• Frozen to the software update blackBerry smartphones

  I have a Blackberry Curve 9360 and it is frozen all by doing an update of the software (progress overall backup 13%).  It has been like that for the last two hours.  I tried to take out the battery, but it just goes back to the same screen when it restarts.

  Can anyone help please?

  Two options to try:

  One:

  • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
  • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
  • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.
  • If this does not work, and you get stuck on the safeguarding of social data feeds, go to the second method below.

  Second:

  • Go to device > delete > SELECT DATA > select this option to remove the Social flow and smart card data bases and follow the rest invites you to complete.
  • Now, you can go back and click to update the device through the Desktop Manager, or restart the BlackBerry in normal mode and continue on the upgrade of the air.

  Your BlackBerry event log displays events recently running and the processes on your system. If you encounter a problem with your BlackBerry or having a problem with a specific application or service, the event log information can be useful for troubleshooting. And it may be a good hygiene of BlackBerry to clear the log, to keep your appliance to operate properly.

  To access your event log, go to your home screen, press and hold the ALT key and type "LGLG." The event log will appear, and you can click on a specific event for more information or press your BlackBerry MENU key more than options. The MENU key has seven points in the form of the letter B, and it is directly to the left of the BlackBerry devices with balls. You can copy event information by using the MENU key and customize your settings to connect only specific types of events.

  You can also free up some device memory valuable to help your device to run more quickly by disabling your event log.   Start here please... you did some, but not all, these necessary things:

  Finally, after all that, with a strong network carrier (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB...   • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then again please contact your mobile provider for formal support. Please ask him to check very carefully as to why your BB cannot receive BIS of their network.   I have a very old BlackBerry App World build my torch.  While I wait for a Z10/Q10, I try to update.  For some reason when I update to 2.1.1.2 to 4.3.0.26 I get a Setup error.  Any suggestions on how to do it?  I don't see a way to remove the BlackBerry App World and reinstall.  Thank you.

  What model of torch you have! If you encounter a problem with the update you can try to re - install BlackBerry World. For which first of all, go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry World of this list.

  It depends on the version of the OS device to the receiver as well as the version of BBm they use.

  Firstly your need BIS - Blackberry Internet Serives from Vodafone subscription, this is the unique feature that separates other Blackberry devices.

  Browser, Facebook, twitter and other applications require the BIS subscription. Only the appworld will work in Wi - Fi mode.

  You can change the settings of the browser for Hotspot to work over wifi, but I think the 7 OS will automatically detect it.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.

  Go to options advanced options, host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT CLICK on any list.
  Press the menu key and select sign up now.
  You will receive a verification email. Then go to email settings and send service directories.
  You will receive an email by account. Repeat the battery pull and see if the problem is

  almost all of these applications are compatible with the Tablet when veiwing on-line (from a computer)? I see a lot of phones listed on the right side, but no mention of the tablets

  You see elements in AppWorld for PC to portable devices and the Playbook. If you search for say "poynt", you will see two versions, one for the BlackBerry and one for the Playbook.

  Viewing of the Playbook, itself, you will see choices available for the Playbook.

  Hi all

  I'll try to find an application to my curve 3300 which is able to make XML forms Dynamics Adobe (it's a PDF form, but it is created using LiveCycle Designer and has a dynamic content that allows to find a difficult rendering engine.)

  I tried the trial of beamberry version, and is not able to make the shape... I get an error "you need a newer version of adobe reader.

  Has anyone else out there had the same problem? If so, how to solve it? PDF To Go will find dynamic .pdf forms?

  I'd appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

  P.S. anyone know which version of Adobe Reader is functionally equivalent to the .pdf reader Blackberry apps? Is it possible to know who, or are they two different creatures in total?

  P.P.S. I think that many people will not experience with dynamic PDF Forms... Here is a link to an example of dynamic .pdf form I created for testing purposes. If you think you have an application that can be read, please try to open the .pdf file linked on your blackberry. If someone out there is able to see, please let me know what software you use. Thanks a lot for your help.

  For all those who in the future which has a similar problem, I came up with a fairly simple solution. It adds an extra step to work, but it allows you to continue to use dynamic forms in your workflow.

  The ideal solution is if your office has a service release of adobe document server-side. You can push your form to the server, it retrieves the data in a data warehouse and then output a flattened PDF. A flattened PDF can be modified (easily), and all the code-behind is removed. This solution is the 'better' (and that's the only way to flatten an xfa form, as Adobe is concerned), but it also cost some coins, especially if you have any existing infrastructure to support service on the server side.

  The free solution (which I chose) is to use a virtual printer to "print" the document in an appropriate format. There are several free virtual printers out there, but I decided to go with CutePDF Writer. I print to CutePDF writer and the output is, essentially, a flattened form of .pdf compatible Blackberry. The only problem is that you cannot change a flattened document (a bonus in my situation, but still something to keep in mind... You can always change the original document, as the flattened .pdf is a copy, not a transformation).

  You can even add a "print" button to the form with JavaScript to specify the printer as "CutePDF Writer". In total, it is easier that you re-create all forms of business that have been made in a static format, and you can still leverage all the benefits of a dynamic form.

  I know that this is not central to the Blackberry and I apologize, but I had a difficult time with this issue, and I hope to help someone with the same problem in the future. Once again, thank you to those who helped.
