  I got a new hard drive installed on my macbook pro, and Im trying to re-download the version of Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 but every time that I download it from the link I have provided below and then try to open the installation icon it says that the disc is damaged and I should eject it.

  MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

  I want to install adobe creative suite on my surface pro but my program is on 2 DVDs.   The surface pro isn't an installer from the dvd.   I tried to copy the files on the dvd on my other computer and transfer them to the pro surface; but it only allows me to start installation then invites me to insert the next dvd.

  Can I download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on the internet and then simply insert my license numbers there?

  Really appreciate some help here.    I was told when I bought this pro surface that I would be able to download Cs6 here.

  CS5 works well on Lion 10.7.5.

  My Mac Pro cannot run anything higher than that.

  I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium 2011 download for my Mac. It still shows in my order history and it has a link to "downloads and Serial.

  Numbers. " But when I click on that link, it says "we could find no download for your account.

  My computer's hard drive was damaged and could not be recovered. So I need to re-download the installation package.

  How can I do this? I paid a LOT of money for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium, there must surely be a way to download the package installation and the series, once again since I already paid for this?
