Device problem: "Master UDS Bus of Kernal USB driver software Bus by TCP is not installed. Looking for driver fails.

New install of Win 7.  Control Panel >... > devices and printers: problem with the computer. Convenience store ran with results: "pilot of Master NODES Bus of Kernal USB software Bus by TCP is not installed. Looking for driver fails.

Note: the only known problem I have is that I can't print to a printer USB connected in local (HP 5280).  Curious, the printer PC utility I can print a test page.  Microsoft Office 2007 apps, not printing.

I get the same error message.

It seems to be related to my D - Link DIR-655 Router and software (offered through D-Link) called "SharePort," which allows the USB port at the back of the router to use for networking!

I have 5 PCs on my home network and printer. With installed Shareport, I connected my printer to the router via the USB port. I don't have to have the computer on it, I used initially to install the printer.

To access the printer on any PC, I just have the icon in my taskbar.

The error message is displayed because, by default, SharePort is closed and it reads it as "not installed"!

I used it with Vista and Windows 7 Ultimate x 32 and x 64 with no problems!

Just as with the 'coprocessor' "impossible to install driver" error message, I uninstalled them in (several times) Device Manager and the error messages no longer appear!

So, in my case, the messages themselves were the only mistake!

FYO: Coprocessor refers to hardware devices such as fingerprint security to access your PC, instead of a password!

I hope this has been helpful!

  • HTTP connectivity from a device problem

    Hello

I'm working on an application that works with our web server via HTTP and HTTPS.

As it is a consumer application, we want to operate without MDS, out-of-the-box when a smartphone is purchased at retail with a web access data plan.

I assumed that this means using direct TCP when a Wi - Fi connection is not available.

The following code snippet prepares the URL according to the configuration, and opens the connection:

    String fullUrl = (isSecure? ("https://": "http://") + appConfig.getServerHost () + "/" + url + (bbAppState.isWiFiOnly ()? « ; (interface = wifi': "") + (bbAppState.isDeviceSide ()? « ; (deviceside = true': ' ");

    c = (HttpConnection) Connector.open (fullUrl, Connector.READ_WRITE, true);

    Details of equipment and network:

    Feature: 8320
    OS 4.5.0.81
    T-Mobile US network
Have a data plan (unlimited web and 400 messages)
Connection preference: Wi - Fi preferred
    No apn is not specified
Browser and third-party applications downloaded from the App World can access internet via Wi - Fi and EDGE/GPRS with the above parameters

    Tried:

    1. Free Wi - Fi and EDGE: deviceside = true - get "Tunnel failed '.
    2. Free Wi - Fi and EDGE: no deviceside, only the url - get "Tunnel failed '.
    3. No deviceside, only = wifi interface - works with a Wi-Fi connection, reports "The Tunnel failed" when out of range of a Wi - Fi connection.
    4. I tried parameter APN to internet2.voicestream.com just to test - got the same error 'Tunnel failed '.  I would not use it as the browser and other applications need and work when the APN is empty.

My question is if I'm something wrong or missing something.  My hypothesis is that third-party apps and BlackBerry Internet Service browser.  Is there a way to know?  Is there a way to disable it (for example to make sure that the browser and other applications use it)? Our company has recently become a partner of Alliance of BlackBerry, so we can apply to BlackBerry Internet Service, but I do not understand if this is necessary for consumer applications, or if the consumer applications should rely on direct TCP.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Sergey

Use '; deviceside = true ', you must also specify the details of the AFN, the options of the device or in the string you provide with "; deviceside = true '.  If you do not, you will get "Tunnel failed '.

I would like to confirm the settings for T-Mobile APN - the value that you used does not match what I found in a google search.

Browser and other applications will use WAP 2.0 or BIS - B, requiring no configuration.  You can use WAP 2.0 - standard article for more details:

  • The camera USB driver

My guard computer crashing, either go to the blue screen or gel so bad that I have to press the power button. Then windows troubleshooting tells me that the problem is due to a camera USB driver, but she doesn't tell me how to remove it. When I try to find this driver, I can't. Can someone give me some ideas on removing this driver? Please keep in mind that I am barely computer literate.

    Hello

You will probably need to reload the drivers of the device and any camera control software.

    Login as an administrator.

Double-click Control Panel / Device Manager - Imaging - writing down of the brand and model of camera.
on this subject and on the tab of the driver is version. Now, click on update drivers (who are unable to do anything as MS
is far behind the pilots of certification). RIGHT click on the camera - UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it
    will update the driver stack.

Now, go to the system manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for the camera and the other related camera
software (if not more recent get the same).

Download - SAVE - go to them and RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN - reboot after each driver.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Impossible to safely remove external USB HDD - ejection of mass storage device problem

    Hello

I have a 250 toshiba external hard drive. "When I go safely remove device and click on stop, guests me that ' ejection of mass storage device problem and try later.

