Disable the connection to Emule, BitTorrent... router WRT54G

Hello

I have a WRT54G and I would like to disable connect to Emule, BitTorrent and other software you can download illegally on this subject. How can I do?

Thank you

Ishmael

PS: Sorry for my English

I don't think that there is no adjustment or the Protocol on the router that would block the torrents or illegal downloads also. You can only block specific Web sites by blocking the site based on the URL. I'm sorry.

My E1505 has a problem with the Wi - Fi being dropped at least twice a day / every day with an average of seven hours of use per day.  Almost identical to several offers from others, as I'm surfing the web and try to access another site, the connection just drops and I get the white screen indicating a network connection cannot be made.  Meanwhile, my utility for wireless LAN card reflects that I have a connection 'very strong' or even 'excellent '.  The only way to connect is to restart the computer.  I did a lot of research on the Internet and tried all the suggested actions to solve the problem (changing the settings of the power of the highest performance, by changing the channel of the router, updated drivers, etc.), but none of them have cured the problem.  I also spent more than 12 hours to talk or have a Dell technician remotely access my laptop to try and fix the problem, but nothing helped.  In the end, the so-called expert technician said they did everything possible and suggested I reload Vista on my computer again, or wait for the Vista Service Pack comes out with the hope that the problem is solved.

Can someone please! It seems that I left without other alternatives, but to spend the next eight hours, reload all my programs that are inexcusable.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Wireless connection disappeared after pressing the button system Orange Cisco router WRT54G

Trying to connect to a printer Dell wirless to the router and has failed, after many tests to get the computer to recognize the printer as a wireless device.  Recommended by Dell to refresh the router and I pressed the button in the above subject line.

Now, none of my computers display the connection wireless as available. I have reset the time many cable modem and the router and him that restarted the computer and they still will not recognize the wireless connection.

Also, I tried to use the default IP 192.168.1.1 to review my settings for the router (running a laptop directly via the cable modem), but the address keeps timing.

What is someone out there knows what can happen to connect wireless to disappear?  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Don

Your wireless network is gone because you press the WPS button on the front.  Never do this because you don't have the hardware to support it.  Change the SSID and password.

Press and hold the reset on the back for 30 seconds and then release.  Wait 10 seconds and cycle power to the router.  To connect to a computer wired to the router at 192.168.1.1 only empty password, username "admin".   Now configure the router manually.

  • HP Envy 15 J6Z08EA #UUW: disabling pop-up message when the connection warning me that I have disabled the connection of the fingerprint

I want to remove an annoying message when connecting. I disabled the fingerprint reader, because it makes my games to the tab down whenever I accidentally touch the reader. And it is placed "below" on the left side of the keyboard (keys WASD, if you understand me) who thought that might be a good idea.

Now I get these messages of connection warning me that the fingerprint is not enabled, every time I started the computer, make me when entering my password to start over from the first letter, so that my password is messy (if I had the password: 'password' that would make me write pass) , and then the popup would come, that I have to click down, and then if I write "word" it originally make my password 'wordpass' test, if you understand. So it's a manufacturer 'fault' I'm trying to fix. Any tips? Is the way to activate only the reader of fingerprints to be active during the connection and not when already connected. Or how to remove these popups WARNING when connecting.

  • Disable the connection on PIX 7.0

    Nice day!

How clear (reset) specified connection (defined by the source/destination/port port pair) on PIX 7.04 If nat-control is disabled and xlate not use?

    Thank you!

You may use the shun command. This resets the connection but also will block future connections from the IP source address corresponding, ports and protocol specified in the shun...

"Step 1 if necessary, to display connection information by entering the following command:

    See the hostname conn #.

The security apparatus displays information about each connection, such as the following:

TCP on 64.101.68.161:4300 in 10.86.194.60:23 idle 0:00:00 bytes 1297 flags UIO

Step 2 to escape the logins from the source IP address, enter the following command:

    HostName (config) # shun src_ip [dst_ip src_port dest_port [Protocol]] [id_vlan vlan]

If you enter only the IP address of the source, all future connections are rejected; existing connections

    stay active.

To delete an existing connection, but also connections future blocking the source IP address, enter

the destination IP address, source and destination ports, and Protocol. By default, the Protocol is 0 intellectual property.

Step 3 to remove the shun, enter the following command:

"HostName (config) # no shun src_ip [vlan id_vlan].

I hope this helps... Please note if it is!

I disabled all the Document Cloud services that removes the possibility of signing through the Welcome screen, but the ability to do this by using the help tab is still there. But since the Cloud of Document services is disabled it gives just a clumsy error.

Is there a way to remove this choice in the Help menu?

I installed Windows 7 (new installation) on Toshiba Portege R600 laptop and the built in 3 G modem does not work.

    BT Stack, etc.

    Does anyone have an idea?

    Wait a minute;
You want to activate; Modem WiFi or 3G?
Please note that WiFi is not 3G modem.

Don't forget that you have chosen and activated the modem 3G and not the WLan.

    Hi all

How to disable the connection to my cisco asa 5520 using only activate password via asdm? I like to asdm connection using the user name and password. TIA!

    The command:

     aaa authentication http console LOCAL

.. .will be force users accessing to ASDM (which uses transport http (s)) to be authenticated on the LOCAL database.

You can also specify another list of defined authentication method, such as RADIUS, RADIUS or AD. (Although t wew love to leave a LOCAL method on the spot, in which case your external authentication server is not available.)
