Difficulties to download apps from store / Microsoft Connect account

I had my Toshiba with Windows 8 for almost 2 years and have never been able to log in to my account to Microsoft and download apps/updates. I've never had a need... Internet works very well and my connection.

I am continually put in my login information for my account and just login screen keeps reappearing don't say not there was a question comes from me to enter my information again. On the off chance that I can get information from the newspaper to stick, I can't download apps. The green dots at the top as loading are just constantly moving and then returns that my internet connection is too slow, when I have all the bars.

I need to download Skype before tomorrow so please help...

You may experience this problem if you are not able to connect to the internet through the modern UI or because of corrupted system files. Follow these methods and check if that helps:

Method 1: First, try to run the troubleshooting of Microsoft account and check if it helps:

Method 2: I suggest to temporarily disable the Antivirus installed on your computer security software and check if you can switch to the Microsoft account.

Important note: Security software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished.
If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 3: If you check all the possible reasons listed and you are unable to find or install applications, you can try to empty the cache memory for the store Windows on your PC.

    Well I too struggled get up the store and running, with the error code 0x80072ee7. But I found an easy solution.

    • first of all, in search type services
    • then on the services window select store windows services
    • right click and press start .

    Not sure if this will help, but my wife became the circle of perpetual rotation trying to launch the app store in Windows 8. We loaded 8.1 to Windows, and then always the same error except that we started having error 0x80072ee2 when it would be dismissed. After trying the "WSReset" and powershell scripts and many other suggestions that I found online, I finally found the cause.

    While the application screen is in place (not), go to right and make appear the parameters. Choose Change PC settings. Then choose network, then choose Proxy. There is a point 8.1 of Windows setting which is "use a proxy server". For us who turned and he should not have been. Turned it off and the app store expenses very well now.
    We could browse internet and other property before this change. The only behavior was that we couldn't get the app store to load.