Is there a reason for this? As I have heard it is dangerous to pull the cord without stopping it first.

This happens usually when something is always access to the USB - HDD.
Yes, it s dangerous to pull on the cable, because you can lose some data and the file system may be damaged. But if you have a situation where you need the drive to take with you and want to just get out the cable to the USB port there is a little trick to disconnect the security apparatus:

Do right click on 'My Computer'-> click on Hardware-> click "devicemanager"-> go into "diskdrives"-> then you need to click on the drive that is your USB - HDD-> with the right button and then click on 'Properties'-> in the menu properties of this drive, you must go on "policies" and click on "optimize for quick removal"-> and then click OK and exit this menu and all-> perform a reboot-> closing information fact. :)

After that, it s safe for remove you your drive even if it s not ejected. :)

  • Problems with audio/video streaming with USB devices on zero clients

    Hello:
We are using view 6.1.1 in our environment and problems getting audio/video streaming to work well with the USB headsets, with zero customers.  Helmets are Jabra Link 360 and customers zero Samsung NC241.  Helmets are used as well for the phones to Jabber and also as audio device by default.   We started with the audio driver Teradici and everything seemed to work well, except that users could not answer calls on the headset itself with the button on the headset.  They were able to answer the calls of Windows though and the part worked fine.  In order to get the physical button to work, we had to first fill the USB receiver they use on the zero clients so that Windows will see as the device Jabra 360 and not the audio device Teradici.  Then we had the EHCI USB mode on them as well, and after that he started to work very well.  However, the helmets also serve as the audio device main as well as the communication (phone) device, with audio streaming continuously throughout the day.  With the current configuration, audio streaming will cut in and out during the day, and audio/video is not always to stay in either phase.

I also applied the registry in this KB hack, VMware KB: improvement in audio quality when you use speakers or USB headsets with a desktop VMware view Horizon 5.2 , which helped clear up Crackle that we originally with the part phone headsets.  But there is still the issue of streaming audio.

I wonder if the effectiveness of the bridging USB is not as effective and also is there a way to make this work better?  I read that the use of the pilot Teradici is supposed to help with audio/video problems, but do not know how that can be applied to USB devices as we use.  I've been reading upward on Teradici audio/video settings, but do not know where to go from there.  I was hoping that there are some best practices to use USB headsets with a view, but so far I'm not finding anything useful.

For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

We were finally getting help by the people of Cisco after validation in the here and even open a support ticket with VMware, which was open for more than a month without will.  Where others try to implement similar, here are our findings:

    • Zero clients combine traffic USB and PCoIP.  It is not good when there is a lot of audio/video/USB traffic, especially the USB headsets that also carry audio softphone.  In our case, the USB traffic was so dense that it was causing audio and video become troubled and freeze and eventually cause the pcoip_server service to break in the virtual machine itself and cause the client disconnect.  The fix?  Don't use customers zero with USB phones software, they are not just designed for this type of solution.
    • Thin clients are much better designed for USB softphones.  In our case, we used the Cisco VXME client, which is the method of support for the use of Windows thin clients with the client of the Horizon.  There is integration between the two products that isolates the VOIP traffic out of the virtual machine and keeps it local on the client itself.  Regular audio and video traffic still go through the virtual machine using Teradici or VMware RTAV driver.

Hope this helps others who may run this question.  One thing we did not try was a wired headset using the AV sockets on the zero client and Teradici audio driver.  This can work, but our needs here were the headphones must be bluetooth, so we were forced to stick with USB.

  • Satellite A100 and USB audio device problem

I bought "toneport ux2 line6" and it does not work with my computer laptop (dual core 1, 73GHz, 1 GB ram, Windows Vista).

The problem is when I listen to music through this device, it looks I would look scratched CD, from time to time that there is a short interruption. The same thing happens when I'm with gearbox (software that allow you to play the electric guitar using audio device). I checked everything, including change Windows XP OS.

I have the latest drivers for the port of your (compatible vista), I downloaded 3.5 mechanism, only toneport is connected to my computer, I have disabled all installations flashing in vista, power management is scheduled for high performance. I disable the sound card. I checked my cell phone with line6 monkey and it says everything is ok. I checked the audio device on my friend's Office, and it works well.

    I desperately need help.

    Hello Marcin

In my opinion, you must be sure your laptop running fine and according to your assignment I do not here no problem.

So in your case you have problem with some additional equipment or third party software. Am I wrong? If there is a problem I see no reason to seek the solution with Toshiba. You should contact the manufacturers of all the devices and software that you use. They should have enough experience with own products and they should offer good support in troubleshooting.
