Unable to connect to Document cloud
Currently having difficulties to access the Document Cloud through my browser and Acrobat Reader DC.
Chrome - this site is not reachable cloud.acrobat.com took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection, check the proxy and firewall running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
AR DC - no Internet connection
Any thoughts? Barely noticed this problem on my desktop.
Problem seems to be resolved. I wonder if it's a matter of intellectual property? So my phone worked on the 4G. I had it before with my ISP that they re - use IP addresses that may sometimes be prohibited. This would cause this issue?

Unable to connect to Creative cloud on a single computer
When I try to open the creative application of cloud on my computer it says "you have been disconnected. Please sign in to continue.
I sign and after a few fire-wind, I get the same message.
Thus, none of my apps CC works. I am told that I am using a trial version or in the case of Acrobat "your trial period has expired." I am up-to-date on my account when I have dims to verify my account. My Mac seems to work, but the Win 7 computer keeps giving me this message. It starts tonight only. Please follow this step to solve the problem.
If please access this location and rename the folder in OOBE OOBE.old
Windows:
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
Once done please relaunch the CC desktop applications and try to connect.

I am trying to connect to the desktop creative cloud app so that I can start using the suite. I enter my login details (which is correct) and it starts to connect. Site/Port information used by creative teams and Creative Cloud cloud for businesses
These host/port combinations need to be on a whitelist when connecting with one ID Adobe to download, install and activate licenses for applications via a creative cloud subscription.

Unable to connect to creative cloud... What is happening?
Is anyone having problems connecting to the creative Cloud? I can't access it through the AAM or https://creative.adobe.com/. MAA gives me just a mistake that he can't contact Adobe and the web portal just clocks.

Point culminating/bar, do not sync with other devices via Document Cloud
I have a PDF file do I put highlight and bar changes to 3 devices using all the drive of DC, iPad, iPhone and Macbook. Highlights and bar changes will save to be reviewed on this same device later but never seems to sync to the cloud of document and will appear on other devices. Almost seems as if I had 3 copies of the same document that each have their own observations but saved as a single file appears in the clouds of document. I am connected to Document Cloud on all devices using the same account.
Is this a feature supported?

Looks like you have multiple copies of the PDF document on your computer/device.
Would try you the following steps?
- Rename all the copies local to something else.
- Make sure that you connect.
- Select "Document cloud" for the location of the file.
- Open the individual cloud PDF document in Acrobat Reader on your MacBook or iPad/iPhone.
- Add the highest point, bar and other annotations to the document cloud.
- Back to My Documents. This forces Acrobat to close the PDF document and save changes.
You see the message of toast on the document being saved (as shown above)?
If you do not see the message of toast, this means that your changes are not saved correctly in the document of cloud. Can you try a few other documents different clouds and follow the same steps? (This will help us to determine if the problem occurs only with a PDF or any other PDF documents.)
You would open the same document of clouds from another computer or device to see the new changes? Please make sure you open a PDF document in the Document cloud section (not Local or recent).

If you create a new account, you can access the Adobe Document Cloud storage for the new account only.
Your documents are stored in the cloud of Adobe Document under your old account. The only way to recover your old documents must sign on your old account.
