  You can use the 'Own VI' property for reference of the chain to get a reference to the parent VI. You can get the referral of the pane as well. Note: it must wire your clusters of error. Errors can and occur.

  I have to make a few changes to my project. I can't edit existing program blocks, so I have to find a way to detect if the user has pressed icon for user dialog box to set up (control type is Time Stamp). I have now, I can compare the current values with the values from the previous loop pass, but this isn't an option.

  I'm looking for some kind of property as active control node or something similar.

  It does not exist.  You can create your own time stamp control (like an XControl), or you can simply watch to see if the window is displayed. You can do the last using VI server functions or you can use the API of the operating system. For Windows, you can use the LabVIEW Windows utilities library.

• Fireworks CS5 'automatically' resizes images to the tiny dimensions

  I have a strange problem when working with Fireworks png of one of my experts in the field. So it's nothing new to us and it has been used in tens of thousands of images (we deliver eLearning to 70,000 people per year in 130 countries), we have been in Fireworks since about 2000. We have 10 users and have been used for a series of windows machines over the years.

  We use with Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks CS5, and generally everything works fine. But a few months ago, I opened one of its PNGs (layer, etc.) and if I made any changes or not when I re - open it was resampled very small. For example, an image of 600 by 400 pixels display 16 x 15 pixels.

  That would happen with any of his images on several machines at work (* CS5) and my machine at home (CS5.5).

  We had remove IT and then reinstall Fireworks CS5 on his machine and everything was going well for two months. Now this weird thing happens once again. There are a few local configuration file that has changed. I am after my roll trying to solve this problem and the only solution I have is to open its files in Photoshop which works very well (but is not ideal, since only two MMDs PS and we must change the captions in Fireworks).

  To summarize - I open one of his images, close it and reopen it and it resamples to very small dimensions and unsuable.

  Has anyone ever seen this strange behavior?

  Is there a config file I can delete and let the system rebuild? (I remember some flash question, years, which was set like that).

  Well, I think I found the issue although I don't understand why this happens only to the files of one person (don't forget that I've been using Firewworks since 1999).

  If I open the pictures they look very well. But when I export to PNG - 8, they get very small. It is happening now for a few years and it only happens with one or two of our SMEs.

  BUT... what I have done today, after facing this once again, was to use the Export Wizard. When I finally get to the Preview Image of the wizard dialog box and then click on the file tab, the scale is set at 15% and not a default value of 100%!

  So, indeed, all its images act as they are exported with a custom preset - only I don't have any presets like this!

  Other images of SMEs are fine, even when worked with less than a minute working with those giving problems. Exact same treatment from me, all look well in my preview, with the exception of those in question, once exported.

  Why they have some metadata hidden saying their scale is beyond me (and its images behave badly for an another MMD who is located in another State from me)!

  I dunno why, but now I can at least export them to normal size.

  I can't stop FF to require that the dialog box controls user account until it loads.   Make sure that Firefox is not set to run as administrator.
  Right click on the desktop Firefox shortcut and choose "Properties".
  Make sure that all items are disabled in the tab "Compatibility" in the Properties window.

  • Privilege level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
  • "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" must not be selected

  Also check the firefox.exe program properties in the program Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) folder.
  If you can't make the changes, then you must start Windows Explorer as an administrator.

  I am to evaluate VMware View 4.01 with vSphere 4.0 U1 on the backend.   I created a pool of offices of composer with windows 7 machines but kept the customer close every time I tried to do some administrative functions on the virtual computer.  It wasn't until I have change the RDP connection made to my sense of disconnection when the dialog box control UAC popped up.

  Replace the pilot SVGA2 WDDM driver, which should solve the problem.

  You can actually use the dialog box that appears automatically this kind of output. like Ok and cancel.

  or you can implement a PopupScreen which will act as a screen of dialogue. With popupscreen you have more controls with it unlike the alert dialog box.

