Designjet T1100ps 44 inches: update Firmware to resolve the 81:03 error?

We get errors 81:03 in the middle of several pages in PDF of print jobs.

Our current version of the firmware is: TJ6 - TAJ6_6.0.0.4

Does update the firmware? If Yes, where can I find the latest version for download?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

81:03 is an error with your preliminary media.  You can try to restart the printer, power down at the back and unplug the power cord.  Well that off and unplugged hold the power button the front panel for 10 to 15 seconds.

This can sometimes erase an error that is logged in motherboards will not erase.

Looking for FW go to... HP.com-> Support tab-> enter your printer information.

The T1100 is an obsolete printer, so HP has ceased to put the newer versions of FW and get parts through them will be difficult, because they no longer support this model of printer.

I would recommend examines a new plotter, using a refund from HP for the T1100 should ago get a discount from nice on the new machine.

    In addition, I tried all sorts of things, I found in online forums, but I don't remember exactly what those who were, because most of them were things that I didn't understand.

    Maybe you guys can help. Thank you in advance!

    I don't see anything abnormal in your report - which probably means that the problem is a race condition where your AV is to win the fight for access to certain critical files when the Service for the Protection of software needs to access.

    Certainly, it will disappear after a few days.

    The date on our printer is ahead of close to 3 years and expires cartridges sooner than expected. I went the front panel display settings and changed the date and tried to change the date via the web interface, but when the machine is turned off and comes back resets the date of 2018. Am I missing something? Is there another solution?

    For this problem, I recommend first of all of the updates of the firmware and then perform a hard reset. You can find the Windows 7 64-bit firmware update here: LINK

    It might also help to do a hard reset. You can do this by turning off the unit, disconnect the power supply for a minute, and insert the power cord into the printer before turning back on.

    Sorry, but your post is very confusing.  You've got an ok error code, after that I do not understand what you mean by switch / stop and seconds.  First thing you need to do is to unplug the plotter of the power source.  Wait about 30 seconds and plug back in and if the power does not turn on by itself, use the power button to turn it on and tell us what appears on the screen.

    1. tap on settings

    2. press on Service

    3. press on the RFU.

    4. highlight on, then press ENTER to set.

    Try to update the firmware again and let me know what happens?

    Flash Firmware Update Notes:
    The firmware update utility uses the network or a USB connection to the printer.

    • HP Color LaserJet Professional CM1415 MFP series printer driver software must be installed before using this utility.
    • The HP Color LaserJet Professional CM1415 MFP printer must be on and in a READY State, as indicated by the LCD screen of the control panel and remain under tension during the process of updating entire firmware.
    • 1415fn HP LaserJet Pro printer MFP series CM color must be connected and able to print documents from the computer.
    • The RFU on the control panel (Service-> RFU) must be set to 'ON'
    • Depending on the speed of your PC processor, the firmware update process may end on the printer before the end of the progress bar to update status in the utility to update firmware flash on the screen of the PC, it's normal.
    • Once the update process has started, do not use your PC for other activity, until the process is complete.
    • Do not power cycle the product or the computer until the firmware update process.

      Process:
      1 download the update firmware from HP.com flash on your desktop.

      8 power cycle are NOT the product or the computer that during this process or the product may become unstable and or unusable without further attention of HP. The firmware flash update can take up to 5 minutes to complete. Please be patient.
      9 in the flash firmware update product, display on the product control panel will display "Print Document - delete - programming - complete - Hewlett-Packard - loans - initialization - Ready". Once the download is complete, the printer is in the ready state.
      10. at the end of the update of the firmware, the dialog window displays a smiley face. Click exit.
      11. the firmware flash update process is complete.

    12. If you want to check the update, use the menu of reports under Setup Control Panel to print a configuration report. The configuration report displays the current firmware revision in the block of product information. If the firmware datecode don't change, check the setting of the RFU in the Service from the control panel Menu - it must be 'ON' for a successful update.

    Maybe it's the same problem, I've had a few years on a Z2100.  Updated the firmware and the printer would not restart.  Reinstall from cable to the screen, and everything came back OK.

    My company is owner of scanner and plotter connected together via a USB cable. The two devices are connected to our network separately. Scanner is DesignJet T1100mfp and DesignJet T1100PS plotter.

    In the near future we would like to replace our current plotter with the newest one, but we would like to continue to use our current scanner (with regulator).

    We contacted the official HP service center for our country and their response was that they do not know the answer and it is should be tested first. Now for us to test it, we would have to buy the new tracer first, then test it, which is obviously not an option.

    So my question is can where to find list of supported for this scanner devices so that we could get the best ratio price/performance ration about compatibility?  DesigjJet T1300 is compatible with this particular scanner. Or can anyone suggest the best solution.

    I don t think you're doing something wrong.

    You reset the TV in the past?
    If this isn't the case, I would recommend you to rest from the TV and to check the availability of the firmware once more.

    By the way: the 32RL838F is released in France.
    Where are you from? Do you have chosen France all in TV Setup?

    Always is it that Toshiba laptops are preinstalled with Windows OS.
    Linux is not supported at this time, and you won't find driver for sound card for Linux.
