  OK, I think I found the problem, which seems to be with my browser is Mozilla Firefox. When I open a different browser (I tried Google Chrome), I have not had any problems with this DEP error and Flash behaved normally. I have not had time to try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox again but that's where the problem arises. Worst case, I'll change my browser, problem sorted!

• Firefox crashes before doing anything.

  Firefox announces that it crashed before it does nothing and told me to stop or restart that results in the same crash. I have included my e-mail address with the report of accident several times but received no recognition. I am a veteran of Windows since 98 & can find my way around directories & registry. I have all crash reports, not acknowledged by the last id including the FF site.

  Win7 seems otherwise healthy and going Explorer'net ok.

  It seems that the uninstall of FF program is not severe enough or that I fell into a black hole of FF. I've uninstalled and reinstalled without success. My next thought is to remove all program FF, Applications and data files, and whatever the entries in registry, Regseeker & CCleaner think appropriate., & then reinstall.

  I've been running Win7 with the last pack of Srv, Norton Inet Scrty with FF for years, with no problems.
  I reported this with Inet Explr given that FF does not work. Are there procedures or suggestions to offer?

  Thank you for the report crash IDs. I checked the last three and that they do not match philipp mentioned originally, here is a little more information about this problem.

  If you open the error reports and click on the 'Modules' tab, you will see that the first on the list in each case is "FLVSrvLib.dll". This module installs with various programs of Applian Technologies including Freecorder and Replay Media Catcher.

  The accident seems to have started after that users with one of these programs installed a recent last update their Norton Security software.

  Could you check again on the question of if you have either of these programs, and it is not essential, try to uninstall it then restart Windows to ensure that none of its components are running.

  Firefox will start normally after that?

• Installation disc Win7 keeps restarting (before doing anything useful)

  Recently, I bought a Windows 7 upgrade (a file called ')

  Dutch_Windows_7_Professional_SP1_W64_X17 - 59236.img'). Now I have burned the image on a dvd and am trying to install, but not having not success.

  When I start the computer with the disc, I get the usual "press any key to boot from the disc" message, what I'm doing. Then, a white with the text "loading files" progress bar appears. After the progress bar has filled, for a second or two, I see the text "Starting Windows" and then the computer restarts. And that's all, I can't go any further.

  I took several measures to ensure that it is not a bad burned disc or a hardware malfunction:

  -J' have burned and tried the two DVDs. Same thing with both.

  -J' tried my desktop computer (a fairly new PC with UEFI) and my computer laptop (very different material, old-school BIOS) and several virtual machines. All these machines are known to work properly (I'm typing this from one of them). All give the same results.

  -In addition, on the virtual machines I tried to start the downloaded directly (not from the dvd) image file. Yet once again, the same thing happens.

  So. Someone has an idea what is happening? What can I try? In my view, that the problem occurs at a stage early that there are little, I as a user can do, but I'm not a big user of Windows, then maybe someone has an idea.

  Looks like you have a corrupt. ISO file, try to download another copy and try again.

• Can I have a button to open a file without doing anything else?

  I created a button to open a pdf booklet. However, when this button is activated, is not only the pdf file opens, but the project continues to the next slide. Is it possible to stop this?  I want this button to open the brochure and nothing else.

  When you set up the link that points to the PDF file, you open in a new window? If so, you should also see an option on the drop-down menu where you choose to point to a new window that says something like: continue a game project. You must make sure that the option is NOT enabled and playhead should remain on-site.

  If you create an interpolation function, you can assign an event listener to the interpolation to listen for the MOTION_FINISH event and have this process of evolution to the new URL.  If you look in the Tween class in the help documents, you will find all the events that can be listened to.

• all I have to do with the ID files before sending the draft to the Publisher?

  I am now very close to sending my Adobe InDesign files to Publisher/printer that will turn digital files into a paper copy hardback book.

  The printer asked the project Adobe InDesign file and photo/graphic/etc. files accompanying it.  This particular file is very large, because I took hundreds of pictures and whatnot, I used only some of them, of course, but others are still in the folder.  I'd hate to have to go through everything to winnow it down to ensure that the files that I used, because it would take some time... But do I have to?

