Dell V305w printer will no paper feed

My new Dell V305w printer worked fine for a few weeks, but now cannot properly feed paper. He turns and seems to have trouble pulling the paper down. The paper sometimes goes down a few inches and the printer starts to print, but the book isn't far enough into the printing machine. Fortunately, the printer continues printing without paper and then she finishes, but nothing comes out. Sometimes it is said that there is a paper jam. I have remove the partially inserted sheet and try again. And once again. And once again. There is nothing hinder the wheels that I see. I use regular printer paper. I have the same problem with envelopes. It seems like the envelope begins to feed and then stops, as the wheel intercepts her. Sometimes the envelope will go through the printer, but the impression is going to be dragged in off the edge of the envelope. It seems that the wheels do not pull the envelope or the sheet of paper in the machine.

Justo something old... Take a couple of Q-tips, moisten them with rubbing alcohol, then try to clean the 2 grey rollers inside the paper tray that pull the paper when you try to print. Let the alcohol evaporate, and you're ready to go. Alcohol revives the surface of the roller which was not working because of the dust. Try to keep the printer covered to avoid this problem often. And there you go, fast and simple solution.
