• PhotoSmart Premium C309a: PhotoSmart Premium C309a in Win10 driver to print double-sided problem

  My problem is this: I created a catalog in MS Publisher 2013 for format A4 paper with 2 pages per document. I chose booklet side folding type and print double-sided.

  MS Publisher prepared pages correctly. I even created versuions PDF of these pages. But every time when I print pages, the printer keeps make them smaller (I think that balance for letter size) despuite the fact that I changed in the printer preferences A4as default paper source, all the documents are in format A4 etc.

  Accordingly, the printed pages are shifter in the Center on the left side page, which is OK for printing side but may not work for printing side doyuble that shift is in different directions for paper result.

  In addition, I can just print more on DVD or CD surfaces as the driver does not support a feature of sauch.

  Let me know how I can replace the native driver for Windows 10 with that for Windows 8.1? Or are there other solutions, except using another OS?

  In fact, it is not metter. The real problem was in the printer drivers. For some reason, Windows 8 driver package failed was installed and it creates the problem.

  I have installed HP SupportFramework and HP Support Assistant software. After the Support Assistant software downloaded a driver package, which is exactly what I used to use before so that the installation was successful.

  Now, everything works fine.

• Time machine backup backupdb folder problem

  Since the restoration of video files time source machine to the library, whenever the time machine backup the folder "backup backupdb" appears on the desktop which is annoying if the work did it not before, were also backing up to time capsule but cable used to overcome this problem then switched back to the wifi, but the "backup failed error" message.

• IMAP folder problem

  This message appears whenever I have send/receive on my email.  The same message also apears for the folder 'voice box '.  I keep trying to refresh my folders but nothing happens.  I don't know how to synchronize with the IMAP server.  I have Windows Vista.

  I was getting the same error messages, and I just thought about it.

  It's easy!

  (1) go to the Menu bar (top)

  2) click on 'tools '.

  3) click 'IMAP folders '.

  4) highlight each e-mail account (left in the dialog box) by clicking on it, then click on "Reset List" (right).

  Do this for each e-mail account which is shown.

  (Make sure "All" tab are selected at the top of the IMAP Folders dialog box).

• Double clicking problem

  Good then really work none of my icons on my desktop right now. When I double click on it, instead of directing I [the internet or microsoft word] or whatever I click on, a "run as" appears.  The only way to use the programs must do right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Yesterday, my display settings I screwed up (it happens sometimes). Usually, it's an easy fix by going into the properties, click display settings.  However, when I click on display settings, run as box appears.  In the Properties window, however, you can't right click on anything... so I can not change the display settings.  How can I fix the problem of not being able to double-click my icons and get rid of which run as box popping up every time?

• Lightroom Presets folder problem

  Once the download and the installation of some settings today, they were not included in Lightroom (5) on a Windows 10 PC.

  I'm working on a site. I have a floating horizontal list of items at the top of the header. It looks fine in Firefox and Safari but in IE 8, it forces the last element on a second line.
