  You should have three Adobe ID configured to make it work:

  (1) Adobe ID of the master account buy DPS Pro or business

  (2) a second Adobe ID, that you create in the Dashboard Administration accounts, that is set up as an account Application. That's what you put in the App Builder screen you posted above and are the account you must publish the folios to

  (3) a third Adobe ID which has rights App Builder and is used to connect to the App Builder. It is not strictly necessary (it can be the same as that of the other two accounts), but it is advisable to have separate him.

  You can't add an account in the Administration of DPS page if it has already been used with DPS. You can only add the Adobe ID who did not used/signed for DPS before.

  Make sure that when you create the account #2 and #3 you to open in the DPS dashboard with these accounts and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the screen that is displayed, otherwise the accounts do not work.   I am trying to activate an app, I built. I am in the final stage in the DPS application builder and I want to activate my application, however his request my serial number.

• Cannot download app developer (.ipa) in DPS App Builder

  I built my items in InDesign CC 9.2.1 previewed the folio on my desk and the iPad. No problems.

  I exported a new development Keychain Access p12 certificate (as described on pages 19 and 20).

  For the record I don't have done something different in each of my five attempts... but this time it worked and I managed to download the file on my desktop .ipa...

  Again, I am unable to download any app on my iPhone this time 6. This has happened before on my ipad and I had to wipe my ipad and reload all to solve the problem. I was able to download apps without any problem until May 27 - no changes to my device. I tried to download an application on Monday, June 6, that was when I identified the problem again. At this point my ipad still works but my iphone no longer works when you try the app store downloads. No errors occur, remains purely as the download button or wobbles in return.   I know how it is important to install apps on the iPhone as well. I suggest you start by updating your iPhone to run the latest version of the operating system. It is best done by following these steps: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software

• DPS App Builder sign and p12 download problem

  I'm working on my first multi-folio application. I created the app in DPS App Builder, but downloading the .ipa, dialogue sign file and download the p12 file flags.

  I have recreated the p12 and mobileprovision file, rebuilt the app and the same problem occurs. I looked at the forum and there was a suggestion that these files placed in the root folder, but the situation remained unchanged.

  According to the key chain and my Apple Dev account, all certificates are valid.

  My dist and IOS development certificates were created several months ago. Don't know that it has nothing to do with the CERT mobileprovision and p12 who were newly created today, but wanted to mention where I have to redo all the certification files to this step.

  Any ideas appreciated.

  I thought about it. I was confused the p12 for notifications of type file push with the original developer p12 file. All fixed.

  DPS App Builder no longer works on Mac OS X 10.6.8. Mac OS X 10.7 or later version is required.
