  • VMware View 5 PCoIP get a black screen on wide AREA network

    Hello community,

I got a VMware View 5 Infrastructure with a vCenter Server, a connectionserver of view and some clients such as VMs.

Internally, everything works - connections PCoIP and RDP do their job very well.

Know that we want to publish the vDesktops over the WAN. Users must connect to the virtual machines in their laptops or iPad (or iPhone) at home. So, we have configured our firewall to open the IP Wan (194.209.166.xy) to the internal IP (192.168.199.xy). A DNS entry for view.xy.com shows the IP WAN. If the WAN connection to infrastructure display RDP works - but PCoIP connections shows a black screen after 10 to 30 seconds after logon. We never see an interaction of oder break Windows. The screen is black after the logoninformations in the client view.

We have configured the connectionserver display settings as described in some articles here... 7

    The external url HTTPS: https://view.xy.com

checkbox activ: tunnel connection secure user desktop

    PCoIP external url: 194.209.166.xy:4172

checkbox activ: use pcoip gateway secure for pcoip Desktop connections

We have forgotten to do some settings or is it an another workaround to work with PCoIP over the WAN?

    Kind regards

    I did the following

    (1) enabled "Use PCoIP Secure Gateway for connections to PCoIP desktop computers" on my login server

    (2) entered the external URL field above the box my WAN (public IP)

    (3) the forwarded port TCP/UDP - TCP 443 - 4172 80 TCP on the IP connection server internal

What could be wrong? Would it not possible to make this configuration without a security server?

I am getting the box to logon on the Ipad - and my powers are accepted - but still not able to access my computer from windows client

  • Satellite L300-170 - no network card in Device Manager

    Hello

    I use Toshiba Satellite L300-170.
I install Windows 7 and realized that my LAN connection does not work.

In Device Manager, I have only the wireless network adapter which works fine.
My question is: is - nothing I can install LAN adapter manually and then install driver although my OS does not recognize LAN adapter?

    Hi mate

First of all, please set the BIOS to default settings.
Then save changes, connect the LAN cable to the LAN port and reboot the device.
After that please check in Device Manager if the LAN Controller would appear once again.

AFAIK some newer laptops supports a new energy saving feature.
The LAN card is active and appears in Device Manager only if the LAN cable would be connected!

    Welcome them

  • X 1 error Code #2 31 Miniport network EXTENDED (Network Monitor) carbon

I see on my screen of the Device Manager, the following message is displayed:

"This device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) »

Anyone know how to fix this?

The ADMIN EDIT - since the time of this discussion, there was a long term solution integrated with the new Lenovo preload images to avoid this accident.  For customers who may experience these systems on existing images of the software, please see this KB article which contains more comprehensive instructions.

    Hi, mpr

There is a solution to get rid of this error in the Device Manager. This error occurs because Windows does not have a driver for this device and can not find a. And since there is no driver installed, it cannot be deleted. To resolve this problem, a driver must be installed and then removed manually.

    To do this:

    • Open the Start menu and in the search box, type Device Manager .
    • Open the Device Manager.
    • Right-click on the wide area network WAN miniport device.
    • Select Update driver software...
    • Select Browse my computer for driver software
    • Select Let me pick from a list of device on my computer drivers
    • Uncheck Show compatible devices
    • Choose any driver inside here. (As long as Windows installs a driver, the problem can be removed. I recommend a Bluetooth driver just for simplicity).
    • Click OK in the warnings that are likely to appear. These are just informing you that this driver is not compatible with the material of Wan.
    • Finally, the driver should install. Once it does, right-click on the device again and choose Uninstall.

The problem should go away now and this error will not appear in the Device Manager more.

Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions,

    Adam

  • Satellite A200-1The - peripheral unknown in Device Manager

I have the suite listed under question marks in my device manager:

    ? Multimedia controller
    ? Network controller
    ? Unknown device

I installed the sound and it works
I installed the network card and it works

    What are the above devices?

Stand by. Which operating system you are trying to configure?

