• Screen Messages Yosemite sharing stops pretty quickly

  I use screen sharing Messages to help my mother of the older person with her pimp. Screen sharing sessions last no longer than a minute or two, when the session ends. I start the screen sharing session and when she accepts the request I request control which she accepts immediately. No matter if I try to perform a function on your computer, or nothing, about 1 minute the screen sharing session ends. Both computers are set with screen sharing, sharing of active files on his computer that remote access connection is enabled (but not on mine).

  I have copied below the journal entries of my computer Console for several sessions that has that way. Before each session, I entered two markers and then manually placed a blank line between the markers in Notepad to make each more easily localized session (for me, at least). I couldn't find any specific newspaper for these failures of screen sharing session.

  I'm on a MacPro 2008 beginning 10.10.5 running with a Comcast internet on 5 or 6 Mbps up and ~ 50 Mbps down.

  She made a debut 2009 24 "iMac running 10.10.5 with Comcast Internet with about 3 or 4 Mbps up and ~ 30 Mbps down.

  Can someone help me to diagnose the reason why these screen sharing sessions fail?

• What happens if my computer cannot process a pretty quickly timed loop?

  If I created a loop timed, but required that more important than my computer treatment is able to do before the next iteration the tasks within the loop, what happens?  It gives me an error or I miss loops?  In the end, I need to know how can I know if the problem occurs.

  What is the average time format a Seagate 1 TB drive using Mac OS extended (journaled)?  A few hours ago Linc recommended I have backup my system and upgrade to El Capitan Yosemite because of the panic log information, with him "hope this will fix a possible OS X bug, or even a hardware failure in the module wireless, the logic board or the boot drive." The Seagate drive I bought yesterday said it will take up to 4 hours to 'Wipe free space' and this number continues climbing. Before formatting, I did a disk check/repair top (it should fix). And what do I do if my computer falls down while it is formatting?

  LINC tell you to erase free space? Because simply erase the hard drive should be done pretty quickly, but erase free space can take a long time to complete. I don't know what is the average time, but considering that you have a 1 TB hard drive, I'm not completely surprised that she was taking 4 + hours.

  While it is safer to delete the free space, it is not really necessary unless you remove documents which are a matter of national security. A regular delete will suffice, unless you're paranoid, your documents under restoration. (The only other time, it may be necessary if you can't wipe your hard drive using a normal deletion, or if your hard drive is defect and must be reformatted. Sometimes a secure erase works when a normal deletion is not)

  In addition, there are a few options to "Erase the free space," which takes a long time. See Apple article just erase the free space. LINC Davis is a person very knowledgable on this support site, so if he's told to do something I'm sure it was the right thing to do.

  Hi, I'm a pretty experienced Labview programmer, and I've always wondered if there is a way to quickly search for pictures on several items that meet the selection criteria, equivalent to the Matlab find command.  While my inability to do in Labview has always annoyed me, I now have an application that requires this capability and I need to find a solution.

  Is the fastest way I've found to do this in labview to perform comparisons on the data vectors, then use the Boolean value that results from vector to analyze the table using a loop and shift registers.  I enclose an extract vi a analysis comparative vi to one of the simple searches that I need to do.  On my laptop, this research takes about 600 ms.  In comparison, the equivalent in Matlab:

  newArray=oldArray(find(oldArray(:,4)./oldArray(:,2)>1.5),;

  runs in about 1.2ms.  So, the way I am doing this in Labview is only 400 times slower

  Needless to say, I need to make these types of research many times, and these additional 599 ms start to add up pretty quickly!

  the slow part is probably "build group" of the node in the loop.

  Try this:

  Define an array the same size as the input data (or simply uses a copy of it) and the wire that to the shift register. Keep a counter of lines found in the loop. Use IndexArray and ReplaceArraySubset for the loop to move rows found at the beginning of the table (overwrite the 'bad' lines). After the loop simply ReshapeArray the number of found lines...

