You must set the focus to the next element.

My webworks app works very well in Wellington. Perfect.

When I load on my Blackberry Curve 9330 to test, however,

Although it opens, there is no cursor. The user is not able to select all the links.

I tried to restart the phone, but the behavior persists. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I tried to specify the hover property, but it does not work.

I removed the settings navigation (i.e. the text below) in the configuration file and the cursor appeared.

This also solves all alerts 'insufficient memory' I received.

  • Why the speed of the cursor would affect a button?

Hi all, I use Flash MX, MX 2004... so I think that this means that my version of ActionScript is pre - 2.0.  Hope that's enough info, but I am happy to include more.  I tried the file-> Publish Settings-> Flash but have not seen my version AS.

Long story short, I have a menu drop down created simple.  When I roll over a menu button, a submenu (film).  When I roll off the button or the menu SUP, I have an invisible button that surrounds the film button and submenu menu with action:

    {run}
    Play();
    }

It takes in the next section, which has a stop action and no submenu.  The menu actually works very well; exactly as it is supposed to.  So why do I write this?  Because I noticed that when I move my cursor quickly the invisible button, it does not activate and the submenu remains open.  Slowly or moderately, the button is enabled and I have no problem.  If anyone else has experienced this?  If I move quickly the pointer over several buttons, they all just stay open until the re-tipped, which is very ugly.  I'm hoping to challenge the button, or create something that makes the time-out and collapse if the pointer is not present.  Not sure if this is possible.  Suggestions?  Be gentle!  I'm a Flash noob!

Flash check your mouse position (and everything else) at discrete intervals.  your framerate determines the frequency at which flash, among other things, questioned the scene to detect your position of the mouse.  If your framerate is low or high speed mouse (or some combo), flash will miss a rollover.

to minimize, increase your pace at 24 or 30.

  • "Scroll bar" is displayed when you move the cursor - Satellite L305D-S5904

I just bought a Satellite L305D-S5904 for my mother.
It came with Windows Vista Home Premium.

I noticed that a tiny scroll bar appears in the location of the cursor sometimes.
It makes navigation quite a pain.

Can you turn this feature off?
To clarify, when you use the touchpad, moving the slider, a tiny "scrollbar" sometimes appears at the point of "arrow" cursor.
    It's incredibly aggrevating!

I've never seen such a thing before.
    Thanks for the help!

    > I've never seen such a thing before.
Maybe because you didn t work with this hi-tech touchpad? ;) lol

It is a touchpad feature that can be disabled in the properties of the touchpad.
Make sure you have control panel-> mouse

There must be something on the touchpad settings.
Here, you will need to disable virtual scrolling.

  • TextBox is displayed when the cursor is positioned on keyword

    Hey guys,.

I create an interactive history of computing program flash and I want to be able to show more information about a certain subject/person when the user positions the cursor on a certain keyword such as a name. Is this possible? If so, then how could I go about this?

Any help/advice would be MUCH appreciated.

I tried to search the forums without success.

    Thank you!

There are different ways to do this, either by code or not.

Of the to do without code, you could create the text in a button symbol and place the information that you want to appear in the frame Over just then.  This way when you hover over the button what is under more appears.

To do with the code, you must use the overthrow of coding in which when you rollover the text (such as a movieclip symbol) the additional info movieclip is made visible and when you deployment it is made invisible.  Coded approach depends on which version of Actionscript you are using.

  • Windows 7 displays the error message when you exit + cursor problem

Two issues here. Phoshop CS5 on Wind 7 64-bit.

    Number of physical processors: 8
    Processor speed: 3073 MHz
    Built-in memory: 12279 MB
    Free memory: 9577 MB
Memory available to Photoshop: 10934 MB
    Memory used by Photoshop: 80%
    Tile image size: 128K

First issue is since the last update automatic Adobe (why fix what is not broken?) Whenever I go out now Photoshop I get the message "Server QT Adobe has stoped working" and sometimes when I go out the bridge. InDesign behaves as evil. I can no longer start a previous document in the file without ID Manager crashing on.

The other is the sliders in the Clone and delete lose their advantage (become invisable) without any reason - well not quite. Noise Ninja crashed in Photoshop when I tried to use it. I reinstalled it and all is well. The issue of cursor seems to be intermittent but came back (for no reason), after that I reinstalled NN. I can't seem to change the cursor, no matter what I do. The problem now seriously affect how I work. Almost any return to Win XP, who ran perfectly in Photoshop CS5.

