Download corrupt - wait and try again?
I joined creative cloud and downloaded AAM. When I try and install a program, it runs 50 to 60% of the download before an error message informs you that the "download is corrupted, wait a few minutes and try again. I tried half a dozen times with each program. Whenever I connected the coast of AAM and shut-down/restarted. All to nothing does not. I'm working on a Mac Book Pro running 10.6.8 2.66 Intel core i7 and 8 GB of RAM. Would be grateful for any avice so I can go...
Download trial versions and install lthem. They wil lserialize and activate your CCM-based.

This behavior can occur if the antivirus application blocking the app Store or changes due to some recent on the computer.
I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.
Method 1:
Make sure that your PC is up to date
Make sure that updates are installed on your PC and that your antivirus program does not prevent the application from running. For more information about installing updates for your PC, see Windows Update: frequently asked questions.
Method 2:
Run 'Windows Apps Store' convenience store
You must be logged in as an administrator in order to run the "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter. This tool can automatically find and fix some issues with applications. It is available in English only, but will work in all languages. You can let automatically try to fix any problems found, or select what you want made repairs.

Method 3:
I suggest you delete the Windows Store cache and check how it works.
- Press Windows + R logo
- Type wsreset.exe in the run window, and then press ENTER.
Method 4:
Define the Apps approved in third program Antivirus- If you have a third party AV program installed, check its settings to make sure that the app Store works is not changed to be approved. If the AV program has the app as unreliable, it will block and prevent opening the app.

Whenever I connect to my laptop, a HP ProBook s 4530, it gives me two options. I have to either open a session without biometric feature or wait 30 seconds and try again. I'm guessing this has something to do with the journal of fingerprints or something. I don't have that. I've had this laptop for a few years and it just started this about 2 weeks ago. I doesn't have any log information or anything else in the laptop. Can someone help me please?

At some point in the past (I don't know the exact date) Adobe "merged" the original update manager in cloud Update Manager, which means that you no longer use your original update manager
I read a few posts that the updater latetest (cloud) sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process.
