I have it on a USB hard drive that I used to install successfully on a couple other machines (dual-boot a Lenovo T430 and also on a desktop AMD new construction). I cannot go into the options to start with Esc or F9 and the disk appears, but there just ignores it and goes straight to Windows.

I don't have the partitioned external drive, then perhaps that he is not the right one? Seems funny that he would have worked on two other systems, but perhaps a quirk of the HP BIOS? I don't have a simple USB key with sufficient capacity to hold the installer, but do you think I should try to borrow one for that?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to go into the BIOS and see if there is a setting to auto USB for USB3 ports.

If it is set to USB3, you cannot start normally port USB3.

USB3 can be the default setting.

Acrobat 8 does not take into account valid license

Recently, I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat 8.1.3 of an old laptop. During the uninstall, I made sure to deactivate my license when this option was presented.
Now, I want to install Acrobat 8 on a new machine. I went to this page: download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9 and downloaded Acrobat 8 pro. On the new machine, I installed Acrobat 8. However, when I went to activate my previous license, it gave me an error saying that I was using an invalid license.
I had a chat with customer support, and they verified that I had a valid license which is currently used by any machine. Using the trial version, I also checked that Acrobat was fully functional.
Both the old and the new laptops are running Windows 10 with all the latest updates downloaded and installed.

Troubleshooting guide did not help at all. However, after reading this thread:all I need is a link. A simple link. I realized that I was trying to use Acrobat 8 Standard license on an installation of Acrobat 8 Pro.

However, the Adobe download page is the standard version. I had to read this post on the forum: Download Acrobat 8 Standard and then take a .iso for Acrobat 8 standard from here: Acrobat.com shared - files .

I used windows 10, so I could ride easily and then run the autorun.exe file. Otherwise, you can always burn the .iso to a cd image file and run it from there.

I came across a scenario where the regulation plan does not consider the future absence when calculating the net benefit.
For example, as of February 28, I have 15 sheets and I request leave from February 15 to February 28 (14 days). After the leave, my available leave balance should be 1 but when I check the accrual accounting starting February 10 (or any date before 15 February) I see my entitlemnt is still 15 and even I can request leave from February 1 to February 15, which I think is not correct. However, when I check the right after February 15 it shows right correct (1 day).
Is this behavior expected from oracle or something wrong?

Queue in sql developer does not take into account the VALUE ECHO OFF
I am a developer SQL 3.1.07.42 Windows 7 64 bit with java 1.7

Tried the same thing in 3.0.4 and 2.1.1 with the same (bad) result (more a few warning on some unsupported SET commands).

Am I missing something obvious? Cause like that, control of the coil cannot be used in sql developer to generate a CSV file, for example, due to the echo command. And windows does not come with default SED so it's on. (more than my original script is integrated into a whole much broader and complex scripts and the main script, their use is run from Developer SQL as a company policy (so that everyone uses the same tool and the code runs the same for everyone))

I checked the url of the home page in Firefox and it has been set at startpage.com, but then when I looked at the default programs in Ubuntu, I noticed that the default program for the web had been unintentionally configured to use a .desktop file that leads to t he admin for my Web site login page.

Firefox sees only the first entry, defined in/etc/hosts to 127.0.0.1.

Basically, Firefox does not see the changes to the DNS entries, that I made in/etc/hosts. Chrome is. However, later, I noticed that Safari is not to see them.
