Disconnect USB Wag320N

I bought a Monday wag320N
Not that impressed with the signal strength wireless - whereas it is better than my 2003 D-Link, but it wasn't.

Also, the wireless signal varies a lot...

I tried different channels and currently set to CH1

Also, the USB hard drive I put in place using the MediaServer as my Media Player of House - continues to fall in offline mode, this would be normally resolved by a firmware update - but as it is so new I have the latest version of the software.
When the USB decreases, the management of storage - shows like format, so I safely remove, then it displays as deleted, I cannot then the device to refresh and recognize the hard drive again, with a complete switch power switch so that it can review the reader...

Hope that a firmware upgrade will fix the USB problem

Updating my situation...

I had the same problem, with the variant signal from 1 Mbps to 54 (max for my 4 G laptop computer, connected)

I had to keep switching the router power switch

in any case

I got a replacement yesterday - and what a difference - I also noticed that on the wireless setup, how it worked was different and more to how I expected to work in the first place

On the OLD - on the 2.4 MHz range - when I chose Standard 20 Mhz - wide sleep channel selection on and I had to play with the time dropdowns to change wireless channels wide and Standard

NOW on the new (although the number of series is older) and select Standard 20 MHz - wide drop works by and the drop down menu standard shows all 13 channels

Carried out on all laptops speed was also a constant 54 Mbps

I also use the media center with a 1 TB hard drive attached

It would hang if listening to music stopped wireless, it would only show about 4 songs before we stop or even jump to the next song...

I know that you have changed once already - but I would change once again...

I was also disappointed with the Linksys technical support options to replace, had a very cordially chat sessions a few this performance before they agreed to replace - as they have expected me to pay port fees to replace a defective item, they provided, I will not buy or their recommendation again.

Most of the companies I have dealt with Amazon, etc. all have to pay for the return postage...

have a problem that my Toshiba HDTB110EK3BA 1 TB disconnect USB 3.0. The drive to disconnect after 5-10 Minutes.
USB 2.0 I have no problem.

    Any proposed solution.

Your Toshiba external HARD drive HDTB110EK3BA supports the USB 3.0 standard and should work just fine in USB 3.0 port.

But as you say; the HARD drive works fine in USB 2.0.
That's why I think that there is a problem with the HARD drive but with the USB 3.0 port.

Maybe the USB 3.0 driver should be updated?
In some cases, windows would have turned off the USB devices connected in order to safe.

This setting can be disabled by:
Device Manager-> USB game controllers, sounds-> USB hub / properties-> tab power management controller

Option: leave the device connected to a safe food supply system should always be disabled.

  • Connect/disconnect USB

Is there an API to connect/disconnect a USB device to the host/guest?

I don't see no function definition for such a case of use in the API... it is "mission critical", so I thought I'd ask.

No vmware employee confirms that they don't or don't not exist?

There is no API avaiable for the connect/disconnect USB VIX SDK operation.

  • Crash when disconnecting USB connected to the Steinberg UR-22

    Updated for Sierra recently.

When I unplug my Steinberg UR-22 by the USB port, the operating system crashes instantly and restarts.  EVERY TIME.

I plug/unplug often and have never had this problem until the Sierra.  I use my Air for labor and for the game, so he forces me to move to and from the Office to Home Office... or around the House.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

The Yamaha Steinberg USB driver only supports OS X 10.9, 10.10 and 10.11. You need to ask Steinberg support if or when they intend to support macOS Sierra 10.12.

I am able to add data to my Touchpad via a USB with my PC, but even after using the option "Eject safely material" in my system tray and check that the webOs device is not displayed (so I know I'm eject not something else), when I physically unplug the cable , I get the Nice "Ouch!" Use Eject instead of 'remove hardware safely '. That is, right-click the touchpad drive and select "Eject".

  • Windows 8 randomly disconnecting from USB devices

At seemingly random times, Windows 8 disconnects USB devices. I have a total of three usb devices connected:
    -Wifi (TL-WN722N) card
    -Mouse Microsoft WMO1.1
-Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard 1. 0a

I tried to play with all sorts of settings in the BIOS, disable USB3.0, turn on USB broadband or fullspeed, etc, but nothing makes a change. This problem does not occur in Windows XP or Windows 7. As far as I can tell (I may be wrong) the first machine to cut is the Wifi card, and others would follow. When it arrives, unplug the wifi card and the keyboard, the mouse sometimes does not work. The card wifi for Win8 drivers are still in beta, but I haven't read anyone else facing this problem. Is there a kind of function where he updates the USB devices that could be the cause (and if yes can be disabled) Windows 8?

