• Video/tv/channels streaming on Surface RT does not work?

  When you try to stream online it simply does not on this Surface RT.  What is the problem?  Are there any compatibility or support for streaming? I get the error "error loading player: no Sources found" what is happening on all the sites I want to stream the channels such as MTV Lebanon.

  This is an old topic and the situation has changed. Nowadays, all websites in flash works except those found to be a bad experience and blacklisted by Microsoft.

  I have no problem go to viooz.co and streaming the content of it. you just need to have your tablet to date, because the capabilities of the device have changed over time, and you need to update.

  You cannot access the files or devices on the Surface RT of the network see only compared to the systems default RT.

  There are workarounds, but as one provided is by design.

• The Windows on my Surface store does not load. What can I do?

  I used it Friday so it worked, but now it's just hanging with a circle of rotation.  It works on my laptop with Windows 8 installed, so it seems to be a problem with the Surface.

  When I had this problem (the permission that this is an English bought in the United States, so this may not work for you), I fixed by going into the PC settings and verification of software updates. He had some updates, so I said "run updates now".   Dad just got a Surface Pro and I made an account on it to try features synchronization account. When I went in the photos app he showed my current machine to run Windows Vista Windows live photos as source for photos, as well as SkyDrive, image library, photos from Facebook, etc.

  The remote sources that you see in Photos (Flickr, Facebook, Skydrive, other PC) applications are associated with the Microsoft Account you're connected to (or have attached to your Windows logon).  The only reason why I can think that a machine of Windows 8 would show some options but the other isn't if the Microsoft Accounts connected on different machines are different.

  You can also hide sources in the Photos app.  To display, in the Photos app, go to settings (Win - i), choose options, select the options that you want to appear.

  Flickr and Facebook requires your Microsoft Account to be configured with these services.  You can choose to revoke access to your Microsoft Account of these services through their web sites.  To check your permissions, go to settings, choose options, click Options next to Flickr or Facebook.

• Surface Pro 3 notes screen w / stylus?

  I have a Surface Pro 3.  Before the last Adobe reader update DC, I was able to take written notes on PDFs with the stylus.  Since the most recent version of the Adobe Reader software, I am unable to find how to do this!  Way to go Adobe to spoil an extremely useful tool.

• Microsoft Surface Pro does not open in mode full screen without the toolbar on the right projection

  I created an interactive pdf designed for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, set to open full screen mode. Recently, I think I did something for the preferences settings and now whenever I open the file: (a) I get a warning that it will open in mode full screen (I just want it to open it without the warning); and (b) the toolbar is always right if the presentation is not really in the entire screen. Help, please.

  It's kind of like a dashboard on the right side. The tools that are available are 'tools to fill & sign' (exoanded to: add text, add Checkmark, initial Place, place of Signature). Showing also but not expanded not is 'Send or collect Signatures' and 'Working with certificates.'

  I have been a little more troubleshooting on mine, and now I'm fairly certain that the toolbar appears because the document contains few fields to fill. I removed these items and now the file is opened in mode full screen without the list toolbar.

  You're almost right.  In order to have the correct Z-table, you must change the data of x and y separately.  This excerpt should give you the appropriate graph.

  I read a few blog posts and forum entries to try to implement a listener of the QNXApplicationEvent.SWIPE_DOWN, but somehow none does not work for me.

  Test you this on a PlayBook or using the simulator of Alpha of BlackBerry Dev?  Applications produced in the BB10 SDKs require BlackBerry 10 + to run.  They will not properly work on Tablet OS 2.x.

  Hey, frustrating problem I've experienced with the video application and other applications previously.

  My Microsoft Account has my Canadian credit card on file and in the region on my device settings and account information is set to "Canada". When I try to purchase items in the application of video from Microsoft, however, that I have no information of payment on the account of my account. When I add credit card information again, it allows me to enter a billing address that is not in the Canada. It is extremely frustrating that it seems not sync up to my Microsoft account on the feature set and is by far my most big complain about this interface.

• P2314T works not connected to the Surface Pro 3 dock?

  P2314T can't get monitor to display, either says 'Enter Power Saving Mode' or says it is not connected.  Using Display connection port to MS Surface Pro 3 with docking station

  Had the same problem. I reviewed the Microsoft forum. We need to plug the power adapter into the dock Surface Pro 3 It will not work by the Surface Pro 3 battery alone. Solved my problem. It would be nice if I could use the dock as well mini display port and the port of the display at the same time surface. Did not work. If you have had the branch dock and still no problem, then MS noted for updating with the surface in the dock.

  How can I print my Microsoft Surface running Windows 8 RT?

  Most new wireless printers have an impression of the Microsoft Surface with Windows 8 RT problem.  Everything you need to make these printers is tell them to print and they will.  Older wireless, Ethernet and USB printers should not have driver officially supported in Windows 8 RT, but there is a way to get the printer working.  There are different requirements depending on how the printer is connected to the Surface.

  Note: All the steps below are only for other HP ink Jet, DeskJet, PhotoSmart and OfficeJet printers.  These steps are not for Laserjet printers or printers from other manufacturers.  These steps may not work for all inkjet printers.  If these steps do not work, try different drivers in the list until you find the one that works (you'll understand what I mean once you follow the steps below).  If none of the drivers work, your printer does not work with the Surface.

  For (Ethernet or wireless) network printers, all you need is Surface keyboard or a USB keyboard to connect to the Surface.  It is simply what you have to type more easy to type.  You will also need to have the Surface and the printer connected to the same network.

  1. From the right edge, drag your finger to the left on the screen Surface to appear charms bar.
  2. Press search.
  3. Under the search box, tap Settings.
  4. In the search box, type devices and printers.
  5. Press devices and printers.
  6. Contact add a printer.
  7. Tap "my printer is not listed.
  8. Select the TCP/IP option and then press Next.
  9. Enter the IP address of the printer and press Next.  Note: You can get this from the network printer, or list DHCP in your router Configuration Page.
  10. The Surface will locate the printer and try to install it.  Installation fails, and the Surface will be asked what you want to do, look on the internet for the driver, or manually install the driver.  Choose to install the driver yourself.
  11. Press 'I want to choose from a list of drivers.
  12. If no driver is in the list, make sure that the box next to 'Show compatible drivers' is not checked.
  13. Choose HP in the production list.
  14. Choose driver DeskJet PCL 3 class in the list of drivers.  If this driver does not work, try using the Photosmart PCL3 driver, or the driver Officejet PCL 3.  (Thanks JonW for letting me know about these other alternates.) )
  15. Press Next.
  16. Tap Finish.
  17. Test print.

  For USB connected printers, need you a USB cable to connect the printer to the computer.

  1. Connect the printer to the computer via USB.
  2. Windows will try to find the drivers but will not be able to.
  3. Here Windows may ask you if you want to choose the driver to install.  If she go to step 14 below.
  4. From the right edge, drag your finger to the left on the screen Surface to appear charms bar.
  5. Press search.
  6. Under the search box, tap Settings.
  7. In the search box, type Device Manager.
  8. Press Device Manager.
  9. Tap view and select Show Hidden.
  10. Search for the printer in Device Manager.  It should be in the other devices section with a yellow warning next to her sign.
  11. Select the printer in the list.
  12. Press Action.
  13. Update driver to touch or to install any what it displays.
  14. The Surface will ask you what you want to do, look on the internet for the driver, or manually install the driver.  Choose to install the driver yourself.
  15. Press 'I want to choose from a list of drivers.
  16. If no driver is in the list, make sure that the box next to 'Show compatible drivers' is not checked.
  17. Choose HP in the production list.
