  OK, I think I found the problem, which seems to be with my browser is Mozilla Firefox. When I open a different browser (I tried Google Chrome), I have not had any problems with this DEP error and Flash behaved normally. I have not had time to try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox again but that's where the problem arises. Worst case, I'll change my browser, problem sorted!

  You may have accidentally dragged - fell into the photo folder.  Move a folder - even that which is several hundreds of gigabytes - only takes about one second (assuming both are stored on the same drive).  This is because the move operation is really just an update a line to the NTFS file system data table: none of the files are actually "moved" the reader is concerned.  Copy, however, takes time because the reader must actually write every file.

  It is most likely.  I would be it back to where you want and see if it happens again.

I try to use a disk hard iomega for photo backup.  My windows image file contains 3542 images, the iomega contains the same number, covering a period of time, from 2002 to 2009.  My Windows Photo Gallery contains 23 000 + items covering a period from 2002 to 2011.  Before my last backup attempt, a few minutes earlier, 18000 Photo Gallery + content elements.  When I clicked on the button "Import pictures using Windows" for the iomega he said had 5169 photos to import.  I guess that Windows imported these 5169 photos in Photo Gallery when I intended to send photos to the Photo Gallery for the iomega.  Where should I look to find the missing photos for 2009 to 2011?  When I find out how to do them in Windows Photo Gallery?  How can I transfer photos from the Photo Gallery for the iomega.

  Any menu or drop-down to open menu closes before I can click on options. Happens if I right click on the screen to see the menu, right-click on any applications programs in the start menu to see options, when I'm in a browser and click on a drop down menu, etc. They all disappear until I can get a good look at all the options, or click on one.

  Have you tried to see if it occurs in Mode safe?

  Have you done the updates of Windows?

  Have you tried to use the HP Support Assistant?

  The best document I have for TouchPad problems is the use and troubleshooting of the TouchPad and ClickPad document. Go to mouse properties and "restore all defaults" then apply, and restart your laptop.
