  There is a solution to the problem. It was posted by PrintDoc 2010 2-23.  In the search box to the Board of Directors, type "printer causes internet to be disconnected.   Then, the command window displays all the files in the directory and its subdirectories. I think that I see which file is searched for the chain in real time.

  I expected to see only the name of the file/s if the string was found in it.

  What I am doing wrong? or why is this malcfunctionaning?

  I think you want the /c parameter instead a / l.  As written, your search string is interpreted as a list of strings: 'a', 'string', 'with' and 'words '.  Any file that contains an 'a' will be a return match.  The parameter/l keeps your strings to be interpreted as regular expressions.

  If you need exactly match to the entire chain, type:

  Findstr /s/m/c: "a string containing the words." *

  Under the direction of add: It is not clear, but you can have several settings/c , to search for more than one exact string at a time.  For example:

  / s/m/c: 'a string' findstr / c: "a Word." *

  Research is 'a string' or 'a word' exactly.

  Pro Publica article, to date, this technology is not particularly accurate in itself. Nevertheless, perhaps it could be combined with other information to uniquely identify your browser.

  The JavaScript canvas feature is useful for animations and is now used by Google to draw spreadsheets. Turn it off - if there were a convenient way to do - should allow specific exceptions to the site, so you can use canvas where it is useful. I'm not aware of any peculiarity or add-on for that.

  Perhaps someone could create an add-on that would cause the canvas to a certain degree of hazard, so that every time you visit a site that is just a bit different, and this is why the site doesn't know that it is the same browser each time.   Usually, the best way to resolve this type of problem is to uninstall the printer and then reinstalling it again.

  Download the full recommended software here...

  Turn off the printer, then unplug the USB from the computer.

  Right-click on Start, choose Control Panel> programs> uninstall a program.

  Uninstall everything about the HP printer , including the printer, HP image zone, Director of HP's image, or what is installed on your system.

  Also uninstall all other printers (if any) that you do not use.

  Restart the computer and the printer (do not connect the USB cable again).

  Right-click on Start and choose Control Panel> hardware and sound> devices and printers and make sure that the printer is no more. If that is the case, then right-click on it and choose Remove the instrument.

  Install the downloaded software and drivers from above. Follow the instructions that it will ask you to plug the USB cable into the computer.

  Let me know how it goes.

• HP Director &amp; PSC 2510 TWAIN drivers do not work

  I have a PSC 2510 Photosmart AiO on my ACER Aspire 2003WLMi laptop with Windows XP Home SP3 Genuine, Office 2003 SP3 Pro, Acrobat Pro 7.1 & HP drivers 4.2.0 with all latest hotfixes and patches.

  My problem with HP Director is similar to IE7 bug was resolved a few months ago, but this time is odd. After updating my windows for the last updates November & Pro Acrobat 7.0.9 at 7.1, HP Director runs in memory without a window of the application on the screen. Pressing 'alt + space', 'minimize' & 'restore' HP Director window appears with a white screen. Attempt to analysis through the Control Panel, the scan window appears doudou, too. Digitization is able drivers from HP TWAIN workaround ony via Windows Scanner & camera wizard.

  No problem printing. Just another bug HP Director.

  A month later... Problem SOLVED itself! All this time I don't have fact, or uninstall/install software HP AIO. Had no time and I was expecting than Christmas to find. Also, as I mentioned above, I was able to scan via MS Scanner & camera wizard. Now the problem SOLVED itself! By simply installing the latest patches from Microsoft IE: KB958215 & KB960714. -PS. same problem with MS Media Player 11 running in the background without window on the screen is resolved by installing the latest patches: KB955839 KB956802, KB952069 KB954600. Don't blame HP this time. Bill Gates trash sucks too.

• HP Director - does it come Standard with all the HP all-in-one?

  I have an OfficeJet 5510v all in one, which recently decided to give up the ghost.  He eats the pages in the ADF file when I try to scan them.  I am looking for a new printer, and this may sound stupid, but I * really * to use the HP Director software.  I actually went back to Windows XP last year so I * could * use it.

  All all-in-one printers come with HP Director?  Or is there some models that I need to look for, so I can make sure I get that?  I did some shopping around this morning and I saw none yet that specifically mention the HP Director - until now, they say just "software installation."

  None of the newer printers using the HP Director. It has been replaced by the HP Solution Center. software version 4.0 until what used HP Director. Software version 5.0 and higher using the Solution Center. If you can find a used Officejet 7410, who then uses the HP Director. the OJ 7410 btw, is in my opinion one of the best AiO printer HP EVER!
