Disable create the task of user process

Hello

I'm provisioning of resources through code using the IOM Client APIs, but I need to disable "Create User" task of the process so that it does not run at the time of the provision of resources. We have to produce similar effect to the reconciliation of the target. How can he be disabled?

In the console design, go to respective process definition, proceed to task for the user to create and uncheck 'Necessary for completion' and check the conditional.

Hope it will work.

  • Cancel tasks to create the task of the user

    Hi all

    I'm running on an issue that I'm hoping to get a glimpse. I created a RESOURCE1 resource with a process definition that has a task to create a user. The task of creating a user has called cleanup task cancellation. Here's what I do:

    1. I use the administration console to manually configure RESOURCE1 to User1.
    2. something (voluntarily because I test an error cases) does not and the task of creating a user gets rejected. This causes the State of RESOURCE1 for User1 be "supply".
    3 using the administration console, I revoke RESOURCE1 for User1. This causes the State of the task to create a user to be 'cancelled '.

    The problem is that after step 3, the cleanup task did not run. The documentation (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10391_01/doc.910/e10363/promgt.htm#sthref179) stipulates the following:

    + "You are using the tab of cancellation/reinstatement for the following: to set the process tasks that are triggered when the current process task is canceled." The tasks of these processes are deemed that cancel the tasks... For example, if the process task to create a user has a status of canceled, then the remove user cancel task is triggered. » +

    You have any ideas why the cancellation task does not run in my example?

    Thank you!

    The task must have a status ended for the cancellation/recovery run.

I've solved the problem of connection, but when I try to run user Evaluate policies task again, the task seems to ignore users who have no previous execution, users did not an instance of the resource on their profile, the renovation in the access policy indicator is turned on, my question is what I have to do something before retrying the task?

    Cannot create the folder means that you don't have WRITE permission for this folder. Then... change your permissions.

  • Installation: An error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Users\Public\Desktop

    When I try to install the software for my HP Officejet Pro 8500 has more, I get a read error "an error has occurred" while trying to create the directory C:\Users\Public\Desktop

    First I thought it was a permissions issue, even if I am registered as an administrator.  I've even passed the Public folder and gave myself all permissions.  Then I see that the 'Office' folder is already there, so I don't understand why she is trying to create the directory.  Don't know where to go next.

    Problem solved!  Changed name of folder of the Office of "Public Desktop" to "Desktop".  A given SYSTEM and everybody full permissions to the folder.  One of these changes have made a difference.  Subsequently renamed "Desktop" back to "Public Desktop", just in case.

  • create the task of the user do not trigger

    Hello

    I've created a workflow approval for the provision of a resource. I have some problems with it.

    (1) the approver and the applicant are not able to change the shape of the object.
    (2) the workflow is gettting stuck in provisioing State. I see that the task of the user to create isn't triggerred. I have to go and enter data in the form of process to trigger the process task for the user to create and configure the resource manually.

    Thanks in advance for the help.

    concerning
    Chandra

    Hello

    1. to give approval to change the shape of the object, you will need to give permissions to a group. Go to design console and go to your object and then see the authorization tab. Add the group there and add your approver in that group.
    2.i think you are missing the auto save option. Go to delivery process and check the automatic backup option.

    Let me know if you have more doubts.

  • NIMax.exe - Entry Point not found - attempt to create the task in MAX

    I have two different cards using NOR-DAQmx: PXI-4461 and PXI-6259. They are installed in a PXI-1031 chassis with a PXI-8105 controller. Both devices pass their self-test in MAX. When I try to create a new task for either, I get first the expected selection dialog box:

    Once I selected "Analog Voltage" (or anything else), I get the following error:

    Last week I upgraded my to a PXI-6562 HSDIO driver, who led me to update NOR-DAQmx to 9.2.3 and repair the two installations of Windows to get their work (see this forum thread).

    Creating task used to work. The system always recognizes one of the tasks I created there are weeks for the PXI-4461.

