  • books and music together - I do have a reason?

    There is so much rich info in this community but almost too much.  I have this q and r is there already, I apologize and hope that someone could tell me.

    I have a new Clip + I want to use for books and music.  I have two load via drag / move (MSC mode).  I put books in the folder audio book and they all have the kind of "audiobook". (And there's a playlist for each).  Music has especially any kind and it's all in the music folder. (no playlists)

    I want to hear my book without losing my place but sometimes go back and listen to music.

    If I select music > play all, I expect to get the music, but I get the book titles mixed in.  Is there a way to tell him to "just play music but choose regardless of the desired titles" and leave them alone?

    ALSO, I tried various things, and now I think that there is some kind of mixup of database.  Is there a way to tell him of "forget what I did before and start fresh" without doing a manual factory reset which, I suppose, will wipe away all my stuff and I have to reload, Yes?

    Thanks in advance!

    If you use the MTP mode you can put all the files (music, podcasts, audio books) in the directory of MUSIC as long as gender (podcast or audiobook) are labeled correctly they will appear on the Clip + under the appropriate selection.

    If you are using MSC mode, types do not need to be labeled, but the files must be in the appropriate directory (music, podcasts, audio books).

    None of these methods will let you listen to podcasts or multiple audio books and be able to return to each other and to resume where you left off.  This works if you turn off the player or if you decided to listen to the music (or any other file), and then return to a podcast or audio book.  You will also be able to regain the last music file which you were listening.

  • can not sync music to any memory card in Windows Media Player due to the error Windows encountered a problem when synchronizing the file to the device.

    Original title: can not sync music to any Windows Media Player memory card

    This has not happened before, but now, whenever I want to sync music to any memory card, it does not work. It makes the whole process, and it did as it syncs, but at the end of that music just does not appear in the memory card. If I go to the status of the synchronization, all songs appear with a RED x next and it says that Windows has encountered a problem during the synchronization of the file to the device. How can I fix it? as I said before, this has not happened before.

  • I would like to know how to transfer audio files (music) on an sd card using windows media player use.

    You want to know if it is possible to transfer audio files on an sd card, so the child can play music on the dsi. Is this possible?

    Hi Midget69,

    You can connect the device and the computer via a USB cable.

    1. Insert the memory card in the camera.

    2. use the USB cable supplied with the device to connect to your computer.

    3. use Windows Media Player 11 for Windows Vista to sync the music on the memory card.

    Or

    You can copy songs from the windows Explorer and paste it on your SD card.

  • Available music on a SD card

    Hi, I would like to send the owner a c240 (v2) of homemade (-online unprotected) Music mp3 and wma on a micro SD card. I have a USB card reader/writer and that you can copy the files to the card, but I don't know what kind of layout of the record or other shaped the Sansa needs so that it can read the map and see all the music properly organized by album / artist (and I do not have my own c240). Given that the friend is the way out in Africa, I don't want to make a mistake!

    Can someone advise me if it will work and if so how to format and organize the card properly?

    Thank you!

    Fortunately, the player is smart enough to scan the entire file of the map system, look for the 'goodies '. So you can present your files quite as much as you want. I suggest creating a folder 'mp3' in the root of your freshly formatted card (by your system of favorite competent operating) and then throw in "artist name - title of the album" directories under it. Old fat used to impose a limit on the number of entries in the root directory, this is why I suggest a 'mp3' folder there; In addition, it allows you to use the card as a means of temporary transfer, without getting messy things. Later fat (FAT32 and perhaps earlier, too) correct the limitation of the root entries, so if the card is absolutely dedicated to storing music, you can skip ed. top-level "mp3".

    You'll probably notice if the player is on and you insert a card, it performs an operation "to update the database. It's basically the digitization of the card player, find MP3s, and their indexing in its "database" internal, so it can move quickly around files "recognized."

  • Use of music in the sd card.

    How can I set a music stored in my Motorola Moto G 4G sd as ringtone on my phone card?

    The track can either be stored in ringtones files (do it via the computer) or you can use a third-party such as ringtone Manager application.

  • How to transfer music from my sd card to windows media player?

    All my music is on my sd card, how can I transfer it starting from the profile for Windows Media Player?

    Several different ways:

    One way is to put the SD card in a card reader to transfer the files to a folder on your hard disk (copy, paste, then point WMP for them.

    In other words, is that if your SD card is in a device (phone, etc. flash drive) plug said device in, left XP to recognize, then right-click on desktop > Explorer > and the device should appear in the left window. Copy and then paste it into a folder on your hard drive, WMP in this folder.

    If peripheral island does not appear: in the menu toolbar > file options > view (or view) > 'Show Hidden files... ". "is checked. Then, copy and paste the files in a folder on your HD Point WMP in this folder.

    See you soon,.

  • Get the error code: 0 X 80070052 when trying to copy music to the removable card

    Removable card will not let me copy music tracks him even if it is 75% of usable space left. Can someone tell me why please?

    Hi Fletcherand,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!

    I suspect that this problem is due to bad sectors on the device. So, try the following methods.

    Method 1

    Analyze the drive for bad sectors.

    1. click on start > computer.

    2. right click on the map, and then open properties > tools

    3. check the box to automatically correct system file and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.

    4. try to copy the files

    5. If the problem persists, create a new folder and then copy the files.

    6. If you are still not able to copy then try the next method.

    Method 2

    I suggest to format the device, then try to copy music.

    7. click on start > computer.

    8. right click on the map and choose the Format option.

    9. you can choose Fat32 or NTFS.

    10. do not select Quick format.

    11 try to copy music once formatting is complete.

    Try this and let us know the result.

    Kind regards

  • How to transfer my music from the memory card in my blackberry on my computer?

    I lost music on my Blackberry torch saved on the memory card but I am unable to transfer it to my computer, could anybodey please let me know how I can do this?

    Maybe the info will help you get started...

    You have a card reader?

    You have a memory card adapter?

    An example just FYI:

    MICRO SD 2 GB MEMORY CARD
    http://66.116.138.89/eBay/world2power/EMTF2GO2.jpg

    And... the following article might be worth a visit:

    How to unload your cell phone photos
    http://www.PCMag.com/Article2/0, 2817,2348830,00.asp

    You can copy / paste files to and from the memory card.

    If the pictures on your PC have been published... you can always
    copy it to the memory card, but the phone can not
    acknowledge them.

  • Create the directory to the location of SD card

    Hello
    I was wondering, is it possible to create a directory and then copy a file to a specific location in the SD card.

    the path in the sd card that currently exists (returns the value true) is:

    QString path = QDir::currentPath() + "/../../removable/sdcard";

    //returns true
    qDebug() << "path exists? " << QDir(path).exists();

    I am trying to create a new path by:

    // this if clause never gets executed (hence, returns false)if(dir.mkpath(path +"/MyDir")){
    ...
    }

    BTW, I have not checked shared_files permission. is it important?

    Thank you

    S.

    Yes for this, you must set the access_shared permission.