Any help will be accepted with gratitude.

    Doug

Cursor problems are known to be caused by outdated video drivers (nVidia).

Assuming you have a nVidia (which model?) video card, go to their web site and download and install the latest video drivers for your card.

Also, this could very well solve your crash.

Don't forget the video drivers to apply the OpenGL system, on which Photoshop relies heavily.

  • Data is displayed when the cursor in the field, disappears when the cursor leaves the field

I was given a simple Acrobat form with the data already present in the fields.  Even if the form field property is Visible on all fields, the data are visible when the cursor is on the ground.  As soon as the cursor leaves a field, the data disappear.  When I print the PDF, the data do not appear.

I noticed that if I change the value of the field (e.g., add a period at the end), then the value disappears more.

Anyone know why that would happen?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Why the cursor jumps in the name of the password box when you sign in to Gmail?

When you connect to Gmail, I often (8/10) find that while I'm still typing the user name, the cursor is passed to the password box. The result is that the user name is inserted into the password field. I then have to click on the user name box and re-enter the user name.

    Yes, it's very annoying!

I suspect a timing problem, otherwise said, Google scripts are still ongoing for a while after the page is displayed and when the scripts see a non-empty value, the user name, it moves the focus to the password even if you are in the middle of typing.

If I wait a few seconds before you begin to type in the user name field, there is no problem. (I have not experienced the time).

  • When I use the arrow keys in firefox to go forward and back, the cursor erases tiny pieces of letters.

Even within this field of text that I type, everything is normal, but a back using the arrow keys (and then spacing also forward using the arrow keys as I go back to typing) deletes chunks of the text. Once I have started typing again in this area, the components are deleted to normal. This effect can be captured in a screenshot. After inspection, it seems to be a second invisible cursor, a character to the right of the cursor visible. So when the back arrow back, the invisible cursor trails that visible, destroying the text behind. When the spacing before using the arrow keys, the text gets fact sinking in front of the cursor visible.

    Try turning off hardware acceleration.

    • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

If disable hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

  • Since El CApitan, I have episodes when you sign in that the cursor becomes crazy and enters all kinds of letters.

When connecting have had episodes where the password was caught by the repeated letters entered automatically, requires the computer to be closed and restarted. last night the computer began to make incredible noises as if a radio was playing. What is going on?

There are several possible causes of this behavior. Please take each of the following steps that you have not already tried until it is resolved. Some may not apply in your case.

    1. follow the instructions provided in this support article, so this one, as appropriate. A damaged or defective power adapter could be the cause, even if it's the right kind.

2 simultaneously press the four corners of the trackpad and release. If there is no effect, it is likely to be temporary, and in this case the device must be repaired or replaced.

    3. disconnect or turn off each Bluetooth or USB pointing device, one at a time, testing as you go. You may be able to identify one that is defective. By a pointing device "," I mean a device that moves the cursor, trackpad, mouse, trackball, or tablets. A regular keyboard isn't a pointing device. If you have a desktop without a built-in trackpad design, at least an external pointing device must be active at all times.

    4. If your model has an infrared receiver for use with an Apple Remote, turn off .

    5. start in safe mode and test, preferably without launching any third-party application. If you do not have the problem in safe mode, but it comes back when you restart as usual, stop here and post your results. Do the same if you cannot start in safe mode. If there is no difference in safe mode, continue to the next step.

6 reset the system management controller.

    7. If you use a mouse or a trackpad, Bluetooth, investigate potential interference sources, including 3 USB devices.

    8. a swollen in a laptop battery can encroach on the trackpad underneath and cause erratic behavior. If you have trouble clicking the trackpad, it is probably the reason. The battery must be replaced without delay.

    9. a faulty device or a damaged cable can cause the built-in trackpad to a MacBook to behave erratically. If you use the wired devices, disconnect them one at the time and the test.

    10. There is also a report of movement erratic cursor caused by an external display that was plugged in but not turned on.

    11. If you use transfer, disable it in the general pane of system preferences.

    12. If the mirroring of airtime to a TV is turned on, turn it off.

    13. If none of the above apply, or if you have another reason to believe that your computer is remotely controlled, pull it out of the network by turning off Wi - Fi (or your Wi - Fi access point), disconnect a Bluetooth network connection, then unplug the Ethernet cable or a USB modem, whichever is applicable. If the movement of the cursor stops at the same time, you should suspect an intrusion.

    14. an appointment of 'Genius' in an Apple store to do the machine or the tested external trackpad.