  Jscher200... you rock! Real Player was the problem. I've uninstalled it. I'm not taking any chances for the part of the application on my system, and my Flash Slide show works perfectly well.   Very new to 12 items and couldn't find some info in multi-page web/tutorials. I'm getting weird or no result when you try to merge pictures and I wonder if the left for ordering right image in the tray or vertical order in the merge of dialogue issues. For example, if I pan L > R, the left bin good order must match, or if I pan R > L, what I need to reverse the order of the image in the tray or dialogue? The dialog box appears to list the images in an arbitrary order when I said "add open files. I guess the order in two places is not serious, but I'm bad merge images as I can merge manually on a PowerPoint slide.

  For a scene, I have 46 images to merge. Any opinion on whether or not I should try to do songs by, for example to merge 4 and flatten into a jpg file, make 4 more, etc, and then try to merge the mergers? If so, should I avoid AutoFill?

  I import my icon on the other side and it is loaded, as the button appears with this icon. The iconToHex.pdf has two images assigned to the fields: Button1 and img2.  Button1 icon is imported to the button "Smile" and the other "img2" icon I try to import in the dialog box, but it does not work . The dialog with two buttons: 'Close' and 'Wink' and under the buttons is a warning: JavaScript window. I tried different icons for "img2" sizes: 20 x 20 and 200 x 200 so, it doesn't work.   There is a bug in this version of Acrobat (and perhaps the reader as well). It will not display the images in a dialog object.

• can not get the color option in the dialog box print in snow leopard w/epson

  I upgraded to snow leopard and then updated

  my printer epson 595 driver. but when I go to print, the print dialog box print settings has no color option. It is grayed - out any of my old settings or type of paper I use.  called Epson and they had opened something in preview.  I have the color option, they say it's a prob of pshop.  any ideas?

  

  Well, for a 'proper' color workflow, when you choose Photoshop to manage colors (and select the correct destination profile) you are supposed to choose without color management in the Epson driver. (which is now indicated by the parameter of color being disabled... I guess) there are a number of sites that go through the steps of printing from Photoshop for an Epson, but I don't know if they have this covered new behavior.

• Photoshop CS6 resize the dialog box showing centimeters instead of inches when leaders are set to pixels

  Hello I have a problem with photoshop CS6 who is using my business. When I leaders set pixels in the preferences of my resize dialog box sets the document size centimeters. It also sets new records when the default value of centimeters. I need to know how to solve this problem. Should not act that way. I'm including screenshots of the questions.

  This is the screenshot of a new document, set the default size of photoshop. As you can see instead of having the height/width and resolution set to inches centimeters by default for some reason any.

  

  And here's the image size dialog box. It back the same as the new Document dialog box. It defines the size of the Document in centimeters, even if the resolution is in Pixels/inch.

  It's frustrating and I don't know why this is happening. I could use some help.

  Hello! First of all thanks for the screenshots and a system of care.   You have done this a lot easier for me and after looking at my Mac, (Yosemite and CC 2014), I think I have a lead.

  There are two ways to solve this

  In the units and leaders, it is best to stay with the thumbs in the preferences.

  You can set leaders apart to Pixels by right-clicking them, choose only the desired unit and that will stick. It won't change if it's a new document or a more recently opened.

  The image size is a "sticky". Once you set in inches, he stayed.

  Then there's the language settings. This could be a problem.

  There are a few varieties of English: North American and International or the United Kingdom.

  My North American English definition defines the default units in inches.  Assignment the default International or the United Kingdom, the metric system

  The fix is North American selection in preferences and restarting. If you have Creative clouds you can install North American, or do a reinstall and select if you have a license permanent.

  

• Automatic resizing of large images to PDF to open

  I have a very big PDF that I need to open it in Photoshop (it's a picture of model). The size of the image is 125,9843 "x 91,5354".

  However, when I open in Photoshop the image is automatically resized to about 106 "x 79". I tried to manually enter dimensions when opening the file, however, when I open the file and "Image size" control dimensions are 106 "x 79" again.

  I can open the image in Illustrator to size automatically, and the PDF itself is in the right dimensions.

  Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

  You can try:

  When the dialog opens, change the resolution to slightly lower somehting (may require experimentation). The thread also suggest to change the pad or bleed blox to another setting and then back?
