DirectX 3D acceleration not available

Hello!

So, I built a computer in 2012. This worked well at the time, but I have recently moved house and have had the computer implementation in the study for a while and only put in place the other day. I started and activated windows, I installed DirectX 11 and updated all my drivers. But when I run dxdiag it says that acceleration DirectDraw, Direct3D acceleration and AGP Texture acceleration are not available. I have a Standard VGA graphics adapter and a card Intel(r) HD Graphics 4000 charged, both drivers are fully updated and the VGA is the main driver.

So I was wondering if there is anyway to solve this problem.

I solved the problem, that it turns out that I had some drivers AMD requiring an update, now my computer works fine and all the features of DirectX work.

    b. click the "display" tab and then on the "DirectX features" tab, check if the 'DirectDraw', "Direct3D" or "AGP Texture acceleration" is marked as "not available".

    If this does not help, then use method 2.

    Im having trouble getting my Phantasy Star Online BB work because of Direct 3D acceleration isn't only not available. (?)
    Ive tried all the patches from Microsoft suggests, but non have seemed to work. Ive also tried updating drivers, even if I may not be good?
    When I dxdiag it gives me:

    DirectDraw acceleration: enabled
    Direct 3D acceleration: not available
    AGP Texture acceleration: Not available

    If all goes well there is just something simple I'm looking for.

    I have a laptop HP DV9930us delivered with windows vista 64.  I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and installed DirectX 11.  I can't run any games or programs that use 3D graphics and when I run DxDiag, it said that the DirectDraw and Direct 3D acceleration options are not available.  Everything I read said to enable them, but there is no option to enable them.  Before the upgrade to Windows 7, everything works great.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

  • DirectX functionality is not available

    Hello.  I'm having a problem with all the games that I try, even if everyone gives me a different error. Things like YouTube, VLC and iTunes seem unaffected.

    I am confidant that DirectX and my video card drivers are up to date. I tried (in safe mode and normally) to uninstall the vid card drivers and reinstall them, as well as using the update of DirectX end-user (who always says that it detects a more up-to-date version).

    I found a lot of references to a key of SoftwareOnly located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Direct3D\Drivers, but no key does exist for me at this place.

    I am of ideas to do what, short of a full Windows reinstall. I hope that someone has ideas. DXDiag below.

    I suggest you run the DirectX Diagnostics on the computer and check if the DirectDraw, Direct3D, or AGP Texture acceleration is marked not available.

    Open DirectX Diagnostic tool by clicking the Start button, type dxdiag in the Search box, and then press ENTER. Click on the tab view , under DirectX features, check to see whether DirectDraw, Direct3D, or AGP Texture acceleration is marked not available.

  • Dxdiag shows as directx features are not available. HP dv7 6490 Radeon graphics card

    Hey recently I tried to play this game and he said that I don't have the minimum requirement of directx which is 10.0, but when I open dxdiag it shows that I don't have directx 11.0

    Also I'm having a problem with pixel shaders, I can't start another game because it does not detect the shaders of pixels on my laptop. I recently updated windows probably about an hour ago, this is a new laptop.

    So presumably you updated drivers via windows update? That being the case, go to the HP site support and reinstall the drivers for them, or use the HP on the desktop shortcut to update the drivers.

    Drivers for notebooks are specific and provided only maker by this manufacturer.

    The display is in any case a way spec one and can only play in low detail

  • DirectX (features not available) problem

    Hello!

    I would like to help on my installation of DirectX. Another problem is that I don't have a lot of knowledge about this software so if anyone knows how to this problem, I would really appreciate if you can teach it me step-by-step.

    Now go to the problem, my office uses running very well until I tried to start a few games one that needs directx and other need a card level DX9 (Unity Web Player). The games I run made me a few mistakes and some are worse which operates the same.

    I tried to solve the problem by updating my directx, but it doesn't seem to work. Here is my system, and information display (from DirectX Diagnostic tool)

    When I run dxdiag on my virtual Windows XP workstation, it tells me that the Direct3D acceleration is not available.  Hardware acceleration is maximum and dxdiag reports that DirectDraw acceleration is turned on, so I don't understand why the Direct3D is not available.

    In the real world, the graphics card is integrated into my host computer and is a Matrox G200e map.  Tried to ensure that the display drivers for both physical and virtual are up-to-date, and they seem to be their latest versions, so I'm officially stumped.

    The MX440 will work with the version of Windows Workstation 6.5.0 (you will always miss shaders and therefore will not support DirectX 8ish).  It might even work with the Linux version of workstation, but still, you're going to Miss support for shaders.
