  Please help - it's driving me crazy! I got this to work!

  I am using Vista Ultimate and a connection (cat-5) ethernet to an xbox 360 as a Media Extender (via a Linksys router). I get the error of the video:

  I have a Happauge PVR 150 TV capture card installed, and you want to watch TV and my video files Via the Xbox 360. I can see the guide for lists of TV programs, but not to look at them without getting the message above.  I can also put in place a program to record, display the video thumbnail, but not play. Video files only will play are videos very select few years recorded only where there is.

  My graphics card is an ATI 2900XT - 512 MB of ram, with the latest drivers.

  I've seen a number of discussions on the web that describes the same (or similar) problem, but none of them seem to have no solution.

  I had Norton Internet Security installed and it has since withdrawn because of the firewall. I had thought, it could be a firewall issue, but it is not. I'm now using the Windows Firewall for now.

  I deleted and reinstalled the Xbox as an Extender media several times... no help. I have re-installed the complete drivers for the video capture card, it has not helped either. I checked and double-checked the settings on my router as well.

  The xbox is set for the share on my multimedia computer. The correct files can also be programmed for sharing.

  On the PC in Windows Media Center, I can view the TV programs, record programs etc etc etc all work.

  Any help would be really appreciated!

  This is controlled by the autoCancel = "disabled" property of the pop-up window. The default setting is enabled which closes the popup.

  I had already downloaded the Tuner card driver on the site yesterday and installed (this is the same version I already had, but he did not seem wrong to re - install).  No change.

  Demoted from 10 to 7 through "Go back to Windows 7" in the control panel-> update of the security & -> Recovery Windows 10. Everything seemed successful, having problems with scheduled tasks (but that's another issue, see reference).

  All my libraries are present and at first glance seem to work fine but I was making a few mistakes in some of my apps used regularly when you access files in libraries. So I decided to track down the mystery and I think it's related to the path of the file property - for example, the path begins with something like:

  I think that this is related as:

  -When I double-click a video (thanks to my video library) my playlist video application (which should list all the videos in the current folder) displays a list of "\".

  -When I try to transfer files (via Teracopy) I get an error message "widepathmax" four times for each file transferred, and despite all the success, it's very annoying and boring. I've disabled Teracopy and tried again to transfer, but native file transfer has not yet shown upward. All works well when do not transfer files using libraries.

  Have you created custom in addition to the default libraries?

  To restore the default libraries, right-click on 'Libraries' and choose ' Restore default libraries.

  You can try to remove one of the custom libraries and create them again and include folders in the libraries manually.

  I understand from your description, that you, Windows media player does not work.

  1. have you activated Windows 7?

  2. what kind of CD are they?

  3. What are the files in the CD file extensions?

  It is not a problem with WMP as you said a few CD to the player. It is better to activate Windows to avoid such behavior in the computer.

  Run the Troubleshooter:

  Open the troubleshooter in the Windows Media Player library

  I recently updated my laptop Gateway for Windows 7 since Vista.  I love the new OS, but I'm having a small problem.  My touchpad is erratic.  I have scroll down a page and then move the slider to select text and then the page scrolls a glance upwards or downwards.  When I play a flash game of the page suddenly zoomed out.  It also seems to be super sensitive.   I don't seem to have this problem when I connect an external mouse, and I don't have this problem until I upgraded.  Can you help me?

  I would recommend to reduce the sensitivity of the touchpad and check if that helps, steps to follow:

  i. open Control Panel

  II. double-click the mouse icon.

  Properties of the mouse III. Select device settings.

  IV. click settings. Select "Properties".

  v. expand "sensitivity."

  VI. click the option "touch sensitivity.

  VII. reduce tactile sensitivity setting, moving the slider to the right, to the label of "heavy touch. Experiment with different levels of sensitivity until find you one suited to your needs.

  kglad and Mohan, thanks for the help. I found what was wrong. I had the text of the rule too high DPI screen. I lowered and the mouse works on everything except that it's harder for me to see.HA apparently it was causing a conflict with the mouse. Maybe this will be useful to help someone else down the line.
