Creative cloud say my account is active
I'm unable to open photoshop or other adobe products, also. It is said to renew my subscription. I take a look and Creative Cloud says that my account is active.
You will have to wait until 20:00 (PST - PDT,-8) before you can download. If you purchased right.
I have CC, but it comes with CS6.

I currently own photoshop cc 2014 but creative cloud says it's only the free trial version and I still have to buy the full version
Check that your current account (and only the adobe, used in the next step id is good) by logging in here and check the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

You may need to check the firewall settings, if you are in a corporate environment, consult with the INFORMATICS team.

Bug? Why creative cloud says I can upgrade to Acrobat DC, but not really?
Creative cloud says I can upgrade to Acrobat DC.
When I select update, I saw the following message:
So, I select update again and receive the following:
I followed the instructions and uninstalled my desktop version of Acrobat Pro XI.
After uninstalling and rebooting, creative cloud no longer displays DC Acrobat as an update.
He says that I can 'Try' Acrobat DC, then pay for it to keep. Seriously?
It seems that Adobe attracted me with Acrobat DC for forcing me to uninstall the current version of office for a free trial of Acrobat DC. Please tell me it is a bug or I missed something here.
I reinstalled Acrobat Pro XI and now Creative Cloud says I can upgrade to Acrobat DC even once.
Can anyone tell me and others on the forum if this is a bug?

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

How to remove Active creative cloud free asset account?
In my free CC active account, I have a few files that have been downloaded to CC app ipad (not an adobe application) and also a file which has been downloaded to active CC via Adobe draw. These files are in the "Files" section if my current account. I can't delete them, it does not even have the option to delete, only; (under actions) Download, archive, rename, replace.
But... active under 'mobile creations' are able to be deleted, BUT also removes these from my mobile device at the same time (wow, talk about a system of "LOCKED") how people put up with this garbage.
Any help with deleting these files would be greatly appreciated.

Creative cloud: teacher/student account, cannot use assets
I am signed on an account of applications in the teacher/student category and wonder if I'm supposed to have access to the property. Otherwise, I need to upgrade to an individual account applications?
If I'm supposed to have access to the goods, he is currently coming as "Upgrade to premium".
