• How to stop a file upload on document cloud (android)

  I have some files I try to download the document cloud-IT worked fine and I was able to view their off my mac as well as the Android (galaxy tab) where they were saved and published.

  Now that there are a few files stuck in 'pending' and the other guard saying save even if it's clearly not the download. It is small file (12 MB), but it is not downloading. How can I undo this so others can download and re try this one later? It was 'save' for 3 hours

  I have Acrobat Pro DC. It is easy to download files on cloud of document using the download icon or save commands. However, once a file is uploaded, how can I access cloud of document to remove a file from DC?

  You can click on the tab of Document cloud to the left on Acrobat Pro DC or online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent (make sure that you sign in with your adobe ID)

  Then select a file, you will see delete tab at the top of the list.

• Impossible to cancel Adobe Document Cloud per month subscription

  I can't cancel my subscription by months of Adobe Document Cloud.  I've been through the help, FAQ and everything I can find.  The site takes me through circles.  I can't locate a phone number or a way to contact Adobe about this topic.  Can someone help me?

  I can understand your concern & you need to worry about this, as the folders in your PC are not available on other PCs as this option is just to browse through files of the specific system you are working on as shown in the screenshot below.

  

  Only the files that have been uploaded to the cloud of Document will be available over the Internet using Adobe Document Cloud service during authentication of your Adobe ID & password.

  Assuming that you are talking about not being able to access your files on your laptop.

  I suggest that you please connect to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent and you should be able to find all your files if the files are saved and stored on the cloud.

  Problem seems to be resolved.  I wonder if it's a matter of intellectual property? So my phone worked on the 4G.  I had it before with my ISP that they re - use IP addresses that may sometimes be prohibited. This would cause this issue?

  Creative Cloud files are stored in your CC account synchronized.

  Document Cloud files are the only pdfs stored with the sync Acrobat DC system.

  The two are separate storage options. However, the DC option synchronizes perfectly with all your versions of Acrobat (mobile, desktop, etc.)

  Once a PDF is exported to other formats (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) file, it will be saved in the Document cloud.

  You can type the blue chevron in the top bar to open the selector position and

  choose shipping box to check the status and click on the exported file to open it.

  (b) select Document Cloud to find the exported file and open it.
