  I noticed some display problems since the update for Sierra. I see some trails icon when switching between desktop computers as well as a line of 1px of random colors on the right side of the screen seems to be leftover pixels for the desktop switch as well.

  Your HTML widgets at the top of your page are the cause. Interestingly, it seems to be the "Flipping Transitioner V5" widget which is triggering problems.   I edit with Premiere Pro on a Mac Pro running OS X 10.10.2 cylinder (3.5 GHz 6 - Core Intel Xeon E5, 16 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC, over-pants D500 3072 MB), when I connect the images with Excel, I noticed after some time switching between Excel and Premiere Pro or all the other apps, first Pro STILL crashes with the error serious.

  I do a lot of dynamic binding After Effects in first. So I'm constantly switch back and forth between the first and after touch. I would basically create the effect with AFX, then drag the comp on first and put it on my calendar. I would then switch back to AFX and tweak the timing of effects, back to the first and make sure it looks OK, etc.

  But since the latest updates, After Effects hangs now for 5 seconds when I move to make a few adjustments.

  This seems not to be that great after effects containing 100 comps projects.

  I use after effects CC 2015.3 13.8.1.38 and first Pro CC 2015.4 10.4.0 (30) man and 10 PC Windows.

  Æ checks the integrity of the project and saves temporary versions of the project. Sounds perfectly normal to me. You may be able to get the best results by regulalrly flushing the caches, so older versions are not held, but really, this sounds more like you need to adapt to your workflow and splice the comps to separate projects on a "as needed" basis rather than keeping a whole big piece of data with all the consequences.

• First Pro CC 2014.2 frequently crashes when switching between programs

  I started to program frequent crashes in first Pro CC 2014.2 Mac OS 10.10.3 on my Mac Pro 2013. This problem occurs when I switch to another program, say word or Adobe Audion back to Premiere Pro. I have the dialog box "we're sorry" and the application breaks down. About 50% of the time when this happens - when I reopen it the application that it hangs again - and then on the 2nd re - open it is successful. It's really annoying my workflow to worry about a crash whenever I have spend in AE or hearing. I uninstalled all the plugins, uninstalled and re-installed PP, erased the media cache and reset the preferences. Happening every day on this machine. • How to reset data when switching between two subforms

  I have two subforms that are either displayed or hidden based on a radio button selection.

  If '1' option button is selected, subform1 is visible and subform2 is hidden and vice versa.

  It's hard for me to explain, please bear with me.