Have you checked on the Toshiba download section if the installations Instructions document is available? If you follow this document you will install everything you need and everything will be OK.
Anyway, multimedia controller can be peripheral multicard reader, network controller is probably wireless card. I can't say what unknown device because I know not what drivers you have installed.

  • Windows 10 Device Manager: "unknown devices", ACPI (Aspire V3 - 112 p)

After a new installation of Windows 10 (64-bit / Education version) on my Aspire V3-112 p-P5B3, I have yet three "unknown devices" in my device manager and a warning about my 'SDA Standard compatible SD Host Controller'. The first three say «Drivers not installed...» "and display in the 'Détails' tab the" property: device instance path "with the" value: ACPI\INT33FC\n ' (n = 1,2,3). The "SDA". "says"device pending on another device... ". ». So I think that the last problem could somehow be based on the first three problems (?).

I installed all the drivers on the Acer site for win 10/64 bit.

I tried to update the drivers in Device Manager... the problems are still there.

I used the "driver update utility" Intel... the problems are still there.

I found some clues on the web about "ACPI\INT33FC\n" - but above all, in my opinion, the strange sites for updates of drivers. But somehow, I don't think these pages...

Someone at - it a solution for this problem? Or the same problem?

It's a serious thing? Should / can I ignore it? Maybe a future driver updated by Acer?

Any help is welcome! Thanks in advance!

ACPI is part of the Intel IO drivers:

    http://global-download.Acer.com/GDFiles/driver/IO%20Drivers/IO%20Drivers_Intel_603.9600.1948.28229_W...

Sometimes you have to force the installation manually, then go to ACPI peripheral unknow, update/install drivers manually search for and navigate to the folder drivers and let windows choose the good.

  • questions about the exclamation points in a triangle in Device Manager

I went to my device manager to see if there are problems in all areas of the computer, because when I try to log on to a Web site that normally allow me to access it, it gives me a 404 error message. So when I went to the Manager of devices the only thing that I could see and which was not fair has this exclamation point in triangle and it was yellow next to Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface. When I double clicked on it that's what he told me: "this device cannot start code 10". I checked because he had run a driver update solutions check on it and came back with her has been updated.

We can help with your device error, but it will not fix the website.  A 404 message from the server, tell you that the Web page you have requested no longer exists (or has never existed).  Nothing you can do can correct an error 404 - only Web site builders can fix it.

On your device, the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface you mentioned is an interface to communicate on different versions of the TCP/IP protocol.  You can learn more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teredo_tunneling

  • Device Manager: nothing is pulling upwards

    original title: Device Manager

Recently, I ran a windows update and leave my computer turned off.  When you turn it on, the were (are) of the internet and the printer does not.  I went into Device Manager via Control Panel to see if I could turn them on and there is nothing pulling up in the Device Manager.  All documents and are accessible, but I can't even start a new internet connection and cannot print.   I am currently using another computer (more modern) in another room.  I even tried the SafeMode (f8 in the middle) from the model and go to Device Manager and nothing was there.  I just tried to go through the f8 option and beginning to a previous state that worked and I have the same result...  Everything is saved on that on a 350g portable hard drive.  It would just be easier to wipe the hard drive and start over? If so how would I do this reformatting?  Thanks for any advice.

  • I use a Belkin USB wireless adapter. In Device Manager, I see this same adapter listed several times... with a yellow exclamation mark over it. However, an entry for this card will not have any problems indicated and work well.

I think that whenever this USB adapter is removed and reinstalled, the system is seen as a new USB device.  However, if I try to uninstall the list in Device Manager showing a yellow exclamation point, the system will not... I get a message saying "Uninstall failed...". This device may be required for the system startup.
    Suggestion?

    Hello Fgibson1911,

Thank you for your message.  All of these entries stay after you restart your computer?  In addition, what happens when you search for new hardware?  Try this and let us know the result.
Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
    Click on Device Manager.
Right click on "Network adapters", and select "search the hardware changes.
    The "Yellow!" entries disappear?
We can't wait to hear back on your part.
