  After I've updated for Windows 10, if I leave my active biometric device, my mouse pointer/cursor continuous flickering as if to show the system is busy.

  I'm on the latest version of the driver for my hardware. Now, I am unable to use my fingerprint as my password.

I looked in your question about your m6 HP ENVY Notebook and questions with the Simplepass works not properly. I suggest you uninstall fingerprint driver or reinstall the version updated driver and HP SimplePass ultimate installed and reinstalled the latest version for Windows. • Peripheral Audio USB-Mulit-channel has a driver problem and PnP device problem.

  I try to use the blue ice pre - amp for recording. Under channel-Mulit-USB Audio Device, device status, it displays "this device cannot start. (Code 10) "once I start the troubleshooting process it shows that even after reinstalling the driver it still does not work and that there is a problem with the device PnP I already tried to uninstall the driver and restart my laptop to let windows try again but nothing works.  Please help D:!   Yes, it s dangerous to pull on the cable, because you can lose some data and the file system may be damaged. But if you have a situation where you need the drive to take with you and want to just get out the cable to the USB port there is a little trick to disconnect the security apparatus:

  Do right click on 'My Computer'-> click on Hardware-> click "devicemanager"-> go into "diskdrives"-> then you need to click on the drive that is your USB - HDD-> with the right button and then click on 'Properties'-> in the menu properties of this drive, you must go on "policies" and click on "optimize for quick removal"-> and then click OK and exit this menu and all-> perform a reboot-> closing information fact. :)

  After that, it s safe for remove you your drive even if it s not ejected. :)

  I don't think that the issue is a faulty connection. My reason to believe so because I think that I had a virus on my computer (I was not able to confirm) I tried to delete the last time I was able to use the computer.   I had this problem once before (about 3 years ago) and I was not able to solve this problem, so I just stopped using the PC. Then one day my Dad turned on the computer (a few months later) and it worked all of a sudden.

  Anyone know what this problem is? How can I solve this problem?

  I managed to start my PC again.

  I have unplugged all connections and left it that way for about 24 hours. Then I plugged everything back in and all of a sudden the PC worked again. I don't know if it will last, but right now it works.

  I've only had this machine for a few weeks (second hand) and the only sound I can get fromm, the machine is the starting beep, and I'm not 100% positive that it was never sound. Checking the audio option in the Panel shows actually no playback device in the preferred audio playback devices. I deleted the audio driver from the Device Manager and after a reboot has been installed a pilot audio crystal SoundFusion (TM) cs4281 wdm - but no luck with the sound, I'm afraid. I presume there must be asound card if generated startup notbook auto install the crystal software.

  First of all, you must enter the BIOS with ESC after starting the laptop and load the default settings.

  Do you have the Toshiba Recovery CD when you bought the laptop second hand? If so you should grab the laptop and unless the audio device does not work after that, it might be a hardware failure!

  Bart, have you checked in 'My Computer' when this happens to see if the drives are there?  Almost looks like you have a virtual drive on your computer program.  Check also in start/startup to see if he is there that nothing listed that could cause this to happen.  Four readers Ghost is really strange.

  In my opinion, you must be sure your laptop running fine and according to your assignment I do not here no problem.

  So in your case you have problem with some additional equipment or third party software. Am I wrong? If there is a problem I see no reason to seek the solution with Toshiba. You should contact the manufacturers of all the devices and software that you use. They should have enough experience with own products and they should offer good support in troubleshooting.