  We have a simple environment with a connection to the server inside the firewall and a security server in the DMZ.

  A few months ago while evaluating two-factor authentication, we brought another connection online as a replica server.  This connection to the replica server has been configured to require two-factor so that we can send our testers to here without impacting the world.  We finished testing and stop the replica server without deleting the environment from the view, waiting for permission to proceed with the next project pretty quickly.

  He was arrested several weeks later.  Today, having received the approval of the project, this connection replica server has been rekindled.  This has led to many event ID 102 in the initial application of login server log, but also a condition where the connection to the origin server accept more new client connections.  Stop the server connection line and restarted the initial login server, which restores the functionality.

  I sustpect that the two servers were maybe a little concerned about catching up on several weeks of activity who missed the reply, and that made the connection to the origin server is not responding.  We must go back to the login server replica in the environment without impact on the initial login server.  How is that possible?

  I don't think it would be a problem.  The last time I did I have disabled the broker of the admin page, removed the software, rebooting the server and then removed with the vdadminn command.

  I used the Table Inspector in Acrobat and several years of the CommonLook plug-in version. Both allow you to set several properties for all the cells in a selection. And they act as if they fortunately put header IDs for multiple cells, but after clicking OK and watch the cell properties, TI is not set for any of them, and CL only sets it to the first cell that has been selected.

  I prepare a PDF file of scientific reports for Section 508 compliance. Often, they are hundreds of pages long and got the results of large tables. Some clients insist on complex headers. Cell by cell is surprisingly long.

  I am running the latest version of CommonLook and manages to assign very well identification tags.  You can select multiple cells and assign them to a header.  You can also select the same cells and assign them to another heading using "Append". This will add the new header, without deleting the header already assigned.  In earlier versions Append has not worked for me.   That's what you need, if you have complex tables for a long time.  If you get the latest version and this isn't the case call Technical Support, as the plugin does not work correctly.  The Touch Up reading order tool does not.

  I sometimes create a white/hidden text for the header text that spans several columns and then create individual to keep them, but I wouldn't rely on it for long tables or use it as my main method. It's a pretty quick solution in some cases - or if your author likes to let in line 1, column 1 white, you can create your own invisible header for the screen reader.  But it is too difficult to verify, and not the best route to follow. Also the hidden text is considered a no-no by some as it is supposed to be a drop out / drop behind or mistake to layout.

  I spent all my time to test recent editors of different photos - Raw processing, Lightroom, darktable, Capture One, Lightzone, Photoshop Elements, affinity, ACDC Mac Pro, DXO Optics 11 - on and on. Most of them is best editors (IMO) than pictures, but I prefer the ease of use and search for photo management.   I mean, what's wrong with this picture? Photos is pretty quick and easy, good import, has a few basic changes, and fantasy guys are always more or less available, either by extensions (or some of them) and by export and re - import (even if it work you on duplicates, I suppose).

  Anyway, would love to hear from someone who has tried this or he tries now, how it worked, and what are the limits, what to watch out for, etc.

  That's what I've done since publishing extensions became available.

  My main reason to stick with Photos is iCloud photo library.  There is no other easy way to sync my library of Photos between multiple Macs.

  I found that I must not fall back on the Photo editing spotted too often. I'm careful to take my pictures so they don't need much editingbeyond straighten the horizon lsightly, cropping, perhaps to correct the white balance and adjust the highlights and shadows. Everything that can be done in pictures.

  I mainly use extensions or external for a correction of perspective editors, if it was not possible to take the picture with the correct perspective, for the smoothing of the skin and for touch-ups. I try to avoid extensions if mounting can be done in Photos, for two reasons:

  • Extensions create a new master file almost, like Aperture. Then they break up which edition.
  • And they are not yet as stable as I could wish. For example, extensions of affinity cannot edit some panoramic shots, they can reframe the edited section. And I often get an error message when I try to save the modified version - for affinity extensions and extensions site, for the most part, if I try to apply multiple extensions to the same photo.
