display flashes
Hello thaydogia, welcome.
My suggestion would be to get a current copy of your display drivers. Follow these instructions:
2. Select your operating system at the top, if not already done
3. expand the 'Video' category
4. download the "Driver of Intel GM965" or driver "Nvidia GeForce 8400 M/GS ' according to which your laptop graphics card has.
* You can find this information by:
1. click on START
2. Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and press enter
3. click on the "View" tab
4. once noted, return to Dell's Support page and download the appropriate driver
5. install the driver, and then restart your computer
Let us know if this solves your problem,
Thank you!

If you have another Thunderbolt cable, plug it into the unused port on the
Thunderbolt Display and then in the Mini and see if the same thing happens.
What you can see is a precursor of the poster, built out of the cable.
At least, it could eliminate a costly repair problem. Although the cable itself is not
expensive, opening to the top of the screen of TB to replace could be.
Well that not connected on a Mini, I began to see in similar behavior my

Satellite S50-B-15N - display flashes on an online game
I installed the AMD video drivers for my Satellite S50-B-15N, but the display flashes on an online game (java-based).
How do I know what card I have and if I have the correct drivers installed?
With other words, you don't use driver from the download page, Toshiba but driver downloaded directly from AMD right?

Hello. There is a problem on the IPhone s 5 - after reset, the display flashes on the sides for 10 minutes, then the flashing stops. And the problem does not appear again until they do not use a Hard Reset (Power + Home).
The phone is new (5 days). It's a wedding?
If you encounter this flicker, then the next troubleshooting step is to restore from a backup. If the behavior persists after the restore, then the last step is the factory restore. If after the factory restore and adding no additional content, you see always this problem, then you must make an appointment at the Genius Bar to the nearest Apple store or service provider authorized Apple to have the material examined. If the behavior goes after the factory restore, then sync again your content manually, without using the backup. It seems to me it's corrupted content in the backup.

The display flashes "" lost changes.
I've been away from editing photo/LR for a while and am now back using LR and I noticed a number of things that confuse me. I wonder if anyone has the same experiences or if they are unique to my setup. This has happened with LR 3.4 and 3.4.1 now
I have a late 2010 27 "iMac with i7 2.93 GHz, 16 GB of DRAM to, Lightroom is on the 1 TB internal drive that has 600 GB free. I also have 30 GB assigned to the Camera Raw cache on the same drive. My images are on a FW800 external drive.
Here's the first symptom: if I run LR, put the point mode, select a photo that I have previously changed, go to history, select a step somewhere in history 'tree', the screen flashes and settle quickly on the image at this stage. If I then select a new stage in the tree, the display flashes again and later 5-8 seconds to Flash. The question is what is the cause for this? It is troubling and interrupts the thought process. By 'flash', I mean display LR whites - the area of the image will grey - and the image appears again a split second later.
Another thing also includes the "flickering display. Can I use the brush to change the appearance of an image. I will be brushing along to watch the changes take place, and suddenly the brush will stop just as if it is frozen, a few seconds later, the display flashes and when it stabilizes it's as if I never started this particular route. All changes since the beginning of this brush has disappeared. Often (about 1/3 of the time) I notice that a 'step' in history marked 'Camera Raw settings' tree has been created. I never seen that happen before. I don't think this is 'normal' but I wonder just what I can do about it. The only thing I've done so far is to optimize the catalog and increase the buffer of camera raw from 15 GB to 30 GB and purge the cache and still have the 'problem '.
Anyone with ideas?
Keep us informed, it looks like I can have stumbled across a solution!
Thanks for the updates!

