  For the LPM error "cannot change the password" check if you set a "minimum age" in the definition of the strategy of password.

  I guess I have to write a process, probably in the login page and then create my own page to enter the old and new passwords.   If you use the authentication method the APEX, try the following:

  If you add a user, then click on the button create and enter the relevant information.

  If you already have an existing user and I want to just change them, click on the user icon.

  To set the password needs to be reset during its first use, under the control of the accounts, click the menu drop down require the change of password on first use and select Yes.

  Save the user, and the first time the user logs in the APEX, they will have to reset their password.

  On a side note, I STRONGLY recommend that change you your scheme of authentication or Custom database driven, since the APEX authentication scheme is used mainly for developers...

  All G´Day. Hope someone can help me and I don't have to format this drive...

  Had recently changed the password disk and curiosity entry "not enough space", as hitting the SPACEBAR once, as the new pw. Repeated, agreed and worked.

  However, now I can't access the drive more. Hit 'space' at the pw prompt will still have the blocked path.

  All old/new password to enter the space just tried. Nothing. The drive was my nearby since so nobody else would not change it in the meantime.

  Got some important data backed up and we hope that me to play around with this option will not end to erase everything.

  Each suggestion and help is very appreciated.

• Impossible to change the password with Net User

  I don't know if I ask this in the right place, I'm new to the community of answers. My environment is mainly Server 2008 R2, I asked the Admins who are unable to use net user to change their own password to a high command line. I checked their permissions and they have two buttons and change the permissions on the user object.

  Using of "net user [username] * / Domain" they always get access denied, it works if I give them full control. Is there permission miss me except change and reset?

• Cannot change the password for my wireless connection

  The wireless router has changed the key and I need to change the key/password on my windows computer 7, but it is not letting me.

  Usually on other computers, you can right-click the connection wireless from the taskbar and it will give you options of 'Connect' and 'Properties' (and you can change it in the properties).  But on this computer, there is no 'Properties' option, simply connect.  How can I get the Properties tab?

  PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME search the DEFAULT profile - Oracle affect 180 days during the installation in 11 g. If the password has expired, you need to 'unexpire' account first and then change password.

• Unable to add the user or change the password on the Windows 7 Professional laptop

  This happened to the light while trying to install SQL2012 Standard on my laptop. During installation, I received the message that the password that I had selected for the user his did not meet the requirements of length and complexity. Looking local policies, I found that the length is set to 0 and the requirement of the complexity has been disabled.

  For grins, I tried to add a user to the computer. The result was the same error message.

  Can someone point me in the direction of a resolution? This baffled me and gets in the way of progress!

  I was able to get more details about this feature.  In v2, it will stay until the interface is deprecated.  That also means that we will NOT available in v3 in the same way.  The reason is for the protection of the security of the original user, which is another reason why we recommend to operate within the v3 as possible.

  In v3, the original account user can change his e-mail retrieving the Details page of my. What is more possible, is the site administrator to change the email of Admin V3 recovery for one of the users of the site.

  

  Also support can update that from the request of the original user not the partner or someone else outside the actual user to conform to the duration of the user.
