  I can't speak for the version of Windows. It comes in a zip file, and when it is decompressed it creates an Adobe file. Inside of this file is the installer and another folder. If you open the second folder, you can see the installation of 32-bit and 64-bit programs. This is the 32-bit appropriate in your case, and you should be good to go.

  I'm not a Mac user, but in my experience, this is a delicate situation because you have the same problems of time with the new OS of El Capitan and the problems with the case of the obsolete certificate for versions of the Apple Store.
