  Contact, that is the code that is provided to you.  If it is the same code that you used originally, that might be the problem... redemption codes get normally only one use.

• Stuttery playback first (fine in Las Vegas)

  Hello, I started using only first, so my problem can be easily resolved. I looked in the FAQ section, but the suggestion he has not worked for me, so the message here...   The problem I have is that the video files from my Olympus FE - 47 digital camera does not smoothly in first Pro CS5.5. It imports fine and dispays properly in the time line, but playback is stuttery - there seems to be losses of images and the repeated frames which makes it very difficult to change. I tested the same Vegas Pro 10 videos, and reading is silky, so I know that the video file is not damaged. (He also plays back perfectly in VLC Player).

  The video is Motion JPEG an AVI wrapper (according to gspot).

  Check the properties of the clip reveals that it is progressive, 30 fps pixel aspect ratio of 1.0, resolution 320 x 240 (QVGA). As I understand it, this resolution should not be taxing to reproduce, even on my modest system: core2duo, 8 GB of RAM DDR2, 7200LE 8500GT graphics card 512 MB, three hard drives (all the 7200 RPM, sufficient free space, video files on a disk separate from the OS), Vista Ultimate x 64.

  I understand that the graphics card is underpowered and is going to be a bottleneck in some edition, but it fortunately rereads the two streams of HDV in full resolution, so I don't think that the GPU is originally stuttering playback.

  The FAQS say start a new sequence with settings that correspond to media - drag the item to the 'new' icon - what I've done, but that has no discernible impact.

  So, can anyone shed some light on the problem?

  OK, after much research and with many thanks to all who have posted a reply, I think I found a solution to this problem. Before I reveal the solution that worked for me, I will outline some of the problems I encountered outside the original question posted above.

  Install the decoder of Morgan worked to some extent, even though reading was not yet 100% smooth. I checked the settings and everything seemed fine, but I wrong trying the MainConcept decoder. Morgan uninstalled smoothly and MC installed without problem, but did not work at all. So I uninstalled and installed again Morgan. However, this time, Morgan did not work at all and I could no longer access the settings even though the icon on the system tray.

  It was a real head scratcher... Help file for Morgan was next to useless. BT after a long search I found only for Windows Vista (and 7) a change must be made to the registry to force the codec to work. Take a look at this article for more information; the first section is the party concerned. Although it comes to VirtualDub, it also applies to the decoder Morgan: http://www.virtualdub.org/docs_codecs.html.

  I had to copy DLLs to morgon in the \windowszsystem32 folder, but having done so I could delete all the other files from Morgan and first play my images very well.

  Hope this helps others who have the same problem.

Maybe I need to remove a letter or a Word, or change a Word.  HOW can I add white space? before a single letter (as in the use of the space bar or the tab key which is available in all text editors)

I then downloaded the 30 day trial to see what were the versions of the product that was better than CS6 CC. However, try to run that these just come with the renew your registration page.
