  On the one hand, ILO has 2 question here.

  The organization I work for has 2 different Adobe accounts with different products attached to them - 1 account has full creative cloud (who is due at the end of this month the automatic renewal) and a professional edition of the Digital Publishing Suite. 2 account is an account of volume license and has about 5 CC licenses in use in it.

  Ideally, we want a single account to take care of all these. So my questions are:

  1. Is it possible to merge both of these accounts, even if they have different products on them?
  2. Do I have to have an active account of creative cloud to have the Digital Publishing Suite license? (If it is not possible to merge, I cancel the creative cloud on account 1 account and add a new account 2 manually, but I'm not sure if the account DPS need CC).

  I signed up for the trial of creative cloud and realized after the fact that I misspelled my email address. So I've set up a new account with the correct email address because I couldn't connect to the misspelled email one address. Now when I go to install Illustrator or Photoshop I get a message that says to check my email address but it's the wrong email address.   In my free CC active account, I have a few files that have been downloaded to CC app ipad (not an adobe application) and also a file which has been downloaded to active CC via Adobe draw. These files are in the "Files" section if my current account. I can't delete them, it does not even have the option to delete, only; (under actions) Download, archive, rename, replace.

  But... active under 'mobile creations' are able to be deleted, BUT also removes these from my mobile device at the same time (wow, talk about a system of "LOCKED") how people put up with this garbage.

  Any help with deleting these files would be greatly appreciated.

  There's no option to transfer the license of an Adobe Id, to another.

  You want to cancel current subscription and then buy a new one under the Adobe Id of the user.

  If I buy Adobe Creative cloud (complete suite $49 / month / annual) today and use it on my MacBookPro and install and use it and then in the future move (mainly due to the cost) to computer windows laptop, can I use my existing creative cloud account subscription or do I need a new?  A second question would be that I have a Mac and a PC.  I often change between them for various projects.  Could I install on both?