39L4333DG - cannot display Flash content in the web browser
Hello
When I try to access sites Flash web browser displays "Missing Plugin" in the framework where the flash player should display the content.
I'm omitting something?
I installed the latest firmware: 7.1.90.34.01.1.
For a TV to 2013, it's boring is not to have a complete recommended web browser on a SMART TV.
Are there opportunities to have a full web browser in the next version of the firmware?
Thank you. When I had similar problems with Toshiba response was that the browser is intended for limited use. My problem was not being able to access any site that requires a password. Not rocket science you'd think!

iTunes just upgraded to the latest version 12.3.2.35 about 2 weeks ago... iTunes display now flashes all the time... It does this on my computers windows 10 systems... have never had this problem before, how to fix it... difficult to use iTunes with the screen flashes all the time. DJ
It is a problem in the original Setup for 12.3.2.35 programs (9 December). Apple stealthily versions rebuilt (with the same build number, unfortunately) on December 23/24 which should solve the problem, simply download the installer for your systems http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and re - install.

Secondary display flashing/flickering/flashing randomly in Windows 7 Home Premium
I'm really at a loss on this one.
I bought recently (like yesterday) a Galaxy GeForce 210 graphics card, purely so I can run my 17 "Dell LCD next to my Samsung 24". I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.
Everything seemed to work fine - I have installed the card, installed the drivers that came with it (who says are compatible Windows 7) and there we went. The 17 "plugged in VGA and the Samsung in DVI.
However, after being run for a bit, I started to notice that from time to time (read about once or twice a minute), the Dell would flicker or flash a bit. The best way I can think to describe it is to imagine having the bar about a third of the screen to the Windows taskbar height and then suddenly it shrunk and your graphics card couldn't keep up - so that you get a momentary flash of Black Watch Office. This is what is happening to me.
It doesn't matter what application is running - or even if no application is running - and I can't reproduce it on demand, although it seems that every time I use the 3D features (e.g. change of task in the card sorting method). However, I tried the following things:
1) updated drivers from nVidia.com - now run 8.17.11.9745 - no change
(2) restarted my machine without the time to make sure that's not the problem - no change
(3) started my machine in Vista Ultimate 64-bit, charge the same drivers from nVidia - flicker does not seem to happen!
(4) off the second screen under Windows 7 - the only remaining screen glisten.
(5) reactivated the second screen - now the Samsung screen is the one doing the flickering. According to how many times I do it, the flickering remains on at least one of the screens.
(6) have tried what seems like the entire internets! - still can't find a solution!.
Someone out there you have ideas on how to solve this problem?
Hi thecrane.
How did set you your additional monitor? Mirrored, extended, only external display
I suggest you try the following steps:
Step 1: change display settings also change color depth then test
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/getting-the-best-display-on-your-monitor
Step 2: Flickering of the Correct monitor (refresh rate)
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/correct-monitor-flicker-refresh-rate
Try using the display quality problems to solve the problem. It ensures that your video card driver is compatible with Windows 7, and checks to see if your color grading, video effects and the display settings are correct.

Security accounts children families cannot display flash media
Hello.
I have configured Windows Family Safety to our two children. They each have their own pc, Windows 7 (32 bit). Everything seems to work fine, except that they cannot view flash on the allowed web sites content.
I have a Parent Windows account on the same PC that can display content - no problem.
I tried with MS Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Both the active Flash plugin. When you load the page in IE, we see a message saying that the Flash is necessary. Chrome, the page remains blank. Chrome version 41.0.2272.118 m. Flash version of chrome: 17.0.0.134. MS IE 11.0.9600.17691 Flash 17.0.0.134.
I looked in the parental control to allow Flash as an application, but it is not listed as flash or shockwave.
I'm clearly missing something. Can anyone help?
Thank you.

Dell Latitude D600 display flashing (horizontal lines randomly)
Hi all.
I have a Dell Latitude D600 and at random times display signal with horizontal lines. I can sometimes it agitate gently turning the LCD and it, wavers. I did some research before and thought that the problem would be the video cable of flex, which I ordered and installed, but it still flashes. The LCD looks aesthetically perfect, but also of the inverter. The backlight of the display is not flickering, rather there are white lines that flicker at random, so I don't think it is the inverter.
I hung it via VGA to an external machine and only laptop suffered the flick so I think that the graphics card is fine.
Here is a video on what I'm talking about.

I replaced the LCD and the power inverter (low priced together) and the screen flashes is no longer.