    My specs:
    -Motherboard ASUS M4A89GTD
    -SeaSonic S12II 520W Bronze 520
-AMD Phenom II 965 @3. 4 ghz (not overclocked or changed in any way, 4 cores enabled)
    -4 GB of DDR3 ram
-OCZ Vertex 4 128 GB SSD
    -ATI HD 5700
    -Card audio Xfi

I determined what the problem is. The disconnection occurs only when network activity high, like when I download. It seems that the wifi card drivers are at fault.

  • Dynadock U3.0 always ON USB?

    Hello
I have a little problem with my Toshiba Dynadock U3.0. I use the cooling block for my laptop and after laptop switching off (or disconnect USB 3.0 cable between the laptop and docking station) all ports remain under tension, so fans of my cooling pad are still running. I thought that before ports are powered after disconnecting the USB cable or the shutdown of the PC, but all ports are not powered off.

Is there a solution to this?

    Thanks for your reply.
    Radek proceed til

    Hello

Toshiba USB Sleep-and-Charge technology seems to be available for the two USB ports on the front of the Dynadock 3.0. The other don t support sleep USB ports and fresh.

But I don t think that pad cooling fans run because f sleep and charge technology.
There must be another reason why fans of your cooling pad don t stop.

Perhaps you need to connect the cooling block directly to a computer laptop USB port s

  • Bluetooth automated shut-off valve, possible disk external hard usb

We bought a new iMac, retina 5K 27 "end 2015 when it came out. Since the first day we have been faced with a problem where the bluetooth disconnects, Magic Mouse 2 Magic Keyboard are disconnected and then reconnected. The mouse freezes, and about 3 to 5 seconds later the notification "lost connection" flashes on the screen, then the reconnect upward and will begin working. The entire range of not being able to use the keyboard and the mouse will last about 7 to 10 seconds. It happens randomly, maybe once or twice a day, or more.

I opened two cases with Apple support, all first, they had me reset the SMC, PRAM, a bunch of stuff. It seems not really to improve. The second said to reinstall the operating system, "do a reset. I still have to do it, mainly because it is a PC brand new and has had the problem since the first day.

Today, I noticed that the Time Machine backup seemed to start right at the time the connected bluetooth. We have two new Western Digital USB hard drives connected, it is formatted HFS + for the backup Time Machine, another ExFAT for the media and the extra space. Could the external USB drives cause bluetooth disconnection as bluetooth seems to be connected via the USB controller? If so, how do fix us this without disconnecting USB readers? Looks like they shouldn't cause the USB or bluetooth to reset!

For such an expensive computer, this issue is extremely frustrating, considering Apple support could not resolve. For any help or suggestions much appreciated, thank you!

  • Satellite A500 USB problem - unknown device.

    Hello

Have a Satellite A500 I recently restored to factory from the recovery partition and reinstalled my Win7 upgrade.

I have a couple of unknown devices in Device Manager and have no way of knowing what they are.
They would normally be a problem for me except that I'm also the sounds of disconnecting USB every now and then and caveats relating to the devices being plugged into a port USB2 not high speed.

I have of course plugged anything in time so I expect there is a device which is malfunctioning and not detected correctly.

The devices I first suspected (webcam, TV Tuner, touchpad) all normally appear in Device Manager so I'm at a loss as to what is the cause.

    Any ideas?
    Beards

    Hello

    I understand this correctly?

You restored the A500 to the factory settings using the Toshiba recovery procedure and the unknown devices still shows up in the Device Manager?

That s strange because the recovery disk to put the laptop in the same State as on the first day of purchase. So generally unknown devices should not appear and all drivers must be installed correctly.

However, I found an interesting and in my eyes useful HowTo document that should help you to know which drivers are missing in your case.

  • USB not recognized - even when there is no device at all (Windows 7, Pavilion dv7)

For a few days now, I get the message

"USB device not recognized: one of the USB devices attached to this computer is not working properly." The device has not been recognised "."

He keeps popping up in my right corner below, every 5 seconds if I don't click it. When I click on the message, I get a list of devices (ports) are available. There is an "unknown device". Maybe it has something to do with the (biometric) finger scan? This has not worked very well lately...

Even when there is no single USB device installed (normally, I have a mouse and a Targus laptop cooling mat installed as USB devices), it keeps popping up. I tried to remove the USB port from the list (or uninstall) in the remote control, but it seems that it keeps happening.

I got it all of a sudden, I have nothing specific to has not logged any strange devices (except for a spotlight on exit external screen, but this has nothing to do with USB). I also hear the sound for the connection / disconnection USB devics randomly when I'm on my laptop.

    Someone has an idea?
