    Everyone,

I fixed the problem myself. I found a link that helped me a lot to resolve. It seems that Windows loses somehow USBSTOR.xxx files in the C:\Windows\INF folder. They are necessary for Windows to hate storage USB devices correctly. You can simply copy them from (C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\usbstor.inf_x86_neutral_83027f5d5b2468d3) to C:\Windows\INF, and everything seems to work great.

Link to the site where I got the help of:

    http://www.Uwe-Sieber.de/usbtrouble_e.html

I used the topic: Vista asks drivers or simply to install a new hardware

Once you have copied the files, reconnect your USB device and it should find it. If it is not the case, remove it from the Device Manager, remove the device and re - plug in. It should correctly find this time.

    I hope this helps others.

  • ScanJet g4010: do not install scanjet following usb and usb-hardware driver issue?

    Hello

I tried to install the scan of a brand new computer and encountered the following problem:

I downloaded the package of appropriate software (full software and driver) from HP Web site, I start to install and get a message after the first stage (verification of the system requirements). the specific question that the system doesn't have the support of USB-required to complete software installation USB + same question regarding the USB hardware...

strange because it is a whole new system, and none of the other USB devices have no problem at all... (this happens even without/before plug in the device to scan..)

I also made an update of the Bios and checked if all USB ports are active and enabled in the Bios, no problem...

System = dell optiplex 5040, windows 7 Professional 64 bit

    any ideas?

    Hello
Click the Start button and type folder in the search bar, then open the Temp folder indicated.

Open the last HP installation folder that begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
    Open the installation folder.
Find the file usbready.exe and rename it to usbready.old.exe
Navigate to the main extraction folder (folders that begins with 7z) and run the Setup.exe file.

Now follow the installation and check for the difference.

  • install new computer office 2003

I bought a new HP p6142p computer and want to copy and move my Office 2003 to it. Will someone please tell me how to proceed? I have MS Word version 9 and when I reopen it a word doc it will be blurred to the point of being useless.

You must install Office 2003 and your new computer by using the installation diskettes. Do not try to copy on.  There is also a settings file Office 2003 on your old computer (search in the Office 2003 menu) you need to move to a folder on the new computer.  After you install Office 2003, and then open the settings of Office 2003 on the new computer and import the old settings file.  Now, all your Office program settings will be just like those on the old computer.  Then, you have to go to the Microsoft Office Web site and get updates.

  • will not install on an iOS device...

    Hello

We have completed a generation for an application and are being tested to see how it works on different devices and installation works.  I installed the software on 3 iphones and ipad Tester and and 3 devices android without problem.  However, I have an iphone that I have tested with our customer and for some reason any app not install.  The concern is that this can happen to other devices if we launch it.

I confirmed the UDID devices by plugging it into Itunes.  I registered the unit and created the configuration file... In fact, I deleted and recreated in case there was a problem with the file, but it does not work.

During installation, the icon remains on the home screen, but fails to install, and responds with "cannot download app - DC 711 could not be installed at this time." When we scan the QR code and click on install answers "loading broken view."

When we re-do slip into the configuration file, it does not ask us to replace it as it does on other devices if you drag new.

Thoughts or ideas for solving additional problems so I can get this problem resolved?  The Iphone is is a 6 Iphone running ios 9.2.1

When you say you recreated the configuration file - have - you also re-download the newly created to PhoneGap Build and use it to rebuild your app?

If you have installed XCode you can also view the logs of the appliance: window--> devices--> iPhone--> display device logs. This could shed light on the error.

  • Satellite A30 does not start with the USB device connected at boot time

    Hello

I have a Satellite A30 and sometimes it does not start.
After turning on, not even the BIOS starts.
even if sometimes the BIOS starts, but the OS does not load.

I figured out that its related to USB devices connected at boot time.
If no USB devices are connected, it starts without a problem.
Even if the start-up is suspended, as soon as you unplug start it BIOS USB devices.
Its ok to connect USB devices later, once the system has started.
I disabled "removable devices boot" and "network startup."
just in case, but it makes no difference.

BIOS is version the most recent (1.70) and it comes up with all kinds of USB devices.
printer, mouse and (self-powered) external USB hard disk.

    Is this a known issue?
There is no known workaround solution?

    Hello

I put t know why this happens, but it has to do with the BIOS.
The same thing happened on my old laptop. I couldn't start my unit while the USB printer has been turned on and connected.
The only solution is to disconnect the external USB device during the boot process.

RSY you should check if the order of boot in the BIOS has been on the HARD drive first.
