  Team dear HP,

  I have a new

  Hewlett Packard Elite monitor LED Blacklit E271i poster. It is connected via HDMI cable and a Port Adapter Mini video on my mac book pro Version Mac OSX 10.7.5 _.

  It's already the 2nd monitor that I had, the first has the 2nd day a flickering view and I sent him to the store that I bought.

  The new has today - 2nd day of work with him - the flickering again, short but it is not possible work during this period - I hooked it up and it worked again.

  During this phase, I can't really work on graphic works, it is very annoying.

  Y at - it a reset or how do I deal with this problem when it appears again.

  You can try connecting the monitor on another pc and see if you see still flickering?

  Perhaps the problem could be the miniport-hdmi adapter.

  I had the same setup as you (adapter + macbook pro connected to monitor). The adapter stopped working after a while.

  I try to use a DL2 - N adapter USB to I2C/SPI/GPIO Dinah (https://diolan.com/dln2). This constructor provides drivers for the Council as an example Labview vis I want to just use them to access all interfaces through Labview. After that, I design a test configuration for our latest range of products using this adapter card.

  What I did:

  (1) new installation of Labview 2014 (version evaluaton). System: DELL Precision M6800 (i7), Windows 7 Professional SP1.

  (2) install the drivers OR VISA and NOR-488. 2 (14.0).

  (3) install the drivers from manufacturer as explained on the Web site of NOR.

  (4) run Labview.  I can see instrument pilot screws under the range of function and run the example screws so far, ok (I guess)

  (5) run NI MAX. No listed USB port. Only COM1 and LPT1 (printer port).

  (6) I ran a few windows test applications provided by the manufacturer to access all the NXP microcontroller interfaces in the DLN2. Everything works. I can read the analog/digital, power digital input values and use the SPI and I2C (I see the SPI/I2C frame Sin a scope).

  I spent a day through the various links in the Web site of NOR (have watcheing almost every video demo on the site) and are still not able to guess why Labview can not see my USB device.

  Any clue?

  Problem solved. After contacting with Dinah (the manufacturer of the adapter card) they updated the driver library. Now the USB communication and all peripheral work of the microcontroller. I have a UART, SPI/I2C (master and slave), GPIO 48 and 8 inputs analog (10 bits to 1 MHz). All accessible via USB and for less than $ 200 USD (that's way less the HW OR equivalent).

  With Labview, it can be used without any problem. Not a Council weird at all, if you know something about the material.

• Can what cards I use to develop communication SPI with Labview?

  First of all, I'm an intern is currently working on a project that involves communication with an SPI interface. I have absolutely no experience with SPI, but I finally decided to try. I work for about 6 months with labview and understand the function of basis of a large number of its resources.

  The problem:

  We want to connect Labview to an evaluation Committee that is connected to the PC via USB (but it can also be adapted to connect through SPI). The evaluation board mainly reads and writes if sign up for issuers that are connected to it by a Module assessment. The program which is already which is the Studio of SmartRF (that works via USB), but as we want to link all the functions in Labview we redevelop a platform to do so. If shortly, we want to make a Studio of SmartRF version in Labview. We want to be able to get all the information that makes the program and others... and all this is possible through SPI.

  My question is which card do you recommend for what we are trying to accomplish? We are looking for something not very expensive but who fail to meet our requirements.

  I think of the NI USB 8451, but please make suggestions.

  If you have very little experience with LabVIEW and SPI, the 8451 is a good choice. It's expensive, but it's really easy to use and configure.

  The Aardvark is also a good choice. There pilots LabVIEW is also easy to use in LabVIEW. The disadvantages is that it doesn't have a lot outside of simply making SPI or I2C - in other words, it doesn't have a lot of GPIO. This can be important when control of multiple SPI devices, because it requires to select them lines individual slave.

  Dinah is really more than a product of laboratory, or something that is meant to be placed inside a camera. It is expensive, compared to the other two, but it doesn't have native drivers in LabVIEW. On the contrary, it comes with a DLL you can call from LabVIEW. I wrote a set of LabVIEW drivers for it, but I can't distribute.

  There are other products on the market, which some will resemble a device series to your computer. For example, you would use VISA to communicate with the SPI controller, and it would appropriate communication of SPI.

  Among the three mentioned here, I would suggest that you go with the neither of the Aardvark, one.

  I know I've posted a lot about going I2C communications USB and now I'm set another controller in addition to the USB-8451, namely Dinah DLN-2 - http://www.diolan.com/products/dln2.html.

  Now, basically, I'm trying to assemble my LabVIEW code that I wrote before working with Dinah and Dinah was invaluable - same level that NEITHER!

  But I tried to run this code (attached), but I get a Terminal error unwired or bad to both call nodes (read and write - errors 2 - 1 for each) - but there is nothing to the thread to/from and the engineer of Dinah who helped me: his works very well (attached screeshot). This is exactly the same code, I just cleaned up a bit, mine but did not make changes.

  Is there something that I need to activate on my end to my code runs?

  without the DLL it is difficult to say, but Im thinking the berries need will be allocated to the right size (table of initialization)

  Hi, I recently installed a trial version of FM2015.

  Now, I bought a license key. Can you tell me how can I get a trial version license?

  When I bought the full version of FM2015, I got a pdf_file with the license key. I also had the information, I need to intall a new trial of FM2015 and license it.

  That makes no sense to me. There must be a way to update my trial version of FM2015. ?

  Thank you, Jeff. I contact the Support from Adobe. They told me to install a new trial. During the installation, you need to set if you want to install a test version or a trial version. If you choose the first option, you must enter the license key. No chance in a trial version of license after the installation process.
