  In accordance with my previous answer, it seems that no matter what Windows 7 which is / will use the built-in Microsoft Bluetooth protocol, does not have any "audio" to Bluetooth signals.

  You probably need to replace the Bluetooth "pilot" / "radio (dongles)" in order to use the drivers from other companies such as Toshiba and Broadcom.

  I could be wrong, but I don't think that Recovery Manager is of any use to you now. Recovery Manager works with files in C:\SwSetup to reinstall the OS original and drivers/apps and the recovery partition.
