  Please try and delete preview Cache.

  It is located in the same folder as the catalog in Lightroom. The name of the cache an extract ends with Previews.LRDATA and should be deleted. Not to be confused with *. LRCAT, which should not be deleted

  When you reinstall CS5, you start to 12.0 there's a 12.0.4 update that includes bug fixes.

  You need to directly download this update and before you install, go into osx security & privacy > general tab and temporarily allow app installs anywhere.

  3. What happens when you try to restart the computer? You receive an error message?
  4. You have security software installed on the computer?

  I'm having an extremely difficult time getting Dreamweaver 2015 CC trail to launch. I downloaded, uninstalled several times than I can count.   I got it working with the help of Live Chat technical support. There was some sort of error that happens with my graphics driver... something that was not a problem with my previous version of Photoshop is now a problem with the new version. I've updated the graphics card driver and software through the manufacturer's website and that helped me to pass through.

  After updating the driver... at first it was as if I'd a while back... I'm a mistake period expired trial again on open Photoshop first, but then I tried again a disconnection and connection back to the CC, as noted previously ( http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately-launch.html )... and this time, which contributed to correct the error of the trial and that time was not followed to crash (thanks to the update of the graphics driver).
