do not send workflow notifications

Several of my clients have said that they do not receive their workflow notifications suddenly, is there something to do with migration in British Colombia. Then what can be the cause? Does anyone else know this?

I suggest reaching out to our support by Live chat team (Portal partners or any site Admin - > & support at the top right of the screen) with details of websites and e-mail addresses receive workflow notifications. This should not be linked to migration sites only because of the trial and on the webBasics and webBasics + have been moved (and they do not include workflow notifications)

    But I thought that instead of going get the username of WF_LOCAL_ROLES and then sending the mail to user names, I can't send mail directly using e-mail.

    AdHoc roles depend in large part of the FND_USER, WF_ROLES, WF_LOCAL_ROLES table to check if these users are still active.

    and AdHoc roles take only the values of FND_USER. User_name as input, so I don't think that you can directly use the email addresses.

    If you want to use as input e-mail addresses, you may need to create a custom package/procedure.

    I have a requirement in R12.1.3 where we send same email Notification multiple identification of in Oracle Workflow. Get us identification of email running for each transaction.

    Current workflow process is notification is sent to an email Id which we capture at the transaction level. But now the Client wants to enter multiple Emails separated by commas.

    Please guide / suggest that the way in which we can send multiple Emails notification. How we deal with several e-mail id

    An Option I can think of is to use the loop in the flow work create separate role for each Email Id, then pass it to the Notification in the loop. But do not know if it works or not. Y at - it another option that we can try.

    I implemented a notification when a user is created in the ad. In fact the mail is sent when I set up the resource through the administration interface. I have an access policy that may trigger the commissioning of the AD resource; but in this case, no mail is sent.

    What I want to achieve, send an email to someone (not the usermanager nor the plaintiff fields) when the AD account is provisionned. I have put an assignment to a user and check the assignment, but no mail is sent if the resource is supplied via the access policy.

    I solved this problem by writing custom process tasks 'send Email Notification on creation of the user'...

    In the Java Code of the adapter, I read the values of the "Mail server", IT resource and my custom message template definition...

    (Using tcITResourceOperationsIntf and tcEmailDefinitionOperationsIntf)

    I highly recommend Burke approach since there are a lot of nuances that make a general solution will not work perfectly. There is also a high probability that if you did not get emails or Error Handling to the job that you are fairly new to vCO, and the website would be the BEST place to start! I'm sure they have examples of management errors and emails, but perhaps not in e-mails to handle errors...

    That said, I can try to help you quickly... Here are some quick and dirty steps to get something... you will need to email plugin installed... I do not know...

    1. for all scripts or places where the workflow can fail, the Exception variable to bind to a string of your choice attribute (I'll call this ErrorText)

    2. connect roads of workflow of exception (instead of a normal blue color, link the red color) to a script. Make sure that this script has access to ErrorText.

    3. in the script, use the email (sloppily written) follows:

    If your application is frozen you can of course check the time periodically nuer a QTimer, or other methods.

    If your application is not running currently, there is unfortunately no nice way to do a trigger invocation time based (except for the phone to boot) does not yet exist (or at least is not readily available yet).

    Thus, three methods either go in the sense of time running headless, use the calendar api or have a mechanism external push of a server.

    In our environment, TMS 14.4 will send notifications which will end the session master endpoint in a call.  It can receive one or more times.  Other endpoints can receive the message once or several times.  Older end points like the series MX (Gen1 or Gen2), or Jabber will not receive notifications.

    In general, it is configurable in the TMS regarding when notifications are sent.  But we found that the messages are sent in Control Panel (display) or the monitor.  If the control panel is a Cisco model, then the message is sent to the control panel.  If the model is non-Cisco (Crestron) then the message is sent to the monitor.

    You can imagine the reaction of the participants when the call ends.  They do not see the control panel for the notifications, but interaction with the call and the on-screen display.

    I thought that TMS may be able to use the "send the message to the system' in the browser part.  Is there an API, I can call and target the script sending of messages to endpoints?

    TMS usually only send end endpoints conference notifications are managed by TMS, sort of endpoints Jabber like will not work with it without worrying.  Even in this case, the message get sent to one that is configured as the master of video conference.  What you see on the subject where the message is correct, and is by design.  I don't think that there is a way to display on the monitor, if a touch panel of Cisco is used.

    Have you looked at the following setting in TMS: Configuration > conference settings > show video warnings on the Conference ending?

    From 14.3 TMS, you can set it to send notifications to end conference to all the endpoints via the MCU or telepresence Server that hosts the Conference.  Given that it would send Conference ending notifications by the main video track, everyone would be able to see any endpoint is, and they use a Cisco touchscreen as well.  See the MSDS 14.3 release notes, middle of the pg 3 for more information.

    Yes it is possible through the stages of processing of forms.

    In your approach to treatment to "Send the email of Notification" at the bottom, click the yellow exclamation icon that says "Conditional" in the lower part for "this treatment step runs...." »

    In the next screen, click the form field tab and then choose your phone number field in the menu drop-down. Then you can put an asterisk (*) in the criteria field to subordinate the step as long as there is a value in the phone number field. (Alternatively, you can change "are" to "is not" at the top of this screen and remove the asterisk to make the step executes every time that it is not empty).

    Hi Rob,

    Inside the program Builder, you can configure an action step to send a notification, but not in addition to any other action.  You might therefore be able to implement so that (using your example of decision rule) to hit the 'yes' the first step is the notification then the next step is the true 'yes' action, or a similar to the 'no' set according to what you're trying to get information from.  You can do either by configuring a normal e-mail message to hold the info you want, and then Quicksend email to a specific user and use domain merges to get information about the person who is going through step.  Or you could use the 'send members report to the owner of the process"and configure it to contain what you need.
