DeskJet 3070 on line and connected by PC tells me unable to print, not connected - help please

I'm on a laptop with Windows 7. I recently moved the printer to a different location. I tried to print them, but in vain. I re-installed the CD and re-configured the wireless, restarted the printer and PC, but no matter what, when I try to print, my PC comes up with the printer is error offline and will not print.

Can anyone help please?