  When I open my project .indd file, everything connects perfectly in the large data file (I know there is a better name for this, but I can't think of it right now) on my computer.  But it will work the same way if I send to the printer the two files on a 64 GB USB?

  (we both use Mac, which could help).

  I thought I should check before sending anything off the power.  I fear the idea of getting a call, saying that when they throw my .indd file, they get 266 errors (or even an errow).

  The printer is in a different city, which makes things a bit more complicated.

  Use the Package feature (file > Package) to create a new folder that contains the InDesign file and only the link images you have actually used and do not forget to include a PDF file.

  When I click on a file I want in the Pages, the program passes through each file that I created before he gets to the one I want.  Is it possible to go directly to the file you want?

  Open the Pages with the SHIFT key is pressed, so it is not reopen previously open documents or close all your open documents before leaving the Pages.

  I lost all the images contained in the "my pictures" file on the hard drive.  The files are there but when I open the files they are all empty. It's like some 50 folders and each folder contained about 25 or so images jpg. I lost the using the "windows live photo gallery» I found a thread that someone else has had this problem and only one answer was to check the checkbox 'Show hidden files'. I have done this no luck there. When I open "windows live photo gallery" all records are on the left of the window but empty. I did not send any of these files to the "trash".  Can someone tell me how to recover these?

  You ran the scanner of MS too? It will take some time, but it must be done. If a virus is responsible for it must be nuked before he can ravage any more.

  Send all the pictures? You can still recover these - and get some help course in order to avoid this sort of thing. External hard drives and online storage are worth a small spending to protect valuable files. I also keep the dvd - outdated image files but enough fix if even they can deteriorate over time (but don't we all!)

  Let us know if the scan MS lands anything - run the full scan - it will take time.

  I understand that you receive an error saying music.library - ms no longer works.

  Please answer:

  (1) did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  In the libraries folder, you will notice that the icons of the folders have changed to something else. This clearly indicates that Windows 8 libraries are no more work and corrupted.

  To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  (a) press Windows + E to open Windows Explorer, and then click library.

  (b), select all the libraries with which you are faced with a question and select Delete.

  (c) click Yes to confirm.

  (d) after the deletion, right-click on the icon libraries in the left navigation pane and click on restore default libraries.

  (e) in the first attempt, default icons have been restored but if you are unable to access the libraries of Windows 8, delete and restore again to go back to work.

  Note: Deleting of a library does not delete the contents of the included folders. However, you need to add or include your folders manually, if necessary.

• Photoshop CC 2015 - recovered files does not close, PS is not closed and does not close files randomly

  Hope that there is little help for that matter. I have not found similar questions in the search, or I had a bit of luck on other sites:

  I'm having a problem where random files that have been opened will not close. I am not in a position to leave Photoshop either... only a force quite stop the program however once I raise the PS, the files that would not reappear near, sometimes they are listed as recovered files but not always.

  The files that are listed as being recovered will not close no matter what I do. I tried to locate an Auto valuation folder as some people had suggested to a similar problem with PS CS6, but it does not work for 15 CC.

  A few rare occasions, I was able to catch the recovered files before they open and cancel the process which does not solve the problem, but that only works if the files are large enough so they take more than a few seconds to open. The files of smaller size will open almost instantly and I'm stuck with having up to 8 files to open, that I don't need or want.

  I have tried zapping the P - ram (suggestions from other sites) but no luck and trashing preferences.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Save as files to you office or somewhere that you can find them. Force quit. Run disk utility and set your permissions. Then try to Photoshop.

• I can't close or delete the file, the button disappeared

  Since I updated to Firefox, at the top of the page where it says FILE, EDIT, VIEW, HISTORY, etc. under the button FILE, the close button is gone & in order to close or delete a file, I have to LEAVE my computer. His TERRIBLE...

  Use Alt + F to open the file menu if you want to see the entry to close the tab.
  
  You can also close a tab with a middle-click on this tab or via the context menu of a tab.

  Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you are using the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825).
  
  You can see the difference if you use Alt + F to open the file menu and other menus such as the Edit (Alt + E) menu and the menu bookmark (Alt + B) and compare that to what you see, if you use the mouse to open the menu after the bar of menus visible by typing Alt or by pressing F10.