    Here's a screenshot of my current versions of software:

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I solved this problem by downloading and installing the driver OR DAQmx 9.3.0. This, in turn, has caused the problem of the post I linked above, which I fixed it by choosing 'fix' in the control panel to 1. the HSDIO driver, then 2. the NOR-DAQmx driver. The order of the questions. Now, it seems to work.

  • How to create the failure of another process of running processes.

    Hello

    I want to create an instance of another process of my running processes. At the same time, I want to move a business object as a parameter to this instance. Please help me to do this!

    This and other ways to create an instance in a another process has been described in Re: creating the new process instance

    1 this is how you create an instance in a process using the logic in the activity of the automatic method. This example uses the "Fuego.Lib.ProcessInstance.create ()" method below within a process:

    // "argsIn" is an associative string array (Any[String])
    argsIn as Any[String]
    // this assumes that the Begin activity has two argument variables
    // named "nameArg" (a string) and "myBpmObjectArg" (a BPM
    // object variable) and you're setting them
    // to the previously initialized variables "name" and
    //   "myBpmObject" respectively
    argsIn["nameArg"] = name
    argsIn["myBpmObjectArg"] = myBpmObject

    // logic here to determine the name of the process to create an instance in
    idOfProcess as String
    idOfProcess =
    ProcessInstance.create(processId : "/" + idOfProcess, arguments : argsIn,
         argumentsSetName : "BeginIn")

    ProcessInstance is in the catalog inside Fuego.Lib.

    The processId parameter (the variable "idOfProcess" in the logic above) is the thing that I most often live with that. This is the text that you see when you process in the project right-click browser tab-> "Properties". Look at the value in the field 'Id' and not the field 'Name' (the name without a space). Prefix with "/" as presented here and if you have deployed this using a unit of Organization (UO) then prefix this chain also.

    The third parameter is almost always "BeginIn". Start of activities in a process can have several incoming argument mappings, the default value is "BeginIn". See your, double-click the process Begin activity and seek on behalf of mapping in the upper left corner of the dialog box.

    "argsIn" is the set of variables of incoming arguments you want to spent in the process. A common error is to type the names of the variables argument entering without the double quotes, as follows:

    . . .
    // this will *NOT* work
    argsIn[nameArg] = name
    argsIn[myBpmObjectArg] = myBpmObject
    . . .

    Here is the correct syntax:

    . . .
    // this *WILL* work
    argsIn["nameArg"] = name
    argsIn["myBpmObjectArg"] = myBpmObject
    . . .

    In this example, the process has two argument variables. It doesn't matter if the incoming arguments are arguments of primitive type (e.g. String, Integer, Decimal...) or objects of BPM, it is always in the same way. In this example, there is an incoming string argument, called "nameArg" and an argument entering BPM object called "myBpmObjectArg".

    2. a process can create a new instance in another process by using the activity subflow, which creates an instance in a child synchronously sub-process and expects the result to return once the instance in the child sub-process reached the end of the process activity. The parent process, you would correspond to the variables of the arguments incoming and outgoing of the child called process with instance variables in your parent process.

    3. a process can create a new instance in another process using the process creation activity that creates an instance of an asynchronous child subprocess (fire and forget), but does not expect the child to respond to the parent company. Once the child is initiated, the mother continues its flow. The parent process, you would correspond to the variables of the incoming arguments of the called child process with instance variables in your parent process.

  • Running script to create the target database user account: OIM 11 g

    Hello
    We have a database resource on which accounts are created by running a set of scripts. Creating a user on the database directly is not allowed. Is this a common use case? I am sure about how IOM knows that this account was created (how I would list the resources allocated to a user)? If I'm not listed as a resource for a user account, then how changes will be...

    Any suggestions or advice are appreciated.
    Thank you!

    Do the steps in the procurement process for example process shape, object resource, etc. from process.
    Call your script adapter java task map the response code returned by your script.
