be a common feature of each message to filter them by this way.

  The best way is to filter spam at the level of your email server.

  You can set filters by keywords on your login data as service BIS, but it's difficult, too.

  There is a spam on the device filter I know of Antair. Check it out.

• A "Default" email for calendar blackBerry Smartphones is import from Outlook?

  I have three emails saved in my BB; one is the Association. BB account, another is a GMail account, and the other is my main account I have import from my field of Network Solutions.  With the help of DTM, I can import my Outlook with the BB calendar very well, EXCEPT apparently saves the appointment with the wrong default e-mail account; It records the appointment with the GMail account, but I want to save them with my domian account.

  When you synchronize with DTM, I see no option as to which e-mail account to link appointments (or even to my Contacts) to the.  I am very confused!

  If there is an option in the DTM, I must be missing, so I wonder if there is a 'Default' on BB Storm2 email?

  Any suggestions?

  Is it possible to send email to a blackberry phone settings via a form of service for the user to phone message doesn't have to configure it manually?

  We recently had to reinstall our Exchange Server and are now having to modify the e-mail settings on all our employees members of the phone, however, some of these members of staff are not in the same city that I.T. support and that the staff are not very literate computer/smartphone members, it will be difficult for us to guide them on how to change the e-mail settings especially if Autodiscover does not report the settings correctly on the phone and domain/server settings must be entered manually.

  A member of staff in particular, has a Blackberry curve 9300.

  Any suggestion will be appreciated as we would prefer, as well as in the future, be able to update phones with the necissary through a form parameters any service message rather than error prone manual intervention.

  OK... so the answer is, well, maybe. It will require compromises your safety ethic.

  A way of doing what you want to connect in the BIS users account on their Web of BIS carrier site and configure the email account it... the fact, of course, would require you to know the credentials of BIS users. Of course, that would also require that the carrier does have such a site... not all do.

  Another way would ring up the carrier users the identity of the user and the carrier agent to configure the e-mail account.

  If the employer provides the user devices such as service plan, then I guess the compromise of security required is lower because, technically, two belong to the company, not the user. But, if what are BYOD devices and/or the carrier account does she belong to the employer, then you'd be in essence hack on behalf of users to achieve.

  I get e-mail messages concerning the posst on Facebook on my Curve 9300 and the default device, Facebook for creating new appointments in the calendar.  I don't want default Facebook and I don't need the Facebook calendar to all.  How can I change this?

  Do two things.

  • Open your Facebook account for Blackberry applications, press the Menu key > Options.
  • Scroll down to "Integrate with BlackBerry calendar" and uncheck the box and disable that.
  • Now on your BlackBerry, go to your list of Options > Advanced > default Services.
  • Change the calendar default to one of your e-mail accounts, not Facebook.

  I tried the setting to the top of my handset to receive my work email, but it achieved so far and told me to contact my company for a few additional settings. To be honest, I tried to do on the fly because im not important enough for me to put emails in place like this. So I wanted to just cancel it with emails, but I keep receiveing network messages every 3 minutes as if the my work e-mail account is still trying to send them. The email I receive is:-

  I'll try to keep this short, sweet and simple. I have a new curve 8350i and set up a blackberry to this topic e-mail account: [email protected]. I use this mail to redirect emails from Outlook work. So far, it has worked great, but I would like to be able to log-in to the email account and change the 'Reply-To' so when I e-mail people back to the blackberry e-mail, they will automatically respond to my work instead of a blackberry email address.

  Anyway, I can't figure out how to log-in and make this change. I used a couple of sprint.blackberry including different URLs. com. It does not work.

  Fortunately, there was a phone number to call. I called him and after puzzled the guy from support with my problem, he suggested we delete my email account and try to re-register. The only downside was that I would not be able to use the same name for e-mail. Well, it worked!

  And here's the other confusing part... I use www.nextel.blackberry.com because my phone is a Nextel Blackberry, but the e-mail address is still sprint.blackberry.com. There is more confusing than that, it?

  Had a storm.  Have two e-mail accounts.  A yahoo account and my work.  The phone will not accept a preset "sent to help.  This means that one of the emails always send to the wrong account.  I have the ability to select what email I want to send him, but he used just default the account appropriate rather than having to select.  I do not use the message icon to send messages.  I only use e-mail icons.  When you go into the settings, some email is selected in the settings become the default.

  Look carefully.  The icon next to the message that you moved should be slightly different than the one for e-mail that is in your Inbox - more like a record that an envelope.

  By default, the message list displays all messages.  You have to go into Options--> General Options (from the list of Messages) and 'Hide the Messages filed' the value yes.  Now, you will not see any e-mail to you move to a folder, unless you forcibly to consult the record.

  Of course, the conversaion is useless unless you are on a BES since BIS does not support files - which may be the reason for the behavior you describe!

• Problems of the mail of blackBerry Smartphones

  Not sure if this is a problem or two. The two are related e-mail.

  On my curve (AT & T network) my emails come from three accounts: blackberry by default, a hotmail and a business account.

  Previously, when they arrived, I had three options, I could 1) remove unit, 2) remove the device and the server it comes or 3) cancel.

  Now, I have only two options: 1) delete or cancel the 2). This reflected what he said to me when an SMS arrives.

  So, when I choose the delete, it isn't clear it from the server, and I have to manually delete the emails of my accounts and get essentially the same message twice, once on the handheld and once in my email box.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

  Press the menu key and select sign up now.
  You will receive a verification email. Then go to email settings and send service directories.

  I just got my Blackberry yesterday and set it up--the e-mails have been transferred from my computer with no problems. They stopped this morning and I do not get all... I got an email directly to my Blackberry phone, but nothing from my computer. Any help/suggestions gratefully received! Thank you

  A worker of co of mine had this problem.  Remove the dough and then put back.  The hard reset solves the problem!
