Do not send to Photoshop CC

I saw this question in the forums, but I do not see a resolution for it. I also went through all the steps that I found.
I have an Ipad Pro and logged into the same account of creative cloud on my OSX machine.

I click on send to Photoshop CC. Nothing happens.
The project will appear eventually in the library of mobile elements on assets.adobe.com
The project does NOT open in Photoshop CC.

All applications are up to date. All devices are signed on the same account. Once this issue has been made, is it possible to refer the project to adobe sketch of the cc of photoshop?

Sorry it does not work properly. OK, some things I would like to (in a particular order). I know that you already have some of them, but if you check again just to be sure...

1. first log in with your Adobe ID to http://assets.adobe.com (My Active - Mobile Creations - Sketch) and make sure that all work on the device are synchronized to creative cloud.

2. then,.

Make sure you use Sketch v3.4.1

Make sure that you use Photoshop v2015.5.0

Make sure that you use the Creative Cloud Desktop App v3.7.0.272

3. then,.

Close Photoshop CC

Disconnect from the Creative Cloud Desktop App (icon tap the CC, then the gear icon, then Preferences, then logout).

Restart your laptop

Then reconnect to the creative cloud desktop application

4 before trying to send from the app

Sign out of sketches (tap on the icon of the sketch, then the field with your name, then disconnect).

Restart your device

Then reconnect to the app.

5. once everything is working, and you're all connected try again your work on the desktop.

    Update: Susan fixed this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

  • Photos selected in Camera Raw are not open in Photoshop CC

    I have Photoshop CC and Photoshop CS6.5 installed in my computer. When I send pictures to Camera Raw in bridge, twisting them and make everything beautiful, I want to finally send them into Photoshop to finish my treatment. Camera Raw seems to want to send to Photoshop CS6. I can't get it to open them in Photoshop CC. I guess miss me a setting somewhere but does not know where he is. I am aware that I could just record all Camera Raw files then drag and drop them into Photoshop CC, but is that really necessary extra step?

    Is your desktop machine where you run Photoshop and Illustrator in a network of business within a firewall? If this is the case, it might be possible that some data sent to desktop applications have been blocked and the feature "Send to Photoshop/Illustrator" cannot be completed. If this is your case, you can try the 'send to Photoshop/Illustrator"outside of the corporate network? The 'Save PSD creative cloud' is a different workflow as the files are stored in the cloud.
