  This happens usually when you do not have read permission according to the State of the workflow of the specification. Different permissions can be set up for different status in the Administration of the WFA (WorkFlow).

In this case, you should not be able to see this specification in a search result, though, so if you see in the results of material technical search page, is not a DRINK problem, it's a workflow issue permission to read.

  There is an additional possibility, that is if your team has put in place the extensibility point of SpecVetoHandler, which allows for personalized reading permission checks added. It is a technical extensibility point configured in the config file CustomPluginExtensions.xml.

In the process of implementation of scanning via SMB, I created of new usernames on each workstation called "scanner" and gave this user a password. Then, I created a folder on each desktop called scans. I shared this folder and set it if the two users (user principal & scan) have access in writing & reading.

  The question that I have is, what it is written in that file the scanner is read & write to 'scan' and no other users do not have access.

  Is there a way I can resolve this issue so that new items saved in the folder have read and write for all users place?

  Recently, I've copied the 600GO files and folders using Robocopy from 2003 to 2012R2. No problem with the copy, but the properties of the root of the copied files showed a number of size and file incorrect directory to the same directory on Server 2003.

  Pursuit of the investigation, it seems that even if I am in a group of security on all files (with full control), I can't navigate some of them. When I select some files, I get a popup saying "you don't have permissions to access this folder." If I click on the "Continue" button, I also have access to the folder.

  When I check the permissions applied to the folder, it shows my group listed (with full control in the source files) and now added my user account security and given full control permissions.

  There are two parts to this question... Here's the first:

  I have a file named aux.class that I extracted my Minecraft.jar file. When I try to delete it, I get the message saying that I am not authorized to perform this option. This is obviously false, because I'm the administrator of this computer and there is no other account on this computer. What gives? Why can't I delete this stupid file?

When I tried to remove it BEFORE as I denied permission, if said something like "the file is too large for the destination file system.   Note also that the statement "Windows 7 has limited access to the C: drive" is incorrect. Under Windows 7 you have restricted access to system folders, regardless of the drive where they reside. Access to non-system files is governed by ownership and permissions, again regardless of the drive.

  Your administrator account can are damaged.  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  If that is the only available Administrator Profile (you need to be an administrator to fix this), enable the Hidden Administrator Account (HAA) using http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?&lang=en&cr=US&guid=&sloc=en-us&dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.administration_accounts_passwords&p=1&tid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055&mid=d20f9db4-7b2c-48be-a087-7835dc2a9055.  If you don't remember the password, try nothing because that's probably what you (or seller) did during the installation.  Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.
