  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments.   I have just opened a new document in the Pages folder on iCloud Drive, pasted some text content and was able to save what iCloud drive, or location on my local, bootable filesystem. No problem for me.

  Maybe the simpler solution is to restart your Mac.

  Hi Gerard, you have moved away from using the PDF Viewer integrated into the Adobe Acrobat Viewer? This article has the steps to do this if you have not tried, and also shows where you can confirm who is used: How to disable the built-in PDF Viewer and use another Viewer.

  When you save a PDF file using the built-in Viewer, use the download button the toolbar above the PDF file (it looks like an arrow pointing down). This can be more reliable than the command save the Page under.

  When you save a PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat Viewer, when you move the pointer of the mouse down the document, a floating toolbar should appear with a drive icon. (Or if you press the ESC key, a toolbar should appear above the document.) Use the drive icon on the Adobe Acrobat toolbar to save the document.

• Why my images are moved around the document on Pages (version 5.6.2)?

  Pages ' 09 v4.3 would you allow to copy/paste or drag and drop the photos to a document in another document for effective merging of documents. It would also allow access to external Pages documents.

  In the v5.6.1, Pages you can select the text of the paragraph of a document of dealer (not objects) and simply drag and drop the selection anywhere in the recipient document. You can click on a thumbnail in the donor document and paste it into the Gallery of thumbnails of the recipient document. For example, my paper receiver has a unique miniature with partial text on this page. When I copy/paste the thumbnail of the document of the donor, it will fill the remaining page of the recipient document and start a new page in the same section, after the first page is filled. If the donor paragraph style is different from that of the beneficiary style, so think about using paste them and the Style of game. There is no drag and drop miniature relief between donor and recipients documents.

  If you create a blank section in your document recipient, select and then copy/paste a thumbnail of the document from donors, the content of this text is inserted into a text box by default new, with overflow of text in the center of your page in the recipient section.   You do not have. Pages is a word processor application and it has no e-mail capabilities.

  Pages for iOS can insert a copy of the document that is open in an e-mail message and send this copy using Mail.

  With the document open, tap the share icon (between the + and the key), select send a copy, then the Pages, then Mail.

  Address the mail document that opens, and then add ay text you want to include, and then tap send.

  I don't know if iOS includes the ability to compress / archive folders of files, but will ask the transfer of this thread to a community of iOS, where there should be a person more competent and well-informed about the Pages and Mail for iOS. (You have posted this question in the Pages of the Mac community).
